- the film 101 with the valve 102 is formed tubular around a filling hopper 103 and a longitudinal weld 104 ( Figure 28) is made between the edge of part 100b and the other edge of film 101, closing thus the tubular element formed around the hopper 103.
- 105 transverse welds are made at intervals regular as the element advances tubular. Between two transverse welds 105, a dose of product to be packaged is poured through the hopper 103 and the pouches thus filled are separated from each other at middle of the width of the transverse welds 105.
- Figures 29.30 illustrate yet another method of manufacture of waterproof packaging that differs from forms of execution described so far by the fact that we accesses channel 106 of valve 107 through an opening 108 cut from a film 109 intended to form a wall of the sachet waterproof.

Description
Claims (22)
- Enceinte étanche munie d'une paroi et d'une valve qui se situe à l'intérieur de l'enceinte et est formée entre deux feuilles souples (24a, 24b; 40a, 40b; 92a, 92b) s'étendant de l'un à l'autre des deux bords opposés (50, 51; 78, 80) de l'enceinte et réunies selon deux lignes de liaison non convergentes (30, 31, 43, 44, 95) pour délimiter entre elles un conduit par écartement desdites feuilles souples l'une de l'autre, ouvert à ses deux extrémités, l'une communiquant avec l'intérieur, l'autre avec l'extérieur de l'enceinte, pour permettre le passage d'un fluide entre l'intérieur et l'extérieur de l'enceinte, ces feuilles souples (24a, 24b; 40a, 40b; 92a, 92b) étant destinées à être plaquées l'une contre l'autre dès que l'on cesse de leur appliquer une force pour les écarter, empêchant ainsi ledit fluide de sortir de l'enceinte, les bords de ces feuilles souples (24a, 24b; 40a, 40b; 92a, 92b), adjacents à l'extrémité dudit conduit communiquant avec l'extérieur étant reliés de façon étanche à la paroi (26, 48, 93, 109) de cette enceinte, caractérisée en ce que lesdits bords opposés (50, 51, 78, 80) de l'enceinte entre lesquels s'étendent lesdites feuilles souples (24a, 24b; 40a, 40b) sont assemblés l'un à l'autre, de sorte que les bords correspondants de ces feuilles souples situés entre lesdits bords opposés (50, 51, 78, 80) de l'enceinte sont assemblés, d'une part, entre eux, d'autre part, aux bords opposés de l'enceinte et en ce que lesdites feuilles souples (24a, 24b; 40a, 40b; 92a, 92b) sont en outre reliées l'une à l'autre par des liaisons étanches (28, 29, 45, 46, 47, 94) à partir de chaque extrémité de chacune desdites lignes de liaison non convergentes (30, 31, 43, 44, 95) délimitant ledit conduit jusqu'aux-dits bords opposés (50, 51; 78, 80) de l'enceinte, ladite liaison étanche (28, 46, 94) adjacente à l'extrémité dudit conduit communiquant avec l'extérieur, d'au moins une desdites feuilles souples (24a, 24b; 40a, 40b; 92a, 92b), étant constituée par un assemblage (35, 55, 63), distinct de celui du bord adjacent de l'enceinte.
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit conduit est formé dans une bande marginale (71) adjacente à un bord d'une feuille (70) formant au moins une des parois de ladite enceinte, cette bande marginale étant pliée autour d'une ligne (73) parallèle audit bord de ladite feuille (70),deux lignes de liaison étanches non convergentes (74,75) réunissant les deux parties repliées l'une sur l'autre de ladite bande marginale (71), ces lignes (74,75) partant du bord replié (73) en direction du bord parallèle opposé de cette bande marginaleles deux parties ainsi repliées sont elles-mêmes appliquées contre une face de ladite feuille (70) avec le bord libre de la partie marginale (71) situé sensiblement adjacent aux bords adjacents respectifs de ladite feuille (70) et de ladite bande marginale (71), formant un pli entre cette feuille (70) et cette bande (71),le bord libre de cette bande (71) ainsi que les bords libres de ladite feuille (70) étant assemblés de façon étanche au bord adjacent d'une seconde paroi, appliquée contre la face de la première paroi (70) adjacente à ladite bande marginale de manière à former ladite enceinte, contenant ladite bande marginale repliée.
- Enceinte étanche, notamment destinée à être gonflée, selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les deux dites lignes de liaison (30,31) s'arrêtent à distance du bord libre de ladite bande (24a) adjacent à l'ouverture d'entrée du conduit, et que celle-ci est fixée à ladite feuille (24) par une première ligne d'assemblage (28) parallèle audit bord libre et passant par les extrémités respectives desdites deux lignes de liaison (30,31) s'arrêtant à distance de ce bord libre, et par une seconde ligne d'assemblage (29) suivant sensiblement le bord opposé (29') audit bord libre de ladite bande (24a), ces première et seconde lignes d'assemblage (28,29) fixant ladite bande marginale (24a) à ladite feuille (24) s'arrêtant dans ladite zone s'étendant entre les deux dites lignes de liaison non convergentes (30,31).
- Enceinte étanche, notamment destinée à être gonflée, selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte quatre parois superposées, (24,25,26,27) assemblées les unes aux autres sur au moins deux côtés opposés, les deux parois extérieures (26,27) et les deux parois intérieures (24,25) étant assemblées respectivement l'une à l'autre sur un troisième côté (37) formant le fond, tandis que chaque paroi externe (26,27) est assemblée à la paroi interne adjacente (24,25) le long du quatrième côté (35,36), formant ainsi une poche à l'intérieur de l'enceinte.
