Claims (12)
- Anordnung aus einem einem stählernen Flintenlauf (4) und einer auf diesen direkt aufgeklebten Laufschiene (2; 12; 22) aus einem Kunststoff, dessen Wärmeleitfähigkeit schlechter ist als die des Laufes, um Schlierenbildung oberhalb der Laufschiene bei heißgeschossenem Lauf zu verhindern.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kuststoff duroplastischer Kunststoff ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die Laufschiene ein oder mehrere Verstärkungsmittel eingebettet sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsmittel faserförmig sind.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstärkungsmittel Glasfasern aufweisen.
- Anordnung nach einem der Anspsrüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufschiene (2) an ihrer dem Lauf (4) zugewandten Seite Ausnehmungen (8) aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom Lauf (4) abgewandte Seite der Laufschiene (2; 22) als ebene Fläche ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vom Lauf (4) abgewandte Seite der Laufschiene (12) im mittleren Bereich leicht zum Lauf hin durchgebogen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Abschnitt der Laufschiene in einer Schock- oder Leuchtfarbe gefärbt ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, bei welchem zur Herstellung der Laufschiene ein Rohling aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff in eine beheizbare Form eingelegt, in dieser erhitzt, gepreßt und gegebenenfalls ausgehärtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufschiene mit dem Lauf mittels eines Klebers verklebt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laufschiene mit dem Lauf mittels Ultraschall verklebt wird.
