Claims (14)

  1. Device for the sheet delivery in a sheet-fed printing press comprising gripper systems arranged on conveying chains which are rotationally guided and driven by guide wheels, said gripper systems being activated by a fixedly disposed control member, in particular a gripper opening cam, to grip the sheets individually at their front edge and to release the sheets near a sheet pile, while the conveying chains are guided slidingly on guide ways,
    characterized in that
    pulleys (14) with roller bearings are fastened to the conveying chains (3), and that the pulleys (14), in areas of increased load, move into separate pulley guides arranged at the machine frame, thereby transferring the forces acting on the conveying chains (3) onto the machine frame (1).
  2. Device as set forth in claim 1,
    characterized in that
    guide parts (13) for the pulleys (14) with roller bearings fastened to the conveying chains (3) are arranged in the area of a gripping opening cam (10) acting on the sheet grippers (6) of the gripper systems, in the areas A and B of conveying chain guide wheels (11, 12) and possibly in areas C of a conveying chain deflection.
  3. Device as set forth in claims 1 and 2,
    characterized in that
    the pulleys (14) with roller bearings are provided in the area of the gripper systems (4) arranged on the conveying chains (3).
  4. Device as set forth in claims 1 to 3,
    characterized in that
    the pulleys (14) with roller bearings are arranged at the gripper bar (5).
  5. Device as set forth in claims 1 to 4,
    characterized in that
    the pulleys (14) with roller bearings are arranged in pairs on each side of the machine in the area of the gripper bar (5).
  6. Device as set forth in one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a guide part (13) for the pulleys (14) with roller bearings fastened to the conveying chains (3) is of shell shape and is arranged only on the side of the direction of effect of increased loads.
  7. Device as set forth in one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a sliding guide for the conveying chains (3) in the area of the guide parts (13) for the pulleys (14) with roller bearings fastened to the conveying chains (3) is interrupted.
  8. Device as set forth in one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    in the area of the conveying chain guide wheels (11, 12) and possibly in the area of a conveying chain deflection the chain guides (2) and the guide parts (13) are arranged in such a way that in the area of the gripper bar the loads are clearly transferred to the guide parts (13) and the chain guide (2) is substantially relieved.
  9. Device as set forth in one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the chain guides (2) for the conveying chains (3) and the guide parts (13) form a construction unit and consist of generally known C-profile bars.
  10. Device as set forth in claim 9,
    characterized in that
    the guide (2) for the conveying chains (3) is flexibly connected to the side wall (1) of the machine frame of the printing press.
  11. Device as set forth in claim 10,
    characterized in that
    a stud (17) is connected with the side wall (1) of the machine frame, said stud (17), being fastened on a cross bar (16), is screwed to the guide (2) with screws (20), the axes thereof being arranged eccentrically with respect to the axis of the stud which extends into a recess of the side wall (1) and is connected with the bottom of the recess by means of a screw (19).
  12. Device as set forth in claim 9,
    characterized in that
    the chain guide (2) and the guide parts (13) define equidistant courses of curvature.
  13. Device as set forth in one or several of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the chain guide (2) in the areas A, B, C of the arrangement of the guide parts (13) for the pulleys (14) is made of synthetic material.
  14. Device as set forth in one or several of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    in place of the conveying chains (2) toothed belts or the like are provided.
