Claims (22)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen von Metallpackungen (10) (210) (330), umfassend:Bereitstellen einer Metalltafel (102) zum Herstellen einer Mehrzahl von Packungszuschnitten (80) (120) (210, 270) (300),Definieren einzelner Packungszuschnitte auf der Metalltafel mit Falzlinien (32, 34, 36, 38, 66, 68) auf jedem Zuschnitt und Trennlinien (82) zwischen einzelnen Zuschnitten,Heraustrennen der einzelnen vorbehandelten Packungszuschnitte aus der Tafel undFalten des Zuschnitts entlang der Falzlinien zum Bilden einer hohlen, im Wesentlichen rechteckförmigen Packung (10) (210) (330),Vorbehandeln der Tafel in eng begrenzten Bereichen um Falzlinien (32, 34, 36, 38, 66, 68) des Zuschnitts zum Erleichtern des Faltens des Metalls durch:Vorbereiten der genannten Bereiche um die Falzlinien (32, 34, 36, 38, 66, 68) herum zum Erwärmen durch Verringern des Lichtreflexionsgrades der Tafel in dem Bereich der Falzlinien, undErwärmen der Tafel in den genannten eng begrenzten Bereichen, wobei das Erwärmen Folgendes aufweist:Richten eines Strahls (104) Laserlicht auf die Tafel (102) in dem Bereich um die Falzlinien (32, 34, 36, 38, 66, 68) herum für eine vorbestimmte Zeitspanne,Richten von Licht (104) aus einer Infrarotlichtquelle (100) auf den Bereich der Falzlinien (32, 34, 36, 38, 66, 68),Positionieren einer Heizplatte (113) in Kontakt mit der Tafel (102) an den eng begrenzten Bereichen entlang für eine vorbestimmte Zeitspanne und gleichzeitiges Spannen der Tafel zum Verhindern einer Verformung,Inberührungbringen für eine vorbestimmte Zeitspanne von einer Oberfläche der Tafel mit einer Stempelplatte (116), die auf eine vorbestimmte Temperatur erwärmte Heizbänder (115) trägt, wobei die Heizbänder positioniert sind, um den eng begrenzten Bereichen zu entsprechen, oderPositionieren einer Induktionswärmequelle (119) in der Nähe der eng begrenzten Bereiche der Tafel (102) für eine vorbestimmte Zeit.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die genannten Falzlinien zwischen den Bereichen des Zuschnitts, die die oberen Klappen und die Deckelteile in der Packung werden, die aus dem Zuschnitt hergestellt wird, werden durch Ausüben einer mechanischen Spannung auf die Bereiche um die genannten Falzlinien herum vorbehandelt, um das Falten des Metalls entlang der Falzlinien zu erleichtern.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei dem die Vorbehandlung durch Erwärmen durch weitere Vorbehandlung durch Ausüben einer mechanischen Spannung auf die Bereiche um die Falzlinien herum ergänzt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend das Kleben vorbestimmter Teile des Zuschnitts (80) (120) (210, 270) (300) nach dem Falten zum Bilden einer Packung (10) (210) (330).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend das Befestigen eines Deckels (260) (350) an der gebildeten Packung (210) (330).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Vorbehandlungsschritt das Erwärmen mit Laserlicht aufweist, ferner umfassend das Richten des Laserlichtstrahls (104) auf die Tafel, so dass ein Brennpunkt (108) des Strahls eine vorbestimmte Entfernung zu der Oberfläche der Tafel (102) hat, was einen Strahl vorbestimmter Breite (112) ergibt, wo das Licht die Tafel (102) berührt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem der Vorbehandlungsschritt das Erwärmen mit Laserlicht aufweist, ferner umfassend das Positionieren eines Schildes (110) zwischen der Laserlichtquelle (100) und der Tafel (102), um zu verhindern, dass von der Tafel reflektiertes Licht auf die Quelle auftrifft.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem der Vorbehandlungsschritt das Erwärmen mit Infrarotlicht aufweist, ferner umfassend das Richten des Infrarotlichts (104) durch eine Öffnung in einem Lichtschild (110), der in einer vorbestimmten Entfernung zu der Tafel (102) positioniert ist, so dass ein vorbestimmter Bereich der Tafel belichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem der Vorbehandlungsschritt das Erwärmen durch Berühren einer Oberfläche der Tafel mit einer Heizbänder (115) tragenden Stempelplatte (116) aufweist, ferner umfassend das Berühren einer Oberfläche der Tafel (102), die der mit der Stempelplatte (116) berührten Oberfläche gegenüberliegt, mit einer Heizplatte (117), wobei die Heizplatte eine Temperatur unter der Temperatur der Heizbänder (115) hat.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend teilweises Falten des Zuschnitts (80) (120) (210, 270) (300) entlang der Falzlinien (32, 34, 36, 38, 66, 68) vor dem Falten des Zuschnitts zum Bilden der Packung (10) (210) (330).
