Description

  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Verpackungseinheit mit zwei an einem Trägerblatt angeordneten Schutzhandschuhen, insbesondere Aids-Schutzhandschuhen, sowie ein Verfahren zu deren Herstellung.
  • Es sind bereits Verpackungseinheiten für Schutzhandschuhe bekannt, bei denen die Schutzhandschuhe nebeneinander auf einem Trägerblatt, beispielsweise aus Papier, befestigt werden. Auf dem Trägerblatt können Hinweise für den Benutzer der Schutzhandschuhe, beispielsweise ihre Anwendung bei der Behandlung von aidsverdächtigen Personen, aufgedruckt sein. Um die empfindlichen Schutzhandschuhe, die aus dünnen Kunststoffolien bestehen, vor Beschädigung zu schützen, ist es erforderlich, die Schutzhandschuhe flach am Trägerblatt zu befestigen. Infolgedessen wird für die Befestigung von zwei Schutzhandschuhen nebeneinander ein großes Trägerblatt benötigt, dessen Größe zumindest den Umrißkonturen von zwei nebeneinanderliegenden Schutzhandschuhen entspricht. Dazu ist im allgemeinen ein Trägerblatt von der Größe DIN A3 erforderlich. Infolgedessen wird für Verpackungseinheiten von zwei auf einem Trägerblatt angeordneten Schutzhandschuhen eine große Papiermenge benötigt.
  • Die FR-A-2 338 127 beschreibt eine Verpackungseinheit eines Handschuhpaares, wobei ein Handschuh des Handschuhpaares auf einem Verpackungsblatt aufgesiegelt ist und der zweite Handschuh über eine Perforation entlang des Stulpenrandes mit dem ersten verbunden ist. Dabei ist nachteilig, daß der zweite Handschuh nicht direkt mit dem Verpackungsblatt verbunden ist und deshalb leicht beschädigt werden kann.
  • Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Verpackungseinheit mit zwei an einem Trägerblatt angeordneten Schutzhandschuhen, insbesondere Aids-Schutzhandschuhen, zu schaffen, bei denen der Materialbedarf für das Trägerblatt verringert werden kann und trotzdem beide Handschuhe mit dem Trägerblatt verbunden sind.
  • Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch eine gattungsgemäße Verpackungseinheit nach dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches mit den Merkmalen von dessen kennzeichnendem Teil. Die Unteransprüche geben bevorzugte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sowie ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verpackungseinheit wieder.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung bietet zwei Möglichkeiten, den Materialbedarf des Trägerblattes, das beispielsweise aus Papier bestehen kann, zu verringern. Zum einen können die beiden Schutzhandschuhe jeweils an gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Trägerblattes angeordnet und befestigt sein. Die zweite Möglichkeit besteht darin, daß die beiden Schutzhandschuhe auf der gleichen Seite des Trägerblatts angeordnet und befestigt werden. In beiden Fallen überlappen sich die Umrißkonturen der Schutzhandschuhe zumindest teilweise, wobei mit zunehmender Überlappung der Platzbedarf für die Anbringung der Schutzhandschuhe verringert wird. Deshalb ist es bevorzugt, daß die Umrißkonturen der beiden Schutzhandschuhe sich in wesentlichen Teilen des gesamten Umrisses überdecken, besonders bevorzugt, daß sie völlig oder nahezu deckungsgleich sind.
  • Im Falle der Anordnung der Schutzhandschuhe auf jeweils gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Trägerblattes sind die Schutzhandschuhe vorzugsweise gleichgroß, d.h., daß die Umrißkonturen der beiden beidseitig des Trägerblattes angebrachten Schutzhandschuhe identisch sind. Bei der zweiten Möglichkeit, der Anbringung der beiden Schutzhandschuhe auf der gleichen Seite des Trägerblattes, ist es bevorzugt, daß die Umrißkontur des weiter vom Trägerblatts entfernten Schutzhandschuhes etwas größer ist als die des am Trägerblatt anliegenden Schutzhandschuhs. Auf diese Weise kann bei der Erstellung der Schutzhandschuhe durch eine Heißsiegelnaht zunächst der am Träger anliegende Schutzhandschuh aus zwei Folienschichten gesiegelt werden, worauf dann anschließend der zweite Schutzhandschuh in gleicher Weise über den ersten Schutzhandschuh gesiegelt wird. Dadurch, daß der weiter vom Trägerblatt entfernte Schutzhandschuh eine etwas größere Umrißkontur aufweist, kann an diesem Schutzhandschuh eine Heißsiegelung durchgeführt werden, ohne daß dieser Schutzhandschuh mit dem darunterliegenden Schutzhandschuh verklebt.
  • Das Siegeln der Schutzhandschuhe kann nach bekannten Methoden erfolgen, beispielsweise durch Verkleben oder durch die bereits genannte Heißsiegelung.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Figurenbeschreibung beispielhaft näher erläutert Hierin zeigt:

