Claims (7)
- Procédé de pose d'une voie de chemin de fer fixe, selon lequel les traverses en béton supportant les voies sont ajustées en position correcte dans une semelle en forme d'auge de béton, et sont noyées dans une masse de scellement en étant liées à une armature longitudinale, grâce au fait que les voies sont tout d'abord préalablement montées avec les traverses en un treillis de voie qui est ajusté en position en se référant à la face supérieure du rail et est ensuite scellé par coulée de la masse de scellement, caractérisé par l'utilisation de traverses en béton en deux blocs comprenant deux blocs individuels armés, l'armature comprenant des barres d'armature en acier qui s'étendent sensiblement parallèlement à l'axe de la traverse et sont reliées en une cage d'armature à l'aide d'étriers espacés axialement, et s'étendent, en tant que barres de liaison, de manière continue au travers des deux blocs individuels, au moins quelques unes de ces barres faisant saillie hors des faces frontales extérieures des blocs individuels, et par l'utilisation de portiques de réglage de voie sur lesquels est suspendu et pré-ajusté un treillis de voie avant que ne soit effectué un ajustement fin par nivellement optique se référant à la face supérieure du rail, par actionnement d'organes de réglage des portiques de réglage de voie, et les armatures longitudinales déposées précédemment de manière libre dans la semelle en forme d'auge de béton étant soulevées et assemblées aux barres de liaison et aux extrémités des barres d'armature en acier faisant saillie sur l'extérieur.
- Procédé de pose selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les treillis de voie sont ajustés au moyen d'un grand nombre de portiques de réglage de voie espacés les uns des autres et fixés à la semelle en forme d'auge de béton.
- Procédé de pose selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un portique de réglage de voie est disposé selon des intervalles de deux à quatre traverses, de préférence de trois traverses.
- Portique de réglage de voie pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé de pose selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par des poutrelles de support transversales (8) destinées à venir s'engager sous les rails (7) entre à chaque fois deux traverses (16), et supportées de manière réglable en hauteur et dans la direction transversale, sur des supports d'appui (9, 10), qui s'appuient en partie sur les côtés supérieurs (11) et en partie sur les surfaces extérieures des parois latérales (13) de la semelle en forme d'auge de béton (4).
- Portique de réglage de voie pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé de pose selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par des poutrelles de support transversales destinées à venir surmonter et à suspendre les rails, et supportées de manière réglable en hauteur et dans la direction transversale, sur des supports d'appui, qui s'appuient en partie sur les côtés supérieurs et en partie sur les surfaces extérieures des parois latérales de la semelle en forme d'auge de béton.
- Portique de réglage de voie selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé par un support d'appui intermédiaire (14) destiné à venir s'appuyer sur un bloc de montage (15) et supportant la poutrelle de support transversale (8) en son milieu.
- Portique de réglage de voie selon l'une des revendication 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'il peut se démonter de façon telle qu'il puisse être retiré aisément de la semelle en forme d'auge, après coulée de la masse de scellement dans la semelle en forme d'auge.