- Enceinte étanche, notamment destinée à être gonflée, selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les quatre feuilles superposées (24,25,26,27) ont des contours adjacents et sont assemblées sur tout leur pourtour sauf le long de l'ouverture de ladite poche où les bords des parois internes (24,25) sont séparés l'un de l'autre.
- Enceinte étanche, notamment destinée à être gonflée, selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que les deux parois internes (24,25) sont assemblées l'une à l'autre (33) pour former une poche à l'intérieur du pourtour de l'enceinte et dont l'ouverture est située en face de l'ouverture de l'enceinte.
- Enceinte étanche, notamment destinée à être gonflée, selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les bords de la poche délimitée à l'intérieur du pourtour de l'enceinte sont évasés.
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'un soufflet (49;61,62) est interposé entre au moins deux bords adjacents des deux parois (40,48) de ladite enceinte et est soudé à chacun de ces bords.
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce que ledit soufflet (49;61,62) est constitué par un stratifié dont la couche interne venant en contact avec les bords adjacents respectifs desdites parois est en matière thermoplastique soudable à chaud et dont la couche externe est en un matériau non thermo-soudable.
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 8, caractérisée en ce qu'on effectue ledit découpage (41) avant de replier ladite bande marginale et que l'on obture ce découpage à l'aide d'un opercule perforable (42).
- Enceinte étanche selon l'une des revendications 2 et 8, caractérisée en ce qu'on effectue un pré-découpage de ladite feuille dans la zone située entre les deux lignes d'assemblage (43,44) destiné à être perforé par introduction d'une tige entre les lignes d'assemblages (43,44).
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un découpage ou pré-découpage (32,41) interrompt le pli (29,45) dans la zone s'étendant entre les deux lignes d'assemblage (30,31,43,44) pour permettre le passage du fluide dans le conduit ainsi formé.
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite bande marginale est formée par une bande de la feuille formant au moins une des parois de l'enceinte.
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que ladite bande marginale (71,71') est constituée par une bande soudée au bord de ladite feuille, cette bande et cette feuille étant en deux matériaux différents.
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 13, caractérisée en ce que ladite bande marginale (85) est constituée par une des couches dont est constituée la feuille (84) formant au moins une des parois de l'enceinte.
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un découpage (74a,74b) est ménagé sur une portion de la longueur de chacune desdits lignes d'assemblage (74,75) dans la partie médiane de leur largeur en partant dudit bord replié.
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que lesdites lignes de liaison non convergentes (86,87) présentent chacune un élargissement progressif (86a,87a) s'étendant dans le canal (91) de la valve en allant de l'extrémité extérieure vers l'extrémité intérieure de ce canal, cet élargissement s'arrêtant brusquement, le canal (91) étant ainsi divisé longitudinalement en deux portions, une portion externe destinée à servir d'élément récepteur d'un conduit de distribution du liquide et une portion interne formant valve et dont l'ouverture est commandée par le déplacement longitudinal de l'extrémité dudit organe tubulaire de la portion externe à la portion interne dudit canal (91).
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une troisième paroi rectangulaire (77) est fixée le long d'une portion de la longueur de deux bords opposés (78,80) de l'enceinte et le long du bord (79) reliant ces deux bords opposés de manière à former une poche ouverte le long de son quatrième côté, cette poche étant fermée par une bande autocollante (83), recouvrant la partie de la paroi de l'enceinte non recouverte par cette troisième paroi (77).
- Enceinte étanche, notamment destinée à être gonflée selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'une de ses parois (24) est perforée (115) et qu'une languette (116) est collée ou soudée sur la face externe de la paroi (24) pour fermer hermétiquement l'ouverture, une partie non collée ou soudée de cette languette (116) servant d'élément de préhension pour dégager l'ouverture (115).
- Enceinte étanche selon la revendication 19, caractérisée en ce qu'un rabat est fixé dans le prolongement de l'une des parois de l'enceinte et est susceptible d'être fixé de façon amovible sur cette enceinte en recouvrant ladite languette (116).
- Procédé pour conditionner une boisson dans l'enceinte étanche selon l'une des revendications 1, 2 et 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on forme tout d'abord ladite valve (20,31,43,44) adjacente à un des bords de l'une des parois (24,40) de l'enceinte, on soude la seconde paroi (26,48) de l'enceinte à la première paroi de manière à fermer le bas de l'enceinte ainsi que les bords latéraux, on introduit une quantité dosée de liquide entre les bords non soudés du bord supérieur de l'enceinte et on ferme l'enceinte en soudant l'un à l'autre les deux bords supérieurs (35,55,67).
- Procédé de fabrication de l'enceinte étanche selon l'une des revendications 1-20, caractérisé en ce que tant la valve que l'enceinte étanche sont réalisées à partir de matériau en feuille sans fin que l'on fait défiler en superposant les différentes feuilles au fur et à mesure du défilement par pliage et/ou adjonction d'autre matériau en feuille et soudage parallèlement à la direction de défilement hormis lesdites deux lignes de liaison non convergentes et finalement on soude transversalement à la direction de défilement les différentes feuilles du matériau en feuille de part et d'autre d'une même valve et on sépare les unes des autres les enceintes étanches ainsi obtenues, le long desdites lignes de soudage transversales.
