Abstract

Le dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé de contrôle de l'humidité d'une bande de matériau dans une machine d'impression comprend des moyens photoélectriques (10, 20) détectant la position d'une marque à droite et d'une marque à gauche matérialisant la largeur de l'impression effectuée par une station (I1), et détectant la position des marques à droite et à gauche matérialisant la largeur de l'impression effectuée par la station suivante (I2). Il comprend également des moyens électroniques (30) recevant les signaux des moyens photoélectriques (20) et établissant l'éventuelle différence de largeur d'une impression à l'autre ainsi qu'un calculateur électronique (40) relié aux moyens électroniques (30) générant, dans le cas d'une différence non nulle, un signal électrique primaire de correction s'appliquant sur des moyens de régulation (52, 54) du chauffage d'une plaque ou d'un rouleau en contact avec la bande ou du flux, du chauffage et/ou de la teneur en vapeur d'eau du séchoir de la station pour ramener la valeur de l'humidité de la bande à sa valeur initiale à l'entrée de la machine, et générant des signaux électriques secondaires de correction dégressifs s'appliquant respectivement sur des moyens de régulation (52', 54') de chacun des séchoirs (S1, S2, S3) de la machine d'impression.
