Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Auslaufarmatur mit einer Mischeinrichtung für Kalt- und Warmwasser für Waschbecken, Spülbecken, Bidets o. dgl. Einrichtungen, bei der der Armaturenkörper der Auslaufarmatur mit einer drehfest gehaltenen Gewindestange zur Befestigung an einer Armaturenbank der Einrichtung versehen ist, wobei auf der Gewindestange, die durch eine Öffnung in der Armaturenbank hindurchgeführt ist, eine Platte mit einer Mutter gegen die Unterseite der Armaturenbank spannbar ist.
Eine Auslaufarmatur dieser Gattung ist beispielsweise aus der deutschen Patentschrift DE 33 30 156 C1 bekannt.
Aus dem deutschen Gebrauchsmuster 16 57 933 ist ferner eine Befestigungsvorrichtung bekannt, bei der eine drehbare Hülse durch den Batteriekörper hindurchgeführt ist und mittels Gewinde in eine Platte unterhalb einer Waschtischplatte einschraubbarist. Hierbei ist außerdem im vorstehenden Bereich der Hülse ein Konus für die Ablage einer Handbrause ausgebildet, wobei der Brauseschlauch durch die Hülse hindurchgeführt ist.

Die Auslaufarmatur wird im wesentlichen aus einem Armaturenkörper 1, einem Ventil 2 zur Mengenregulierung und Mischung von Kalt- und Warmwasser, einer Gewindestange 3, einer Druckplatte 5 und einer Mutter 6 sowie einer Auslaufbrause 7 gebildet.

Mit einem Handgriff 22 kann ein in der Zeichnung nicht dargestelltes Ventilglied bewegt werden, wobei mit einer Drehbewegung um eine Mittelachse 23 das Mischungsverhältnis von Kalt- und Warmwasser bzw. die Mischwassertemperatur einstellbar ist, während mit einem Auf- oder Abschwenken in Richtung eines Pfeils 220 die Gesamtdurchflußmenge einstellbar ist. Das in dem Ventil 2 erzeugte Mischwasser wird über einen Kanal 15 im Armaturenkörper 1 einer Durchgangsbohrung 31 der Gewindestange 3 zugeführt, durchströmt die Durchgangsbohrung 31 und gelangt am gegenüberliegenden Ende in eine Anschlußkupplung 72. Von hier strömt das Mischwasser durch einen Schlauch 71 in eine, in einen Schwenkauslaufhalter 11 ablegbare oder herausziehbare Auslaufbrause 7 und gelangt danach ins Freie.
Zur Befestigung der Gewindestange 3 ist im Armaturenkörper 1 eine im Durchmesser gestufte Bohrung 12 ausgebildet, die in einer Stufe ein Gewinde 33 und in einer anderen Stufe eine glatte Wandung 13 aufweist, wobei in diese gestufte Bohrung 12 das eine Ende der Gewindestange 3 mit einem entsprechenden Gewinde 33 einschraubbar ist und ein mit der glatten Wandung 13 zusammenwirkender, in einer Ringnut 35 eingelagerter O-Ring 34 vorgesehen ist. Die Gewindestange 3 wird dabei werksseitig mit einem relativ hohen Drehmoment in die gestufte Bohrung 12 des Armaturenkörpers 1 eingeschraubt, so daß hiernach eine kraftschlüssige und drehfeste dichte Verbindung zwischen dem Armaturenkörper 1 und der Gewindestange 3 hergestellt ist. Am gegenüberliegenden Endbereich der Gewindestange 3 ist ein Steckteil 32 ausgebildet für die Anschlußkupplung 72, wie es insbesondere aus Figur 2 zu entnehmen ist. Außerdem weist die aus dem Armaturenkörper 1 vorstehende äußere Mantelfläche ein Gewinde 33 für die Mutter 6 auf. Besonders günstig hat sich erwiesen, wenn für die Mutter 6 ein Gewinde M 14 x 1,5 eingesetzt wird.

Auslaufarmatur mit einer Mischeinrichtung für Kalt- und Warmwasser für Waschbecken, Spülbecken, Bidets o. dgl.
