- control system SC of motor MO feeds the motor again determining a speed increase to 90 rpm during the phase indicated by A" in Fig. 3. This speed will be subsequently maintained for a pre-set time in the phase indicated by B".
- phase B the phases of speed decrease (R), increase (phase A") and distribution (phase B") can be obtained in a total time of even less than 10 seconds.
- phase R causes the clothes to come off the drum walls to the drum centre.
- a fast speed increase to 90 rpm does not let the clothes collect to the drum lower side; in other words, therefore, before the clothes collect on the drum bottom the spinning force generated by the new speed increase to 90 rpm determines a new satellization of the load, so that drum rotation is not held back.
- phase B the control system performs a new check of the load balance degree. If the load is now balanced, the control system will maintain a 90 rpm speed till the signal from the programmer or timer of the machine (not shown in the figure) indicates that the high speed spin phase has started, whereas in case of a still unbalanced load the control system SC of the machine will perform a new speed decrease phase down to 45 rpm (phase R), a new increase phase up to 90 rpm (phase A”) and a new distribution phase (phase B”) verifying the balance degree. Said operational cycle will be repeated as long as the load is not balanced so as to obtain a stable spin.
- the method according to the present invention allows the performance of the operational cycle in a drastically shorter time compared to the known state of the art.

- reference number 1 indicates the start block of the program, which releases control to block 2.
- Said block 2 determines the start of a motor speed increase slope to 90 rpm (phase A' of Fig. 2), and then releases control to block 3.
- Such a block 3 is a test block, testing load balance conditions during the distribution phase (phase B' of Fig. 3).
- Said block controls motor feed, so as to decrease the drum rotation speed from 90 rpm (phase R in fig. 3). Then the control goes on to block 10.
- Block 10 is a test block, verifying when the drum rotation speed reaches the pre-set disatellization value (comprised between 45 and 55 rpm), i.e. a speed allowing the clothes to come off the drum walls, however without stopping drum rotation. Upon reaching said decreased speed (output SI), the control goes back to block 2, which performs a new speed increase slope up to 90 rpm (block 2 or phase A" in Fig. 3) and a new test of the load balance (block 3 or phase B" in Fig. 3).
- the method according to the present invention allows an extremely efficient balance of the clothes inside the drum of a laundry washer in drastically shorter times than according to the known technology described at the beginning of the present description.

Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Ausgleichen einer durch Kleidungsstücke hervorgerufenen Unwucht in einer Wäschewaschmaschine und/oder Wäschetrocknungsmaschine, die aufweisen:einen Motor (MO), um eine Drehung der Trommel, welche die Wäsche aufnimmt, zu erzeugen, ein Steuersystem (SC) für diesen Motor (MO) und Mittel (T) zum Erfassen des Gleichgewichtszustandes der Beladung in der Trommel, wobei das Verfahren enthält:eine Anfangsdrehphase (B') der Trommel bei einer ersten Drehzahl, die ein weitgehendes Anhaften der Kleidungsstücke an den Trommelwänden bewirkt, und eine Erfassungsphase des Gleichgewichtszustandes während dieser Anfangsphase (B'), bei der eine oder mehrere Ausgleichsmaßnahmen (R,A",B") durch die Beladung selbst bereitgestellt werden, sollte eine unausgeglichene Beladung erfasst werden, wobei die Ausgleichsmaßnahmen (R,A",B") erzielt werden, während die Trommel in einer kontinuierlichen Drehung gehalten wird,eine erste Phase (R) der Reduktion der Trommeldrehzahl von einer ersten Drehzahl (90 U/min) auf eine zweite Drehzahl (45-55 U/min), die