Definitions
- the invention relates to a wire conductor for windings of electrical machines and Devices, in particular transformers, made up of individual paint-insulated partial conductors is composed of a rectangular cross section, the individual conductors at the both flat sides of the cross section run obliquely in the opposite sense and on the narrow sides of the cross section through a crank from one side cross the other and cross-section of the sub-conductors arranged one above the other, if necessary at a distance, are arranged side by side and between two At least one sub-conductor of each sub-conductor stack arranged one above the other Spacer is arranged.
- Such stranded conductors are known.
- the partial conductors of which have a rectangular cross section are known.
- the individual conductors preferably by one half stride length.
- a constant overall height reached.
- Most of the insulation was finished manufactured wire conductors made by wrapping paper.
- the radial cooling channels of the winding are very large long. Since the main flow of the coolant is in the axial direction, it can be in the heat accumulation in the central area of the three-conductor. This heat build-up must be from Transformer calculator can be factored in by changing the current density accordingly is chosen small. However, a low current density requires a high copper requirement for the winding.
- An electrical conductor of the type mentioned is from US Pat. No. 3,283,280 known and used in so-called shell-type windings, where between two superimposed partial conductors of each partial conductor stack at least one spacer is arranged. These insulating pieces are inserted from the purpose that the edges of the twisted sub-conductors do not isolate the over or underlying conductor is destroyed. The twisting of the partial conductors themselves takes place for reasons of stray flux control. The digits before and after the immediate twist are from the opposite running corresponding Partial conductor - because there is a slight slope - closed again.
- the object of the invention is to create a twisted pair conductor of the type cited at the beginning, which on the one hand avoids the above disadvantages and on the other hand the needs of the Machine and device designers take into account, and a higher utilization of the material while preferably reducing the overall height.
- the drill conductor according to the invention is characterized in that the Spacers formed cross channels of each partial conductor stack are aligned.
- the calculator aims to subdivide the Copper cross-section and sets the step length of the wire conductor very short. In order to the stray field and additional losses are minimized. This too The invention does not conflict with claims.
- the transverse channels are in one Level of the partial conductor stack is provided at a distance from one another.
- the transverse channels are in one Level of the partial conductor stack is provided at a distance from one another.
- the transverse channels are in at least two different levels of the partial conductor stack provided. According to the The expected hot spots, which can be determined mathematically in advance, is the Arrangement of such cooling channels is essential.
- the twisted pair is with a large-mesh mesh tape wrapped. Because the twisted pair from the machine runs on a drum or a winding core is wound by the net tape possible falling out of the spacers avoided. In addition, the drill leader also better and easier to wind up.
- the network band is one with partially cross-linked epoxy resin pre-impregnated glass fabric bandage. This will make the Cohesion of the conductor bundle is guaranteed and after heat treatment mechanical stability of the conductor increased.
- the covering is only in the area of the Bend or spacers provided. This will make the paper insulation bulges that occur which reduce the winding gap or the oil channel, safely avoided.
- the spacers are Cover attachment to partial conductor on at least one surface with epoxy resin or have a glass fiber fleece pre-impregnated with partially cross-linked epoxy resin. A good This ensures that the spacers adhere to the conductor surface.
- the invention is not on twisted pairs with partial conductors that are rectangular Cross-section have limited.
- round wire three-wire conductors are also used or stranded wire with laterally integrated spacers.
- FIG. 1 shows a drill conductor according to the invention in the diagram and Fig. 2 is an elevation.
- a stranded conductor 1 is shown, the one made of flat wires existing partial conductor 2 are arranged one above the other. It is known per se that the stranded wire consisting of flat wires consists of up to approximately 80 sub-wires.
- the partial conductor is twisted to the twisted conductor, which is done mechanically, changes from the two partial conductor stacks, the top and the bottom partial conductor 2 in the other Partial conductor stack over, preferably the partial conductor by half each Stride length.
- This deformation for the crossing of the partial conductor 2 the offset from one stack of sub-conductors to the other stack of sub-conductors is 3. After the Bend 3 of the partial conductor 2 they run obliquely.
- each partial conductor stack is aligned.
- the spacers 4 can in one level or in different levels of the Part conductor stack can be arranged. This results in a cooling channel 5 for one Coolant passage. When using this cable in a Transformer winding is given a cooling channel in the axial direction.
- an envelope can be provided.
- This wrapping can have a large mesh partially cross-linked epoxy resin pre-impregnated glass fabric bandage.
- the cooling channels 5 are made by inserting spacers 4 between the partial conductors 2 formed.
- the spacers 4 are preferably used for each partial conductor stack introduced on one side. Of course, the spacers 4 will be aligned with each other, so that good coolant passage is guaranteed.
- the spacers 4 can with a device, preferably according to the Drill head is arranged, similar to a loading device.
- the spacers 4 consist in particular of plastic.
