Claims (8)
- Spannstück (S), insbesondere für Verpackungsmaschinen, mit einer Lagerlasche (12), einer in der Lagerlasche (12) gelagerten Führungsspindel (2) mit einem an dieser befestigten Klemmstück (22), einer die Führungsspindel (2) überfangenden Schraubendruckfeder (3) und einem Anschlagstück (4) für die Schraubendruckfeder (3), wobei das Anschlagstück (4) in einer radialen, konzentrischen Halterille (23) der Führungsspindel (2), axial orientiert, vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß(a) das Anschlagstück (4) aus einer flachen, kreisringförmigen Grundplatte (41) und einem am äußeren Rand (41a) der Grundplatte (41) in Richtung auf das Federende (31) weisenden, ringzylindrischen, das Federende (31) zumindest überwiegend umfassenden Kragen (42) besteht, daß(b) der innere, am Grund (23a) der Halterille (23) anliegende Rand (43a) der Grundplatte (41) durch einen Einführschlitz (44) mit dem äußeren Rand (41a) verbunden ist, wobei die Breite (b) des Einführschlitzes (44) dem Durchmesser (g) am Grunde (23a) der Halterille (23) angepaßt und so bemessen ist, daß das Anschlagstück (4) gerade noch klemmfrei auf den Grund (23a) der Halterille (23) aufschiebbar ist, und daß der Kragen (42) parallel und symmetrisch zu dem Einführschlitz (44) durch eine Ausnehmung (42a) unterbrochen ist, deren Breite (k) dem Durchmesser (f) der Führspindel (2) mindestens gleich und vorzugsweise geringfügig größer als dieser ist. - Spannstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (42) durch eine Bördelung an dem äußeren Rand (41a) der Grundplatte (41) gebildet wird.
- Spannstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es aus einem nichtrostenden, ernährungsphysiologisch indifferenten Werkstoff, vorzugsweise Stahl, besteht.
- Spannstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sein von Abmessung und Werkstoff bestimmter Verformungswiderstand so gewählt ist, daß eine elastische oder bleibende Verformung unter dem langwährenden Einfluß der Schraubendruckfeder (3) entfällt.
- Spannstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es an einem Kettenglied (KG) einer als Gliederkette (GK) ausgebildeten Förderkette vorgesehen ist.
- Spannstück nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führspindel (2) quer zur Förderrichtung an einem Lagerbock (1) axial beweglich gelagert ist, der U-förmig aus einer an dem Kettenglied (KG) befestigten Haltelasche (11) und zwei Lagerlaschen (12a, 12b) besteht, wobei die Schraubendruckfeder (3) außer an dem Anschlagstück (4) noch an der Lagerlasche (12a) anschlägt, an der außen das mit der Führspindel (2) einstückige Klemmstück (22) für die Verpackungsfolie unter der Wirkung der Schraubendruckfeder (3) anliegt und gegen die Wirkung der Schraubendruckfeder (3) abhebbar ist, wenn die Führspindel (2) an einem axial fluchtenden, durch die andere Lagerlasche (12b) geführten und zu dieser überständigen Druckbolzen (21) belastet wird, beispielsweise von einem Ringsattel (RS) eines Kettenrades (KR) für die Gliederkette (GK).
- Spannstück nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (r) der Halterille (23) mindestens der Dicke (d) der Grundplatte (41) gleich, vorzugsweise aber zumindest geringfügig größer als diese ist.
- Spannstück nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterille (23) an der Führspindel (2) so vorgesehen ist, daß bei an der ersten Lagerlasche (12a) anliegendem Klemmstück (22) das Anschlagstück (4) von der zweiten Lagerlasche (12b) zumindest geringfügig beabstandet ist.