geeignet ist, die Wäsche zu veranlassen, die Trommelwände zu verlassen und in Richtung der Mitte der Trommel selbst zu fallen;eine zweite Phase (A"), bei der die Trommeldrehzahl von der zweiten Drehzahl (45-55 U/min) zu der ersten Drehzahl (90 U/min) zurückkehrt, bevor sich die Wäsche an dem Trommelboden sammelt;eine dritte Phase (B") zum Aufrechterhalten der ersten Drehzahl (90 U/min), wobei die erste, zweite und dritte Phase aufeinander folgend wiederholt werden, bis die Wäsche in der Trommel ausgeglichen ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Phase (A") unmittelbar der ersten Phase (R) folgt, so dass die Wäsche, welche während der ersten Phase (R) die Trommelwände verlässt und in Richtung des Trommelmittelpunktes fällt, durch Zentrifugalkraft wieder gegen die Trommelwände gedrückt wird, bevor sie sich sammelt, so dass die Trommeldrehung nicht verlangsamt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass während der dritten Phase (B") eine erneute Erfassung des Gleichgewichtszustandes der Beladung ausgeführt wird. - Verfahren nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
gekennzeichnet durch die Tatsache, dass, wenn eine neue Unwucht während der dritten Phase (B") erfasst wird, die zweite und die dritte Phase wiederholt werden. - Verfahren nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste, die zweite und die dritte Phase in dieser Folge wiederholt werden, bis die Unwucht in der Trommel ausgeglichen ist, um anschließend eine Hochgeschwindigkeits-Schleuderphase (CE') der Wäsche auszuführen. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Drehzahl im Wesentlichen bei ca. 90 U/min und/oder die zweite Drehzahl im Wesentlichen zwischen 45 und 55 U/min liegt. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste, die zweite und die dritte Phase in einer Gesamtzeit von ca. 10 Sekunden ausgeführt werden. - Verfahren nach zumindest einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Erfassen des Gleichgewichtszustandes der Beladung durch Analysieren der Daten, die von einem Tachodynamo (T) zugeführt werden, erfolgt. - Wäschewaschmaschine und/oder Wäschetrocknungsmaschine, enthaltend:eine Trommel, die die Wäsche aufnimmt, sowie einen Motor (MO) zum Erzeugen der Drehung der Trommel, ein Steuersystem (SC) zum Steuern des Motors (MO), Mittel (T) zum Erfassen des Gleichgewichtszustandes der Beladung innerhalb der Trommel, wobei das Steuersystem (SC) eine Anfangsdrehphase (B') der Trommel bei einer ersten Drehzahl, welche ermöglicht, eine substantielle Anhaftung der Kleidungsstücke an den Trommelwänden zu erzeugen, sowie eine Erfassungsphase des Gleichgewichtszustandes während der Anfangsphase (B') steuert, wobei eine oder mehrere Ausgleichsmaßnahmen (R,A",B") der Beladung selbst bereit gestellt werden, sollte ein unausgeglichener Beladungszustand erfasst werden, wobei die Ausgleichsmaßnahmen (R,A",B') erhalten werden, während die Trommel in kontinuierlicher Drehung gehalten wird,eine erste Phase (R) der Verringerung der Trommeldrehzahl von der ersten Drehzahl (90 U/min) auf eine zweite Drehzahl (45-55 U/min), die geeignet ist, die Wäsche zu veranlassen, die Trommelwände zu verlassen und in Richtung der Mitte der Trommel selbst zu fallen;eine zweite Phase (A"), bei der die Trommeldrehzahl von der zweiten Drehzahl (45-55 U/min) zu der ersten Drehzahl (90 U/min) zurückkehrt, bevor sich die Wäsche an dem Trommelboden sammelt;eine dritte Phase (B") zum Aufrechterhalten der ersten Drehzahl (90 U/min), wobei die erste, die zweite und die dritte Phase aufeinander folgend wiederholt werden, bis die Wäsche in der Trommel gleichmäßig verteilt.
- Wäschewaschmaschine und/oder Wäschetrocknungsmaschine nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Motor (M) ein Betätigungsmotor (M) des Wechselstromtyps oder des Asynchrontyps ist, wobei insbesondere das Steuersystem (SC) des Motors (M) digital mit einem elektronischen Mikrokontroller (MP) ist.