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend das Aufbringen einer Drucksache auf die Tafel (102) vor dem Trennen der Packungszuschnitte (80) (120) (210, 270) (300) aus der Tafel.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, ferner umfassend Ätzen und Waschen der Tafel (102) vor dem Aufbringen der Drucksache.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend das Auftragen einer Schutzmaterialbeschichtung auf die Tafel (102), bevor der Zuschnitt (80) (120) (210, 270) (300) aus der Tafel herausgetrennt wird, so dass die freigelegten Ränder des Zuschnitts mit dem Schutzmaterial beschichtet werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend das Auftragen einer Schutzmaterialbeschichtung auf die Tafel (120) und das Auftragen eines Klebstoffs auf vorbestimmte Bereiche der Tafel vor dem Bilden von Packungszuschnitten (80) (120) (210, 270) (300) aus der Tafel.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend das Bereitstellen eines Innenrahmens (90) und das Anbringen des Innenrahmens am Zuschnitt (80), bevor der Zuschnitt zum Bilden einer Packung (10) gefaltet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die vorgesehene Tafel (102) aus Metallmaterial Aluminium ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend das Bereitstellen eines Bündels Zigaretten und das Falten des Zuschnitts (80) (120) (210) (300) um das Bündel herum zum Bilden einer Packung.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem die Zuschnitte eine Längsrichtung und eine Querrichtung haben, wobei die Längsrichtung im Wesentlichen mit einer Kornrichtung des Metalltafel-(102)-Materials zusammenfällt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Definieren der einzelnen Packungszuschnitte (210, 270) Folgendes umfasst:Definieren eines Zuschnitts eines Körper-Teils (210) mit Segmenten, die gefaltet werden, um ein Rückseitenfeld (212), ein erstes Seitenfeld (214), ein Vorderseitenfeld (216), ein zweites Seitenfeld (218) und ein hinteres Verbindungsfeld (220) zu werden, und Abkanten der Felder an einem ersten Ende, um einen Innenrahmenteil (230) zu bilden, wobei der Innenrahmenteil des Vorderseitenfeldsegments größer ist als der Innenrahmenteil des Rückseitenfeldsegments und eine Aussparung (235) hat, wobei die Innenrahmenteile (234, 238) der Seitenfeldsegmente (214) (218) weitgehend trapezförmig sind, undDefinieren eines Deckelteilzuschnitts (270) mit Segmenten, die gefaltet werden, um ein hinteres Teil (272), ein erstes Seitenteil (274), ein vorderes Teil (276), ein zweites Seitenteil (278) und ein hinteres Verbindungsteil (280) zu werden, wobei das Segment des vorderen Teils größer ist als das Segment des hinteren Teils.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 19, ferner umfassend:Bereitstellen eines Aufsatzes für das obere Ende (260), der eine im Wesentlichen flache rechteckige Oberseite und abwärts vorspringende Rippen (264) hat,Bereitstellen eines Aufsatzes für das untere Ende (250), der eine im Wesentlichen flache rechteckige Oberseite und nach oben vorspringende Rippen (254) hat,Falten des Deckelteils (270) zu einer hohlen Röhrenform, Verbinden des hinteren Verbindungsteils (280) mit dem hinteren Teil (272),Anbringen des Aufsatzes für das obere Ende (260) an einem oberen Rand des geformten Deckelteils, wobei die Rippen (264) sich in den Deckelteil hinein erstrecken und am ihm festgeklebt werden,Falten des Körper-Teils (210) zu einer hohlen Röhrenform, Verbinden des hinteren Verbindungsfeldes (220) mit dem Rückseitenfeld (212),Anbringen des Aufsatzes für das untere Ende (250) an einem unteren Rand des geformten Körper-Teils, wobei die Rippen (254) sich in das Körper-Teil hinein erstrecken und an ihm festgeklebt werden, undVerbinden des hinteren Teils (272) des Deckelteils mit dem Rückseitenfeld (212) des Körper-Teils zum Bilden eines Gelenks.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei dem das Unterteilen der Tafel (102) zum Bilden eines Packungszuschnitts das Bereitstellen eines Zuschnitts eines Körper-Teils (300) aufweist, das Segmente hat, die gefaltet werden, um ein Rückseitenfeld (310), ein erstes Seitenfeld (312), ein Vorderseitenfeld (314), ein zweites Seitenfeld (316) und ein hinteres Verbindungsfeld (318) zu werden, und bei dem das Falten des Körper-Teils zu einer hohlen Röhrenform das Verbinden des hinteren Verbindungsfeldes mit dem Rückseitenfeld aufweist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 21, ferner umfassend:Bereitstellen eines Aufsatzes für das obere Ende (350), der eine im Wesentlichen flache rechteckige Oberseite, ein Öffnungsloch (356) und abwärts vorspringende Rippen (352) hat,Bereitstellen eines Aufsatzes für das untere Ende (250), der eine im Wesentlichen flache rechteckige Oberseite und nach oben vorspringende Rippen (254) hat,Anbringen des Aufsatzes für das obere Ende (350) an einem oberen Rand des geformten Körper-Teils, wobei die Rippen (352) sich in den oberen Rand des Körper-Teils hinein erstrecken und am ihm festgeklebt werden,Anbringen des Aufsatzes für das untere Ende (250) an einem unteren Rand des geformten Körper-Teils, wobei die Rippen (254) sich in das Körper-Teil hinein erstrecken und an ihm festgeklebt werden, undAnbringen eines wiederverschließbaren Verschlusses (360) an dem Aufsatz für das obere Ende (350) zum selektiven Dichtverschließen des Öffnungsloches (356).