    ein Trägerblatt mit zwei aufgebrachten Schutzhandschuhen unterschiedlicher Umrißkontur in der Aufsicht;
    Figur 2
    einen Schnitt durch die Anordnung der Fig. 1, die die Schichtabfolge erkennen läßt;
    Figur 3
    eine weitere Ausführungsform, bei der die beiden Schutzhandschuhe auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Trägerblatts angeordnet sind.
  • Das Trägerblatt 16 aus Papier oder einem ähnlichen Material weist eine übliche rechteckförmige Umrißkontur auf. Es besteht aus einem Papierblatt der Größe DIN A4. Auf dem Trägerblatt 16 ist ein Schutzhandschuh 12 befestigt, beispielsweise durch Aufkleben an einigen Klebepunkten oder durch ein Heißsiegelverfahren. Der Schutzhandschuh 12 besteht aus einer durchsichtigen Polyethylenfolie ebenso wie der darüberliegende, also vom Trägerblatt 16 weiter entfernte zweite Schutzhandschuh 14. Dieser Schutzhandschuh 14, der ebenfalls aus durchsichtiger Polyethylenfolie besteht, weist eine etwas größere Umrißkontur auf als der darunterliegende, also am Trägerblatt 16 anliegende Schutzhandschuh 12.
  • Der Schichtaufbau läßt sich in der Fig. 2 erkennen. Das Trägerblatt 16 trägt zunächst die beiden Folienschichten des einen Schutzhandschuhes 12, während darüber die beiden anderen Folienschichten des Schutzhandschuhs 14 mit der etwas größeren Umrißkontur erkennbar sind.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt eine Anordnung, bei der die beiden Schutzhandschuhe 12, 14 auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten 20 und 22 des Trägerblatts 16 angebracht sind.
  • Die Verpackungseinheiten lassen sich wie folgt herstellen: Zunächst werden die Folienschichten, d.h. zwei Schichten für jeden Schutzhandschuh 12, 14 entweder auf einer Seite des Trägerblatts, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, oder auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Trägerblatts, wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, angeordnet. Dann werden die Ränder der Folienschichten bis auf den Rand, der an der Handwurzel anliegt, miteinander verbunden, beispielsweise durch Heißsiegeln. Bei der Heißsiegelung bildet sich gleichzeitig eine lockere lösbare Verbindung der beiden Schutzhandschuhe 12, 14 mit dem Trägerblatt 16 aus.

Claims (5)

  1. Verpackungseinheit mit zwei an einem Trägerblatt angeordneten Schutzhandschuhen, insbesondere AIDS-Schutzhandschuhe,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die beiden Schutzhandschuhe (12, 14) jeweils so entlang ihrer Umrißlinien entweder auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten (20, 22) des Trägerblatts (16) oder an einer Seite (20) des Trägerblatts befestigt werden, daß sich die Umrißkonturen der beiden Schutzhandschuhe (12, 14) zumindest teilweise überlappen.
  2. Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Umrißkonturen der beiden Schutzhandschuhe (12, 14) in wesentlichen Teilen des gesamten Umrisses überdecken.
  3. Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten (22) des Trägerblattes (16) befestigten Schutzhandschuhen (12, 14) beide gleiche Umrißkonturen aufweisen.
  4. Verpackungseinheit nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei auf der gleichen Seite (20 oder 22) des Trägerblattes (16) befestigten Schutzhandschuhen (12, 14) der weiter vom Trägerblatt (16) entfernte Schutzhandschuh (14) eine größere Umrißkontur aufweist als der am Trägerblatt (16) anliegende Schutzhandschuh (12).
  5. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verpackungseinheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 bei dem jeweils zwei Folienschichten unter Ausbildung von Handschuhen verbunden werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Folienschichten, die die jeweiligen Ober- und Unterseiten der Schutzhandschuhe bilden, und das Trägerblatt so übereinandergeschichtet werden, daß das Trägerblatt eine der äußersten Schichten oder die mittlere Schicht bildet und die beiden Schützhandschuhe entlang ihrer Umrißlinien auf dem Trägerblatt so befestigt werden, daß die Umrißkonturen der beiden Schützhandschuhe sich zumindest teilweise überlappen.
