Claims (12)
- Schlaufenmischer zur Mischung eines Feststoffe, insbesondere Fasern enthaltenden Produktes mit einem zylindrischen Mischergehäuse (1), das einen Einlaß (2) und einen Auslaß (3) für das Produkt aufweist und in dem mit einem zylindrischen Leitrohr (4) eine Mischschlaufe ausgebildet ist, in der das Produkt aus dem Inneren des Leitrohres (4) über eine radiale Öffnung (5) vor einem stirnseitigen Abschluß (14) des Leitrohres (4) in einen ringzylindrischen Außenraum (7) des Leitrohres (4) umgelenkt und dort im Gegenstrom zurücktransportiert wird und aus der das Produkt mittels an der Außenseite des Leitrohres (7) angeordnete, die radiale Öffnung (5) querenden Leiteinrichtungen (10) zum Auslaß (3) gelangt, wobei zum Transport des Produktes ein rotierender Verdränger (9) im Innern des Leitrohres (4) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der radialen Öffnung (5) radial innen vor den Leiteinrichtungen (10) ein axial rotierendes Abstreifwerkzeug (13) angeordnet ist, das mit einer radialen Wand (15) mit wenigstens einem Wandabschnitt (17) versehen ist, der durch eine schräge Kante (18) so abgeschlossen ist, daß sich die Höhe der Wand (15) ändert.
- Schlaufenmischer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wandabschnitt (17) dreieckförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Schlaufenmischer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wandabschnitt (17) sägezahnförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Schlaufenmischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die maximale Höhe (H2) des Wandabschnitts (17) etwa der größten Höhe der radialen Öffnung (5) entspricht.
- Schlaufenmischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radiale Wand (15) des Abstreifwerkzeugs (13) zwei Wandabschnitte (17) aufweist.
- Schlaufenmischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstreifwerkzeug (13) mit dem wenigstens einen Wandabschnitt (17) topfförmig mit einem Boden (14) ausgebildet ist und daß der Boden (14) als stirnseitiger Abschluß des Leitrohres (4) angeordnet ist.
- Schlaufenmischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen gemeinsamen Rotationsantrieb (8) für den Verdränger (9) und das Abstreifwerkzeug (13).
- Schlaufenmischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verdränger eine Förderschnecke (9) ist.
- Schlaufenmischer nach Anspruch 7 und 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstreifwerkzeug (13) an einer Antriebswelle (8) der Förderschnecke (9) befestigt ist.
- Schlaufenmischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwandung (20) des Leitrohres (4) ein Mitdrehen des Produktes mit dem rotierenden Verdränger (9) verhindernde, axial erstreckte Absätze (22) aufweist.
- Schlaufenmischer nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenwandung (20) aus zueinander exzentrisch angeordneten zylindrischen Wandabschnitten (21) gebildet ist, zwischen denen die Absätze (22) ausgebildet sind.
- Schlaufenmischer nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiteinrichtungen (10) Rohrstücke sind.
