Claims (3)
- Procédé de fabrication d'articles métalliques moulés par introduction forcée d'une barre métallique thixotrope (20) d'une chambre de remplissage (12) dans une cavité de moulage (30), avec un piston (16), caractérisé en ce que la cavité de moulage (30) est soumise à un dégazage forcé, au moins jusqu'au moment (tE) de l'entrée du métal dans la cavité de moulage (30), et en ce que la vitesse du piston est accrue après le moment (tE) de l'entrée du métal dans la cavité de moulage (30).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dégazage forcé est poursuivi jusqu'au remplissage complet du moule.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la chambre de remplissage (12) est isolante à la chaleur et/ou est chauffée.
