Description
- à un poste d'immersion, déposer sur un bain de liquide un film transfert comprenant un film support qui est ramollisable par l'action d'un liquide, ce film support étant recouvert sur une face supérieure par des couches successives d'un revêtement comprenant une première couche de matière réticulable dans un état non réticulé ou partiellement réticulé en contact avec le film support, et au moins une seconde couche en contact avec la première couche,
- mettre au moins un article en contact avec le film transfert et immerger cet article dans le bain de liquide pour transférer les couches de revêtement sur l'article, et
- assurer une réticulation complète du matériau réticulable après que celui-ci a été appliqué sur l'article.
Claims (7)
- Procédé de revêtement d'articles, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes de :à un poste d'immersion, déposer sur un bain de liquide un film transfert comprenant un film support qui est ramollisable par l'action d'un liquide, ce film support étant recouvert sur une face supérieure par des couches successives d'un revêtement comprenant une première couche de matière réticulable dans un état non réticulé ou partiellement réticulé en contact avec le film support, et au moins une seconde couche en contact direct avec la première couche,mettre au moins un article en contact avec le film transfert et immerger cet article dans le bain de liquide pour transférer les couches de revêtement sur l'article, etassurer une réticulation complète du matériau réticulable après que celui-ci a été appliqué sur l'article.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les couches successives sont appliquées sur le film support immédiatement avant l'immersion de l'article.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la dernière couche appliquée sur le film comporte des encres pénétrantes réactivables et en ce qu'une couche comportant un activateur des encres pénétrantes est appliqué au moment où le film transfert est déposé sur le bain.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première couche comprend des encres pénétrantes à l'état stable et la seconde couche comprend un activateur des encres pénétrantes et en ce que le procédé comporte une étape de chauffage de l'article après transfert des couches de revêtement sur ledit article.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte en outre l'étape de rincer l'article avant de chauffer celui-ci.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la seconde couche comporte également un agent promoteur d'adhérence.
- Film transfert utilisable pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon les revendications 1 à 6, comprenant un film support qui est ramollisable par l'action d'un liquide, ce film étant couvert sur une face par des couches successives d'un revêtement comprenant une première couche de matière réticulable dans un état non réticulé ou partiellement réticulé en contact direct avec le film support, et au moins une seconde couche en contact avec la première couche.
