In einem Armaturengehäuse 1 ist ein Anschlußstück 3 eingelagert, an dem in bekannter Weise Anschlußleitungen 31 für das zufließende Kalt- und Warmwasser angeschlossen sind. Das Anschlußstück 3 ist gedichtet in einer Bohrung des Armaturengehäuses 1 angeordnet und trägt stirnseitig parallel zu den Anschlußleitungen 31 eine Gewindestange 4. An der gegenüberliegenden Stirnseite des Anschlußstücks 3 ist ein bekanntes Mischventil 2 angeordnet, welches über einen Handgriff 21 in zwei Freiheitsgraden einstellbar ist, nämlich in einem ersten Freiheitsgrad das Mischungsverhältnis des zufließenden Kalt- und Warmwassers und in einem zweiten Freiheitsgrad die Gesamtdurchflußmenge des ausströmenden Wassers. Das in dem Mischventil 2 erzeugte Mischwasser wird über einen Auslauf 11 als Freistrahl abgegeben.
Das Armaturengehäuse 1 ist mit einer Grundseite an einer Oberfläche einer Armaturenbank 7 eines Wasch- oder Spültisches angelagert, wobei die Gewindestange 4, die Anschlußleitungen 31 und ein Betätigungsgestänge 12, die für ein in der Zeichnung nicht dargestelltes Ablaufventil eines Wasch- oder Spülbeckens dient, durch eine Öffnung 71 hindurchgeführt sind. In der Stecklage kann unterhalb der Armaturenbank 7 eine Druckplatte 5 aus Kunststoff, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff-Regenerat, z. B. aus Polyamid (PA) aufgeschoben werden. Hierbei sind in der Druckplatte 5 eine Durchgangsbohrung 51 für die Gewindestange 4 sowie zylindrische Durchgangsöffnungen 53 für die Anschlußleitungen 31 für Kalt- und Warmwasser sowie eine Durchgangsöffnung 54 für das Betätigungsgestänge 12 ausgebildet. Die Durchgangsöffnungen 53 sind im Durchmesser so ausgelegt, daß die als Kupferrohre ausgebildeten Anschlußleitungen mit geringem Spiel in den Durchgangsöffnungen 53 geführt werden. Die Druckplatte 5 weist dabei einen geschlossenen Außenumfang 50 bzw. eine geschlossene Kreisgeometrie auf, so daß die Druckplatte 5 mit einer durchgehenden äußeren Ringfläche 55 an der Armaturenbank 7 in der Befestigungsstellung zur Anlage gelangt.
Zum Verspannen des Armaturengehäuses 1 an der Armaturenbank 7 ist eine Mutter 6 vorgesehen, die mittels Gewinde 60 auf die Gewindestange 4 aufgeschraubt werden muß. Die Mutter 6 weist hierbei ein etwa zylindrisches Grundteil 64 auf, mit dem es in eine Einsenkung 511 der Durchgangsbohrung 51 der Druckplatte 5 einsteckbar ist. Am Grundteil 64 ist ein mit einem Polygonprofil - vorzugsweise Sechskant - versehenes Kopfstück 61 ausgebildet. An dem Kopfstück ist ein vorstehender Teil 611 ausgebildet, welcher über eine definierte Schwachstelle 62 mit dem restlichen Kopfstück 61 verbunden ist. Die Schwachstelle 62 ist hierbei so dimensioniert, daß das Teil 611 bei einem vorbestimmten Drehmoment von der Mutter 6 abreißt. An dem unlösbar mit dem Grundteil 64 verbundenen Kopfstück 61 sind die vorstehenden Kanten des Polygonprofils jeweils mit einer Abflachung 63 versehen, die so dimensioniert sind, daß ein Drehwerkzeug, - z. B. Steckschlüssel - oberhalb des zulässigen Drehmoments unter einer elastischen Verformung des Polygonprofils durchrutscht, so daß auch nach dem Entfernen des vorstehenden Teils 611 des Kopfstücks 61 gewährleistet ist, daß lediglich das zulässige Drehmoment auf die Mutter 6 mit einem Drehwerkzeug aufbringbar ist.
