Claims (4)
- Vorrichtung zum Prüfen der Enden von Zigaretten (10) im Bereich von aufrechten Prüfkanälen (17), in denen jeweils einzelne Zigaretten-Reihen (18) von übereinanderliegenden, mit ihren Enden seitwärts gerichteten Zigaretten (10) von oben nach unten bewegbar sind, insbesondere in einem Zigaretten-Magazin (12) einer Verpackungsmaschine, wobei im Bereich einer Prüfebene (20) an einer Seite der Prüfkanäle (17) eine Prüfeinheit (46) angeordnet ist mit Sensoren (28..31), nämlich Sendern (28, 29) und Empfängern (30, 31) zum Aussenden und Empfangen eines Prüfstrahls im Bereich von Endflächen (47) einer Prüfgruppe (45) der Zigaretten (10) und deren benachbarten Seitenflächen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einer der Prüfeinheit (46) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Prüfkanäle (17) eine Positioniereinheit (49) zur elastischen und individuellen Druckbeaufschlagung der Zigaretten (10) in Längsrichtung derselben angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniereinheit (49) im Abstand voneinander angeordnete, elastisch beaufschlagbare Druckorgane (57) für jede Zigarette (10) im Bereich der Prüfebene (20) aufweist, insbesondere Stößel (50), wobei für jede Prüfgruppe (45) die Anzahl der Druckorgane (57) auf die Anzahl der Zigaretten (10) je Prüfgruppe (45) abgestimmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den zu prüfenden Zigaretten (10) zugeordneten elastisch beaufschlagten Druckorgane (57) mit ihren Stößeln (50) an Endflächen (48) von Filtern (11) der Zigaretten (10) anliegen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Positioniereinheit (49) an Führungsstangen (55) querbewegbar gelagert ist, derart, daß die Positioniereinheit (49) vom Zigaretten-Magazin (12) abhebbar ist.
