Claims (12)
- System zur Überwachung des Straßenverkehrs zwecks Feststellung von Regelverstößen, wie insbesondere zu schnelles Fahren, Weiterfahren bei rotem Ampelsignal, zu geringer Sicherheitsabstand und/oder dergleichen, wobei mit mindestens einem Objektsensor (24) Objekte überwacht und in Abhängigkeit von deren sensorisch erfaßten Bewegungen bzw. Positionen Ausgangssignale als Ist-Werte erzeugt werden, die in einer mit dem Objektsensor (24) verbundenen Auswerteinrichtung (30) verarbeitet und mit vorbestimmten Soll- bzw. Grenzwerten verglichen werden, und wobei im Falle eines als Abweichung des Istwertes vom jeweiligen vorbestimmten Soll- bzw. Grenzwert festgestellten Regelverstoßes ein Auslösesignal erzeugt wird, welches eine Erfassung eines Bildes des jeweiligen Objektes mittels einer Kamera (32) zusammen mit Daten über den jeweiligen Regelverstoß bewirkt, wobei im Falle eines festgestellten Regelverstoßes das erfaßte Bild zusammen mit den zugehörigen Daten als elektrische Datensignale über eine Datenverbindung (6) an eine von dem Objektsensor (24) und der Auswerteinrichtung (30) entfernt liegende Erfassungsstation (4) zwecks Speicherung und /oder weitergehender Auswertung übertragen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Objektsensor (24) als Lasersensor ausgeführt ist, der mit einem in Richtung des Objektes (28) optisch aufgeweitet ausgesandten Laserstrahl (26) arbeitet. - System nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zu übertragenden Datensignale in der Auswerteinrichtung (30) zwischengespeichert werden, wobei diese Zwischenspeicherung erst nach erfolgter Übertragung an die Erfassungsstation (4) gelöscht wird. - System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bild- und Datenübertragung digital erfolgt, insbesondere über ein leitungsgebundenes oder drahtloses Datennetz. - System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Erfassung des Bildes digital erfolgt, insbesondere als digitales Einzelbild. - System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
gekennzeichnet durch einen modularen Aufbau zumindest der externen, sensorseitigen Systemkomponenten, wobei eine externe Überwachungsstation (2) zumindest ein Sensormodul (12), ein Auswert-bzw. Rechnermodul (14), ein Kameramodul (16) vorzugsweise mit Blitzeinrichtungsmodul (18), insbesondere ein Zwischenspeichermodul (20) sowie ein Daten-Schnittstellenmodul (22) aufweist. - System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Selbstüberwachung insbesondere der externen Systemkomponenten gegen Sabotage und Vandalismus. - System nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die externe Überwachungsstation (2) mindestens einen zusätzlichen Bewegungs- und/oder Berührungsmelder aufweist, der im Falle einer Annäherung und/oder Manipulation durch eine unberechtigte Person einen Alarm, insbesondere eine Alarmübertragung über die Datenverbindung (6) und/oder eine Erfassung und Übertragung eines Bildes der unberechtigten Person auslöst. - System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der externen Überwachungsstation (2) zumindest eine zweite Überwachungsstation (2) derart zugeordnet ist, daß jeweils die eine Station (2) im Bild-Erfassungsbereich der anderen Station (2) liegt. - System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß anhand des erfaßten Bildes eine automatische Erkennung des jeweiligen Kfz-Kennzeichens und insbesondere auch eine automatische Fahrzeughalter-Feststellung, vorzugsweise mit anschließendem automatischen Versenden von Bußgeldbescheiden und gegebenenfalls Überwachung der Zahlungseingänge, erfolgt. - System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die sensorisch erfaßten Daten insbesondere bezüglich der jeweiligen Geschwindigkeiten, Sicherheitsabstände, und /oder des jeweiligen Verkehrsaufkommens zur Steuerung von automatischen Verkehrszeichen bzw. Warntafeln oder dergleichen ausgewertet werden. - System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Überwachungsstation (2) - gegebenenfalls auch unabhängig von Regelverstößen - eine regelmäßige Bilderfassung jedes Objektes mit Kennzeichen-Erkennung erfolgt, wobei alle Kennzeichen automatisch mit einer gespeicherten, insbesondere über die Datenverbindung eingebbaren Kennzeichenliste verglichen werden und im Falle einer festgestellten Übereinstimmung eine bestimmte Meldefunktion ausgelöst wird. - System nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
gekennzeichnet durch zusätzliche Luftqualitätssensoren, insbesondere Schadstoffsensoren, deren Ausgangsgröße vorzugsweise zur Steuerung von automatischen Verkehrszeichen bzw. Warntafeln oder dergleichen ausgewertet wird.
