Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 26, caractérisé en ce que l'élément porteur présente une plaque de positionnement (3) et une plaque de base (8) qui sont assemblées l'une avec l'autre par une vis de réglage en hauteur, le levier oscillant (60) étant monté sur la plaque de positionnement (3)* et la plaque de base (8) étant fixée directement ou indirectement sur la paroi latérale (17) du tiroir.
