Claims (9)
- Battant de fenêtre/battant de porte ouvrant (1) avec une poignée (3) qui est apte à tourner, sur le châssis de battant (5), sur un axe de rotation (4) disposé perpendiculairement au plan du battant, et qui vient en prise dans une ferrure (7) entraínant des tourillons de fermeture (8), étant précisé que la ferrure (7) est mobile sur le battant, dans la zone longitudinale prédéfinie d'une rainure de ferrure (9), et que la poignée (3) et la ferrure (7) sont reliées à l'aide d'une transmission de renvoi (12) de telle sorte que le mouvement tournant (10) de la poignée (3) soit transformé en mouvement longitudinal (11) de la ferrure (7), un levier pivotant (16) étant relié, solidaire en rotation, à l'axe de rotation (4) tandis qu'un levier à mouvement linéaire (17) est relié rigidement audit axe de rotation (4), caractérisé en ce que lorsqu'on regarde de face le plan de battant, l'axe de rotation (4) de la poignée (3) croise le sens longitudinal de la rainure de ferrure (9) avec un écartement latéral (13), en dehors du plan de délimitation extérieur (15) du profilé de châssis de battant,et en ce que les mouvements du levier pivotant (16) et du levier à mouvement linéaire (17) sont accouplés par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission de renvoi (12) de telle sorte que le levier pivotant soit tourné vers le châssis de battant et que le levier à mouvement linéaire soit tourné vers le côté de la pièce où se trouve la poignée,le levier pivotant (16) venant en prise grâce à des roues dentées (20) dans une tringle d'entraínement (21) en forme de crémaillère, guidée longitudinalement et séparée du levier à mouvement linéaire, et en ce quele levier à mouvement linéaire (17) et la tringle d'entraínement (21) comportent chacun un organe d'entraínement dans 2 directions grâce auquel un accouplement a lieu entre le levier à mouvement linéaire et la tringle d'entraínement (21).
- Battant de fenêtre/battant de porte ouvrant selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le levier à mouvement linéaire (17) et la tringle d'entraínement (21) sont pourvus, dans leur zone de prise, d'une ouverture (19) et d'un tourillon (18) correspondant à celle-ci.
- Battant de fenêtre/battant de porte ouvrant selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (19) a la forme d'une fourche et le tourillon (18) est enserré par les branches opposées de la fourche.
- Battant de fenêtre/battant de porte ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un butoir (22) et l'axe de rotation (4) de la poignée (3) croise le sens longitudinal (14) de la rainure de ferrure (9) à l'extérieur (15) du plan de limitation extérieur du châssis de battant (5) de telle sorte que la poignée (3) est calée sur le butoir (22), de préférence de manière centrée.
- Battant de fenêtre/battant de porte ouvrant selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le butoir (22) comporte une cavité (23) pour recevoir la transmission de renvoi (12).
- Battant de fenêtre/battant de porte ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'extrémité du levier pivotant (16) balaie le châssis de battant (5), et en ce que le châssis battant (5) présente dans la zone balayée une ouverture (24) pour le levier à mouvement linéaire (17).
- Battant de fenêtre/battant de porte ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le levier à mouvement linéaire (17) est un élément de construction séparé, composé d'un matériau plat, qui est appliqué sur le côté de la ferrure (7) et qui est relié à celle-ci à deux endroits (25) espacés l'un de l'autre dans le sens longitudinal de la ferrure (7).
- Battant de fenêtre/battant de porte ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le battant de fenêtre est un élément constitutif d'une fenêtre à deux battants (F), l'axe de rotation (4) de la poignée (3) étant globalement centré entre les deux battants de fenêtre (1, 2).
- Battant de fenêtre/battant de porte ouvrant selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le plan de pivotement et le plan de mouvement linéaire sont perpendiculaires.
