Claims (5)
- Ensemble de porte de four à coke, comprenant un châssis de chambre de four à coke (1), un corps de porte (2), une membrane d'étanchéité (5) disposée entre au moins une plaque de base d'élément formant bouchon (4) et au moins une plaque de fixation (3), des éléments de réglage (8) qui relient la plaque de fixation (3) et le corps de porte (2) avec un écartement variable, les éléments de réglage (8) comportant un manchon (9) vissé dans le corps de porte (2) et une vis de réglage (10) insérée dans le manchon (9) avec la possibilité de se rapprocher et de s'éloigner de la chambre de four à coke dans la plaque de fixation (3) et étant conçus de façon que la membrane d'étanchéité (5) puisse, à l'aide de la plaque de fixation (3), être maintenue dans son plan de membrane en présence de déformations dues au fonctionnement, et la membrane d'étanchéité (5) étant bordée par un châssis à lames d'étanchéité (6) qui est appliqué contre le châssis de chambre de four à coke (1), caractérisé en ce que le châssis à lames d'étanchéité (6) est mis en pression par des éléments applicateurs réglables à ressort (7) qui sont reliés à un châssis (13) du corps de porte (2), en ce que le manchon (9) est monté dans le corps de porte (2) avec la possibilité de se rapprocher et de s'éloigner de la chambre de four à coke (2) et comporte un collet intérieur (12) sur le côté intérieur du manchon, en ce que la vis de réglage (10) est guidée sans filetage dans le manchon (9) et comporte un collet extérieur (11), qui coopère avec le collet intérieur (12) du manchon (9) et, dans la zone de son extrémité libre, un autre collet (17) auquel est associé un collet antagoniste (18) du manchon (9), le collet intérieur (12) et le collet d'extrémité (17) de la vis de réglage (10) délimitant la course libre de réglage du manchon (9) par rapport à la vis de réglage (10).
- Ensemble de porte de four à coke selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de porte (2) est constitué d'un châssis de corps de porte (13) et d'une pluralité de plaques de retenue (14) reliant les éléments verticaux du châssis de corps de porte, et les manchons (9) sont vissés dans les plaques de retenue (14).

- Ensemble de porte de four à coke selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'une plaque d'écartement (16) est disposée entre la plaque de fixation (3) et la plaque de base d'élément formant bouchon (4), et la membrane d'étanchéité (5) est disposée entre la plaque de fixation (3) et la plaque d'écartement (16).
