Claims (5)
- Ensemble connecté, du genre comportant une pièce métallique (11) à laquelle se trouve raccordée l'âme métallique (12) d'un conducteur électrique (13) multibrins, caractérisé en ce que, ladite pièce métallique (11) comportant au moins localement deux tôles (15A, 15B) superposées l'une à l'autre et assemblées l'une à l'autre par au moins un rivet (16) venu de l'épaisseur même de ces tôles (15A, 15B), l'âme métallique (12) du conducteur électrique (13) se trouve pincée entre lesdites tôles (15A, 15B) au droit dudit rivet (16), avec certains au moins de ses brins (14) qui contournent ce rivet (16) suivant un plan sensiblement axial pour celui-ci.
- Ensemble connecté suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, à distance du rivet (16) qui les assemble, les tôles (15A, 15B) de la pièce métallique (11) forment, conjointement, d'un seul tenant, un autre constituant (18).
- Ensemble connecté suivant la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit autre constituant (18) comporte au moins un alvéole (19).
- Procédé pour la réalisation d'un ensemble connecté conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, on insère entre les tôles (15A, 15B) à assembler, l'extrémité dénudée de l'âme métallique (12) du conducteur électrique (13) à raccorder, au droit de l'emplacement (16') choisi pour la formation d'un rivet (16), en sorte qu'on assure simultanément l'assemblage des tôles (15A, 15B) et le raccordement électrique du conducteur électrique (13) à la pièce métallique (11) qu'elles forment.
- Appareil électrique du genre comportant, au moins un ensemble connecté (10) formé d'une pièce métallique (11) à laquelle est raccordée l'âme métallique (12) d'un conducteur électrique (13) multibrins, caractérisé en ce que ledit ensemble connecté (10) est conforme à l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3.
