Claims (5)

  1. Herstellungsverfahren eines elektrischen Kontakt-Verbundwerkstoffes auf der Basis eines elektrisch gut leitenden Metalls, wie beispielsweise Silber, Kupfer oder deren Verbindungen, durch Mischen von Kohlenstoffasern mit dem Metallpulver, Verdichten der Mischung und Sintern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Kohlenstoffasern, deren ursprüngliche Länge einen vorbestimmten Mittelwert (L1) aufweist, einer mechanischen Zerkleinerungsbehandlung in einer Mühle unterworfen werden,
    die Zerkleinerungbedingungen so festgelegt sind, dass Reste von zerkleinerten Kohlenstoffasern erzeugt werden, deren endgültige Länge um einen Mittelwert (L2) herum schwankt, der wesentlich unter dem ursprünglichen Mittelwert (L1) liegt,
    die Mischung der zerkleinerten Faserreste und des Metallpulvers so beschaffen ist, dass sie isotropisch im Werkstoff verteilt werden.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ursprüngliche mittlere Länge (L1) der Kohlenstoffasern zwischen etwa 100 um und etwa 800 um liegt, und dass die endgültige mittlere Länge (L2) der gemahlenen Kohlenstoffaserreste kleiner ist als etwa 20 um.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mischung der Kohlenstoffasern mit dem Metallpulver auf trockenem Wege erfolgt.
  4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zerkleinern der Kohlenstoffasern vor ihrer Mischung mit dem Metallpulver erfolgt.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zerkleinern der Kohlenstoffasern und das Mischen mit dem Metallpulver durch mechanische Synthese gleichzeitig erfolgen.