Die Installation des das Eingriffmischventil enthaltenden Armaturengehäuses 1 an der Armaturenbank 7 kann in folgender Weise vorgenommen werden:
Das Gehäuse 1 mit eingesetztem Anschlußstück 3 und Anschlußleitungen 31 sowie mit dem Mischventil 2 wird mit der Gewindestange 4, den Anschlußleitungen 31 und dem Befestigungsgestänge 12 durch die Öffnung 71 in der Armaturenbank 7 eingeschoben bis zur Anlage der Stirnseite des Armaturengehäuses 1 an der Oberfläche der Armaturenbank 7. Nunmehr kann unter der Armaturenbank 7 die Druckplatte 5 auf die Anschlußleitungen 31 und das Betätigungsgestänge 12 sowie auf die Gewindestange 4 bis zur Anlage an der Unterseite der Armaturenbank 7 aufgeschoben werden. Hierbei gelangt ein Vorsprung 56 der Druckplatte 5 zur Zentrierung in die Öffnung 71 der Armaturenbank 7. Zur Fixierung der Druckplatte 5 in dieser Stecklage können beispielsweise die beiden aus Kupferrohr bestehenden Anschlußleitungen 31 leicht seitlich gebogen werden, so daß eine Selbsthemmung der Druckplatte 5 erzielt wird. Danach kann die Mutter 6 auf die Gewindestange 4 aufgeschraubt werden. Im Anschluß danach kann mit einem Drehwerkzeug, z. B. einem Steckschlüssel, die Mutter 6 über das Teil 611 mit einem Spanndrehmoment versehen werden. Sobald das erforderliche Drehmoment für die Verspannung auftritt, reißt das Teil 611 von der Mutter 6 ab und die Armatur ist fest an der Armaturenbank 7 installiert. Danach können unterhalb der Armaturenbank 7 die Anschlußleitungen 31 mit den Versorgungsleitungen und das Betätigungsgestänge 12 mit dem in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellten Ablaufventil verbunden werden.
Alternativ kann auch die Druckplatte 5 zusammen mit der Mutter 6 als eine Einheit auf die Anschlußleitungen 31 mit dem Betätigungsgestänge 12 aufgeschoben und auf die Gewindestange 4 aufgeschraubt werden. Hierbei ist ein seitliches Verbiegen der Anschlußrohre zur Halterung der Druckplatte 5 in der Stecklage nicht erforderlich.

In Fig. 1, a water outlet fitting is shown in the form of an engagement mixer valve. In a fitting housing 1, a connector 3 is embedded, to which connecting lines 31 for the incoming cold and hot water are connected in a known manner. The connector 3 is arranged sealed in a bore of the fitting housing 1 and carries a threaded rod 4 on the face parallel to the connecting lines 31. A known mixing valve 2 is arranged on the opposite end of the connector 3, which can be adjusted in two degrees of freedom by means of a handle 21, namely in a first degree of freedom the mixing ratio of the incoming cold and hot water and in a second degree of freedom the total flow rate of the outflowing water. The mixed water generated in the mixing valve 2 is discharged via an outlet 11 as a free jet.
The fitting housing 1 is attached with a base to a surface of a fitting bench 7 of a washstand or sink, the threaded rod 4, the connecting lines 31 and an actuating linkage 12, which serves for a drain valve (not shown in the drawing) of a sink or sink an opening 71 are passed. In the inserted position, a pressure plate 5 made of plastic, preferably of regenerated plastic, e.g. B. made of polyamide (PA). The pressure plate 5 has a closed outer circumference 50 or a closed circular geometry, so that the pressure plate 5 with a continuous outer ring surface 55 comes to rest against the valve bank 7 in the fastening position.
For bracing the valve housing 1 on the valve bank 7, a nut 6 is provided, which must be screwed onto the threaded rod 4 by means of thread 60. The nut 6 here has an approximately cylindrical base part 64 with which it can be inserted into a depression 511 in the through bore 51 of the pressure plate 5. A head piece 61 provided with a polygonal profile - preferably hexagon - is formed on the base part 64. A projecting part 611 is formed on the head piece and is connected to the rest of the head piece 61 via a defined weak point 62. The weak point 62 is dimensioned so that the part 611 tears off the nut 6 at a predetermined torque. On the permanently connected to the base part 64 the head piece 61, the projecting edges of the polygonal profile are each provided with a flattening 63, which are dimensioned such that a turning tool, e.g. B. socket wrench - slips above the permissible torque under an elastic deformation of the polygonal profile, so that even after removing the projecting part 611 of the head piece 61 it is ensured that only the permissible torque can be applied to the nut 6 with a turning tool.
