Description
Claims (9)
- Düsenaggregat für die Verarbeitung von fließfähigen, aushärtenden Materialien, insbesondere zum Auftragen von Leim auf durch Verklebung zu verbindende Flächen, wie Faltlappen von Verpackungen, mit einer in einem Düsengehäuse (10) gebildeten Düsenkammer (11) an die ein nach außen führender Düsenkanal (16) anschließt, wobei für längere Betriebsunterbrechungen ein einer Düsenmündung (17) zugekehrter Endabschnitt (31) dieses Düsenkanals (16) mit einer dichtenden Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Wasser, gefüllt ist und diese Flüssigkeit bei erneuter Inbetriebnahme aus dem Endabschnitt (31) des Düsenkanals (16) herausförderbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die dichtende Flüssigkeit, insbesondere Wasser, über mindestens einen in den Düsenkanal (16) gemündeten Wasserkanal (32) zuführbar ist, derart, daß Material im Endabschnitt (31) des Düsenkanals (16) aus diesem herausförderbar und der Endabschnitt (31) mit dichtender Flüssigkeit bzw. Wasser gefüllt ist.
- Düsenaggregat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Betriebsunterbrechung die Düsenmündung (17) des mit Flüssigkeit gefüllten Düsenkanals (16) durch ein Absperrorgan (29) verschlossen ist.
- Düsenaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Wasserkanal (32) mit einem überwiegenden Teil außerhalb eines Düsengehäuses (10) verläuft, insbesondere in einer Halterung (33) für das Düsengehäuse (10).
- Düsenaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine von einer Betriebsstellung entfernt liegenden Servicestation zur Aufnahme des Düsenaggregats während der zeitweiligen Betriebsunterbrechung, wobei die Servicestation eine Halterung für das Düsenaggregat aufweist und eine unterhalb des Düsenaggregats angeordnete Auffangwanne für Leim und Flüssigkeit bzw. Wasser.
- Düsenaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenkammer (11) langgestreckt ist, und daß die langgestreckte Düsenkammer (11) austrittsseitig eine kanten- und eckenfreie Abschlußfläche aufweist, insbesondere eine halbkugelförmige Begrenzungsfläche (28).
- Düsenaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenkammer (11) langgestreckt ist, und daß die langgestreckte Düsenkammer (11) austrittsseitig durch ein gesondertes Abschlußstück (25) begrenzt ist, insbesondere aus Keramikmaterial oder dergleichen, wobei eine innere Begrenzungsfläche (28) des Abschlußstücks (25) gewölbt, insbesondere kugelflächenförmig ausgebildet ist mit mittig angeordnetem Düsenkanal.
- Düsenaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Düsenkanal (16) durch ein vorzugsweise elektromagnetisch bewegbares Verschlußorgan (18) mit einem kegelförmig spitz zulaufenden Endbereich, nämlich Verschlußkopf (19), verschließbar ist.
- Düsenaggregat nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verschlußorgan (18) langgestreckt ist, und daß im langgestreckten Verschlußorgan (18) eine einseitig offene Längsbohrung (22) zur Aufnahme einer Feder (21) gebildet ist und daß die Längsbohrung (22) an dem dem Düsenkanal (16) zugekehrten Ende, insbesondere im Bereich der Verschlußkopfes (18), über Anschlußbohrungen (24) mit der Düsenkammer (19) verbunden ist.
- Düsenaggregat nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Düsenkopf (15) zur Aufnahme des Düsenkanals (16) aus mindestens zwei dicht aneinanderliegenden Teilen besteht, nämlich aus dem Abschlußstück (25) und einem daran anschließenden Endstück (26), wobei der Düsenkanal (16) sich stufenlos im Bereich des Abschlußstücks (25) und des Endstücks (26) bis zur Düsenmündung (17) erstreckt.
