Claims (9)
- Procédé pour la consolidation d'une nappe fibreuse faite de fibres synthétiques, telles des fibres de polyester, de polyéthylène ou de polypropylène, et/ou de filaments, et/ou de fibres naturelles, qui sur une épaisseur de 10 mm et plus est fabriquée sans fibres de liage, telles que des fibres en fusion à deux composants ou des fibres en fusion spéciales, et sans liants, caractérisé en ce que pour obtenir une nappe fibreuse volumineuse, mais quand même consolidée transversalement, une nappe faite de fibres ayant un titre compris entre 1 et 15 deniers et un poids pouvant atteindre 200g/m2 est consolidée uniquement grâce à un aiguilletage par eau unique avec une pression hydraulique de maximum 60 bars, de préférence de 20 à 30 bars, appliquée uniformément sur la surface de la nappe et présente alors une densité pouvant atteindre 0,05 g/cm3.
- Procédé suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que cette technique de l'aiguilletage par eau pour obtenir une structure superficielle uniforme sur les deux faces de la nappe est répétée deux fois, et ce successivement aussi sur l'envers de la nappe.
- Nappe fibreuse faite de fibres synthétiques, telles des fibres de polyester, de polyéthylène ou de polypropylène, et/ou de filaments, et/ou de fibres naturelles, qui pour un poids pouvant atteindre 200g/m2 et sur une épaisseur de 10 mm et plus est fabriquée à partir de fibres chimiques pures ayant un titre supérieur à 5 deniers sans fibres de liage, telles que des fibres en fusion à deux composants ou des fibres en fusion spéciales, et sans liants et qui est consolidée grâce un procédé d'aiguilletage par eau unique sur une ou sur les deux faces avec seulement une pression hydraulique de maximum 60 bars, de préférence de 20 à 30 bars, en vue d'obtenir une nappe volumineuse, et qui présente alors une densité pouvant atteindre 0,05 g/cm3.
- Nappe fibreuse suivant la revendication 3 et dont les fibres ont, lors de l'utilisation de fibres coupées, une longueur de coupe de 36 à 75 mm ou plus.
- Nappe fibreuse suivant la revendication 3 ou 4 présentant une densité de 0,01 à 0,03 g/cm3.
- Nappe fibreuse suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5 présentant une résistance à la déchirure de 5 à 100 N/5 cm, de préférence de 10 à 50 N/ 5 cm.
- Utilisation de la nappe fibreuse consolidée par le procédé de fabrication conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2 comme couche formant mèche dans le domaine des installations d'hygiène ou de sanitaires.
- Utilisation de la nappe fibreuse consolidée par le procédé de fabrication conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2 comme produit filtrant.
- Utilisation de la nappe fibreuse consolidée par le procédé de fabrication conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2 comme produit de rembourrage dans l'industrie vestimentaire.
