Claims (10)
- Saug-Druckpumpe für ein sich in einem abgedichteten Fluidbehälter (1) befindliches Fluid, aufweisendeinen in den Fluidbehälter (1) hineinragenden Druckzylinder (8),einen in dem Druckzylinder (8) abdichtend geführten Kolben (3) mit einem axialen Pumpkanal (7),eine im Druckzylinder (8) ausgebildete Druckkammer (4), die durch den Kolben (3) und durch ein gegenüber dem Fluidbehälter (1) wirkendes Ventil (5), das bei Überdruck schließt und bei Unterdruck öffnet, begrenzt ist und mit dem axialen Pumpkanal (7) verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Kolben (3) im Druckzylinder (8) nur durch eine umfangsseitige Dichtlippe (9) abgedichtet ist,der Druckzylinder (8) einen Bereich (10) aufweist, in dem die Dichtlippe (9) keine abdichtende Wirkung hat,der axiale Pumpkanal (7) einen so großen Innendurchmesser aufweist, daß ein Stößel hindurchgeführt werden kann, mit dem das Ventil (5) zum Fluidbehälter (1) druckunabhängig verschließbar ist, undder Druckzylinder (8) Öffnungen zum oberen Teil des Fluidbehälters (1) zum Absaugen von im Fluidbehälter (1) befindlicher Restluft aufweist.
- Saug-Druckpumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mit dein Kolben (3) ein Stößel (11) verbunden ist, der in der untersten Position des Kolbens (3) das Ventil (5) zum Fluidbehälter (1) druckunabhängig verschließt. - Saug-Druckpumpe nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Stößel (11) einen unteren schmalen Bereich zur Betätigung des Ventils (5) und einen oberen breiteren Bereich (15) mit sternförmigem Querschnitt zur Halterung im Pumpkanal (7) aufweist. - Saug-Druckpumpe nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein unterer Anschlag (17) für den Kolben (3) vorgesehen ist. - Saug-Druckpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Ventil (5) zwischen Druckkammer (4) und Fluidbehälter (1) als Kugelventil ausgebildet ist. - Saug-Druckpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich die Dichtlippe (9) am unteren Ende des Kolbens (3) befindet und sich der Bereich (10) des Druckzylinders (8), in dem die Dichtlippe (9) nicht abdichtend wirkt, ebenfalls am unteren Ende der Druckkammer (4) vorgesehen ist. - Saug-Druckpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kolben (3) einen kleineren Außendurchmesser als der Innendurchmesser des Druckzylinders (8) hat und der Bereich (10) des Druckzylinders (8), in dem die Dichtlippe (9) des Kolbens (3) nicht dichtend wirkt, einen größeren Innendurchmesser als der Außendurchmesser der Dichtlippe (9) hat. - Saug-Druckpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kolben (3) einschließlich Dichtlippe (9) einen konstanten Außendurchmesser und der Druckzylinder (8) einen konstanten Innenurchmesser aufweisen, wobei im Kolben (3) oberhalb der Dichtlippe (9) außenseitige axiale Ausnehmungen (18) vorgesehen sind und in dem Bereich (10) des Druckzylinders (8), in dem die Dichtlippe (9) nicht dichtend wirkt, innenseitige axiale Ausnehmungen (19) ausgeformt sind. - Saug-Druckpumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein auf dem Kolben (3) aufsetzbares Betätigungselement (20) mit einem in einem Fluidauslaß (23) mündenden Steigrohr (21) vorgesehen ist, welches Steigrohr (21) mit dem im Kolben (3) ausformten axialen Pumpkanal (7) verbunden ist. - Saug-Druckpumpe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß im Steigrohr (21) des Betätigungselementes (20) ein Überdruckventil (22) vorgesehen ist.