The fitting housing 1 containing the one-handle mixing valve can be installed on the fitting bench 7 in the following way:
The housing 1 with inserted connector 3 and connecting lines 31 and with the mixing valve 2 is inserted with the threaded rod 4, the connecting lines 31 and the mounting rod 12 through the opening 71 in the valve bank 7 until the front face of the valve housing 1 abuts the surface of the valve bank 7. Now the pressure plate 5 can be pushed onto the connecting lines 31 and the actuating linkage 12 as well as onto the threaded rod 4 up to the plant on the underside of the valve bank 7 under the valve bank 7. Here, a protrusion 56 of the pressure plate 5 is centered in the opening 71 of the valve bank 7. To fix the pressure plate 5 in this plug-in position, for example, the two connecting lines 31 made of copper pipe can be bent slightly sideways so that the pressure plate 5 is self-locking. Then the nut 6 can be screwed onto the threaded rod 4. Then afterwards with a turning tool, e.g. B. a socket wrench, the nut 6 via the part 611 with a clamping torque. As soon as the required torque for the bracing occurs, the part 611 tears off the nut 6 and the valve is firmly installed on the valve bank 7. Thereafter, the connecting lines 31 can be connected to the supply lines and the actuating linkage 12 to the drain valve, not shown in the drawing, below the instrument bank 7.
Alternatively, the pressure plate 5 can be pushed together with the nut 6 as a unit onto the connecting lines 31 with the actuating linkage 12 and screwed onto the threaded rod 4. Here, a lateral bending of the connecting pipes for holding the pressure plate 5 in the inserted position is not necessary.

In Fig. 4 und 5 ist eine abgewandelte Druckplatte 5 dargestellt. Eine derartige Ausbildung ist insbesondere dann sinnvoll, wenn Anschlußleitungen mit größerem Durchmesser vorgesehen werden, wie es z. B. bei Schlauchleitungen mit Metallgeflechtarmierungen etc. auftritt. Claims (6)

  1. A discharge fitting for washstands, bidets or similar items, in which the fitting housing (1) of the discharge fitting is provided with a threaded rod (4) for fixing to a fitting support surface (7) of the item, wherein
    a pressure plate (5) provided with a bore is arranged to be pushed onto the threaded rod (4), which is lead through an opening (71) in the fitting support surface (7), and the pressure plate is clampable by means of a nut (6) against the underside of the fitting support surface (7),
    the nut (6) is provided with a headpiece (61) of polygonal profile serving for placement of a turning tool,
    characterised in that
    the pressure plate (5) has a closed outer periphery (50) that forms a closed annular surface (55) for engagement with the fitting support surface (7),
    at least one further through-opening (52, 53) is provided in the pressure plate (5),
    the polygonal profile of the headpiece (61) is provided at the protruding edges with flattened regions (63), such that above the admissible torque the turning tool slips resiliently and hence the polygonal profile forms a safeguard against overtightening.
  2. A discharge fitting according to claim 1, characterised in that for each connection pipe (31) a separate through-opening (53) is formed, in which the respective connection pipe (31) is guided.
  3. A discharge fitting according to claim 2, characterised in that at least one further through-opening (54) for an operating device of a further valve is provided.
  4. A discharge fitting according to at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that on the headpiece (61) a projecting part (611) of the headpiece (61) is formed without flattened regions and is connected to the remaining headpiece (61) by way of a defined weak point (62), so that the projecting part (611) tears off at a predetermined torque.
  5. A discharge fitting according to at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that the nut (6) and/or the pressure plate (5) are manufactured from inexpensive plastics material, especially polyamide (PA), in an injection moulding process.
  6. A discharge fitting according to at least one of the preceding claims,
    characterised in that the pressure plate (5) is manufactured from a low-priced regenerated plastics material.
