Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Richten von Flansch- oder U-Profilen mitoberhalb und/oder unterhalb dieses Richtgutes (5) angeordneten Richtwerkzeugen (3, 4; 11, 12; 15, 16)zum Einleiten einer Richtkraft nur in die Flansche bzw. Schenkel des Richtgutes (5), dadurch gekennzeichnet daßdie wirksamen Mantelflächen (9; 21, 22, 23) der Richtwerkzeuge (3, 4; 11, 12; 15, 16) geneigt zu deren Drehachsen verlaufen, und daßdie sich daraus ergebenden Kleindurchmesserflächen (8) eines eine gemeinsame Drehachse besitzenden Richtwerkzeugpaares (3, 4; 11, 12; 15, 16) nach außen weisen bzw. voneinander abgekehrt sind und die Großdurchmesserflächen nach innen weisen bzw. einander zugekehrt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Neigungswinkel (ρ) der wirksamen Mantelflächen (9; 21, 22, 23) in der Größenordnung ihres Reibungswinkels liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtwerkzeuge (3, 4; 11, 12; 15, 16) Richtscheiben (6, 17, 18, 19, 20) mit flanschstützenden Flächen besitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Richtwerkzeuge (3, 4; 11, 12) in axialer Richtung einen T-förmigen Querschnitt besitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch Richtwerkzeuge (15, 16) mit mehreren benachbarten und über Zwischenkonen (21, 22, 23) einteilig miteinander in Verbindung stehenden Richtscheiben (17, 18, 19, 20).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur einlaufseitig Richtwerkzeuge (3, 4; 11, 12; 15, 16) mit geneigt zu deren Drehachsen verlaufenden wirksamen Mantelflächen (9; 21, 22, 23) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die flanschstützenden Flächen abwechselnd außen und innen an den Flanschen bzw. Schenkeln angreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb des Richtgutes (5) Richtbuchsen (27) angeordnet sind, die im Bereich der Flansche bzw. Schenkel des Richtgutes (5) zu den Drehachsen nach außen hin geneigte Mantelflächen besitzen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich zwischen den auf Wellen (2) angeordneten Richtwerkzeugen (3, 4; 11, 12; 15, 16) Distanzbuchsen (10) befinden.
