Definitions

  • the invention relates to an electrical switching device, in particular Push button switch, with an actuating element, e.g. Rocker switch that returns to its original position after actuation, with a slide acted upon by at least a pendulum hinged to it and with a switching element, that works with the slide and with the pendulum and for Actuation of at least one contact arrangement is used.
  • an actuating element e.g. Rocker switch that returns to its original position after actuation, with a slide acted upon by at least a pendulum hinged to it and with a switching element, that works with the slide and with the pendulum and for Actuation of at least one contact arrangement is used.
  • a swivel part is rotatably mounted, the both journals each have a flat, on which Spring bars resemble leaf springs and the swivel part in apply a center position. Furthermore, the swivel part provided with two pressure pieces arranged symmetrically to each other, who work with the rocker switch by this from a corner of the Swinging part molded bearing surface is applied.
  • the constructive inclination of the rocker switch opposite the pivoting part leads to the fact that only one of the two contact surfaces each pressure piece engages with the rocker switch comes, so that with each shift actuation the rocker switch the swivel part is loaded into the other position becomes.
  • a similar switching device in which also the movement of the actuator from a slide with a beveled Printing area and at least one pendulum arranged thereon executes a transverse movement and thereby also a swiveling movement Switching element is on the market as a button known.
  • the at least one pivotable pendulum arranged on the slide is in the form of an isosceles triangle, the designed as a swivel axis near the corner point
  • the pendulum's axis of symmetry intersects and in lateral bearing points is guided in the slide.
  • the switching element takes an inclined position in relation to the pendulum, so that depending on the respective switching position, the pendulum at Actuation with one of the two other corner points against the Slider bumps, experiences a certain deflection and the Brings slider into its other position.
  • One on Compression-supporting compression spring ensures that the pendulum in Always a middle position between the two deflection positions occupies.
  • a disadvantage of this design has been shown to be a certain susceptibility to contamination, for example due to dust, and the resulting stiffness of this switching system.
  • the penetration of dust can never be completely ruled out, which settles at the bearing points and can sometimes lead to incorrect actuation due to insufficient pivoting of the pendulum due to excessive bearing friction.
  • the assembly of the known switching device is time-consuming and part-related in terms of storage and adjustment of the pendulum.
  • the spring is advantageously designed as a leaf spring the pendulum is positively and positively applied by the spring according to a preferred embodiment of the invention in a for this purpose in the pendulum at its end facing away from its pivot point provided recess engages and so practically free of play for it ensures that the pendulum after each actuation-dependent Deflection again its intended rest position, which is a center position between two opposing deflections.
  • the spring integrally connected to the slide.
  • the spring and the slide is made of plastic.
  • connection is the spring with the slide web-like and has a connection cross section which is dimensioned such that taking advantage of the elasticity of the material used return force required to reset the pendulum Deflection of the pendulum and thus the spring results.
  • each switching device there are two Slider provided for each switching device, each with a pendulum are equipped, which pendulums by specially assigned, on the respective Return springs located slide are.
  • Fig. 1 is a partial longitudinal section through an inventive Switching device 10 with a base upper part 12, in which a switching element 14 is pivotally mounted and with a slide 16 cooperates, which is in operative connection with an actuating element 18 via a nose 19 molded thereon with a molded on the slider 16 switch 17 in operative connection stands.
  • the pendulum 20 works with one on the slide 16 in opposite directions, that is, on one swivel path executing end face of the pendulum 20 opposite, arranged Spring 22 together, according to the invention the pendulum 20 positively loaded into its rest position by the formed as a leaf spring return spring 22 in one of said Engages recess 23 formed in the end face of the pendulum, so that the pendulum 20 after actuation of the Switchgear 10 as the middle position between two deflections assumes the intended rest position.
  • the return spring 22 according to the invention can be set to the desired one Reset characteristics are turned off, the spring 22nd is preferably integrally connected to the slide 16.
  • Switchgear 10 Guarantees the invention Switchgear 10 guaranteed.
  • the switching operation by the pendulum 20 or by the switching element takes place in a known manner in that the Switching element 24 in turn actuates a contact arrangement 24, which a fixed contact piece 25 and a movable contact piece 26, which is pivotally supported on a contact carrier 28 and from the closed position shown in Fig. 1 in the open position shown in Fig. 2 is pivotable.
  • the switching element 14, its known pivot bearing here is not shown in detail and which is the movable contact piece 26 loaded with a spring sleeve against the contact carrier 28, has one at its end facing away from the contact arrangement 24 arranged transversely to its longitudinal axis, penetrating the switching element Recess 15, which penetrated by the slider 16 which in turn is acted upon by a return spring 30, occupies the rest position shown in Fig. 1.
  • the pendulum 20 which is similar to an isosceles triangle is in accordance with the embodiment shown in FIGS Invention about the already mentioned, designed as a push-through axis Pivot axis 21 pivotally connected to the slide 16, the pivot path of the pendulum 20 on the one hand and the at the restoring force resulting from its deflection, on the other hand, exclusively from the design of those already described Spring 22 are determined.
  • FIG 3 is a partial top view of the switching device 10 reproduced with the actuator 18 removed, only half of the symmetrically constructed device 10 is shown is.
  • Pendulum 20 engages with its upper half of symmetry 32 a molded on the switching element 14 switching web 34, which is the upper Limitation of the recess 15 forms, engages and transmits so the displacement of the slide 16 on the switching element 14, the thereupon around itself with the central axis of the slide 16 intersecting axis of rotation pivots counterclockwise.
  • the switching element 14 After reaching the end position of the slide shown in Fig. 2 16, the switching element 14 assumes the switching position according to FIG. 2, in which, on the basis of the exposure thus caused, the Contact arrangement 24 is open.
  • the main advantage of the present invention results from the fact that on the one hand the production of the invention Switchgear is significantly simplified because fewer parts too are assemble and that secondly, what is even more significant is interference due to excessive friction due to Contamination by dust the pendulum's pivoting mobility 20 do not affect because the pendulum 20 by the spring 22nd is acted upon.
  • the cross-sectional shape accordingly the spring 22, it is also possible, the restoring force to set the pendulum 20.
