- la figure 1 est une vue éclatée du dispositif de soufflerie selon l'invention,
- la figure 2 est une vue assemblée du dispositif de la figure 1, et
- la figure 3 est une vue de côté de l'implantation du dispositif de soufflerie dans la machine.
Claims (7)
- Dispositif de soufflerie pour le décollage d'une bande métallisée (90) et le freinage d'une feuille (95) dans une presse à platines comprenant un sommier supérieur fixe (80) et un sommier inférieur mobile (82), sommiers entre lesquels la feuille de carton (95) est amenée, pour impression sur celle-ci, selon des motifs donnés, d'une pellicule métallisée issue de la bande (90) conduite entre cette feuille (95) et l'un des sommiers de la presse à platines, ce dispositif comprenant une barre disposée proche de la sortie de la presse et dans laquelle est ménagée une série de buses (77, 79), chacune obturée par un moyen de commande (10, 15), caractérisé en ce que chaque buse (77, 79) est parallélépipédique aplatie, et en ce que le plan des jets issus de ces buses est dirigé sensiblement à l'horizontale entre la bande métallisée (90) et la feuille (95).
- Dispositif de soufflerie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de commande de chaque buse (77, 79) est un tiroir (10, 15) mobile en translation perpendiculairement au canal d'alimentation d'air sous pression (38, 39), ce tiroir comprenant un passage de communication (12).
- Dispositif de soufflerie selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de translation de chaque tiroir (10, 15) est commandé manuellement.
- Dispositif de soufflerie selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque tiroir (10, 15) est retenu en deux positions, l'une ouverte, l'autre fermée, par un fil-ressort (45) tombant dans l'une des deux gorges d'indexation (32, 34) ménagées sur la périphérie du tiroir.
- Dispositif de soufflerie selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque buse (77, 79) est réalisée par l'empilage d'une plaque de fond (30), d'une plaque de diffusion (25) présentant des encoches rectangulaires (27, 29) et d'une barre de distribution (5) présentant, au-dessus de chaque encoche, un canal débouchant d'alimentation d'air (38, 39) pouvant être obturé par un tiroir (10, 15) mobile en translation perpendiculaire.
- Dispositif de soufflerie selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'air sous pression est apporté aux canaux (38, 39) de la barre de distribution (5) par deux rainures (20, 22) réalisées sur une portion de longueur de la surface inférieure d'une barre d'amenée (1) empilée sur cette barre de distribution.
- Dispositif de soufflerie selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les rainures (20, 22) ont une section dégressive, leur plus grande section se situant à leur origine.
