Description
The present invention relates to an outer packaging-free blister pack for pharmaceuticals a bottom part with a plurality of depressions surrounded by a shoulder are, and a lid film attached to the shoulder, with a removable content the wells and by pressing in the respective well and piercing the Contents through the lidding film or by removing the lidding film over the recess the content can be removed, and an instruction leaflet.
It is known to use bottom parts of blister packs, in particular blister packs Fill content and cover with a full-surface lid material and that Seal the lid material. The blister pack is characterized by a single or in particular a plurality of individual subjects, in which, for example, solid moldings or shaped solid preparations or pharmaceutical products such as tablets or dragées are stored. If a single item, e.g. a Tablet, are removed, a recess is pressed into the bottom part, and the tablet in turn pierces the lid material.
A package for the targeted delivery of narcotics is known from US-A-4,340,141 become. The medication units are in individual wells of a blister pack housed. The shoulder part of the actual blister pack is with one on each side Provide top layer. The two cover layers form an outer packaging, which is attached to one End has a slot accessible from the front for product information.
Damit die Etikette sichtbar bleibt, ist die integrierte Verlängerung nicht vom Verschliessteil überdeckt.US-A-3 933 245 describes a pill-holding and dispensing container made of a single with compartments and a closing part. The part with compartments faces an integrated extension to hold a label. So that the label is visible remains, the integrated extension is not covered by the closing part.
US-A-3 737 029 shows a folded blister pack with goods information between the folded halves of the blister pack. The blister pack is made by a heating process fixed in folded condition.
Various types of blister packs are encompassed by the present invention. This are, for example, the so-called blister packs. With blister packs for example, the cover material made of an aluminum foil or an aluminum foil composite produced. The aluminum foil is a preferred material for blister lids because relatively low breaking forces are required for the chosen thickness of the cover materials and thus the puncture energy required is low and the aluminum essentially shows no elasticity. As a rule, the bottom of the blister pack is made of plastic, like from Plastics, for example, the series of PVC, polyamides, polyolefins, polyesters and Compound or multilayer materials containing at least one of these materials and optionally also containing an aluminum foil. Other blister packs have a bottom part which is covered with a cover film. The lidding film can completely cover the bottom part, and is advantageous in the area of each recess Cover material with a line of weakness, or each recess can with a individual cover segment. Within the line of weakness or on everyone Lid segment can be attached to a tab that allows a single recess to expose by peeling (peeling) the lid segment. The floor parts and the Lid materials are usually made of the materials mentioned, being for the lid materials plastic composites can also be used.
In the field of healthcare, but also for the distribution of confectionery such as pastilles and sweets, such blister packs have found wide acceptance and are popular because of the Possibility of gentle storage of sensitive contents and because of the light manageable removal of the content from daily life. in the Signs of increased health care efforts are aimed at blister packs to keep it as small as possible. Furthermore, the amount of packaging material and the product mix in the packaging material is kept as small as possible, and further the same or similar recyclable materials should be used for packaging. Up to now, blister packs have each been in an outer packaging, such as a plastic or Cardboard box, wrapped. The package insert with the product information can also be found in the box Admission. The package insert is therefore captive in the package. Last but not least because of the leaflet is a complex additional packaging, namely the outer packaging in the form of a box, absolutely necessary.
The object of the present invention is to propose blister packs free of outer packaging, which enable tablets, dragées, capsules, ampoules etc. to be safely protected against external influences, like moisture and dirt, protected until use and the package insert without With the help of an outer packaging with the blister pack and available to the End consumer.
Zur Lösung der Aufgabe führt die Lehre des unabhängigen Anspruches ; der Unteranspruch gibt eine günstige Fortbildung an.The teaching of the independent claim leads to the solution of the task; of the Subclaim indicates a favorable training.
The bottom parts of existing blister packs can be embossed, cast, deep-drawn or vacuum-formed base parts made of plastic, plastic composite, plastic / paper composite or plastic / metal foils. Suitable plastics for Floor materials are, for example, films and film composites containing PVC, polyamides, Polyolefins, polyesters, polycarbonates etc. The bottom parts can also have a barrier layer against gases and vapors. Such barrier layers can, for example, be one in one Plastic composite embedded metal foil, such as an aluminum foil, or be, expedient arranged between two plastic layers, ceramic layers or metallic layers. Ceramic layers can be evaporated, for example of metals, oxides or nitrides of aluminum, silicon and other metals and Semi-metals are created in a vacuum and the substances are deposited on a plastic carrier will. These processes are known, for example, under chemical vapor deposition and Physical vapor deposition or sputtering. The ceramic layers can be preferred Aluminum oxides or silicon oxides contain or can be mixtures of different oxides optionally also in a mixture with metals, such as silicon or aluminum or be another. Metallic layers can be created by evaporating Metals in vacuum and depositing the metals on a plastic support, whereby Aluminum layers can be mentioned as examples. The plastic carrier can Plastic film or a plastic base part made of the plastics mentioned. The Lid material for blister packs is usually an aluminum foil or one containing aluminum foil Composite. The aluminum foil has also been proposed to be replaced by a plastic, the low elasticity and poor stretch properties having. Such plastics are e.g. get when larger amounts of fillers be mixed into the plastic. This latter variant would allow single-variety Obtaining waste does not mean a mixture of metal and plastics. For blister packs With peelable (peelable) lid material, plastic films and Plastic film composites are used. The bottom parts usually have between 6 and 30 wells, such as cells or bowls. The depressions are all around one Shoulder surrounded, the shoulders overall a coherent, flat surface form. The bottom parts are provided, for example, as continuous material with the content filled and the cover material, in particular as a cover film, also as an endless material run up. The cover film covers the bottom parts over the entire surface and, for example sealing or gluing connects the lid film to the base part at the shoulders. The cover film can be sealed or glued over the entire surface of the shoulders or by choosing a sealing tool or an adhesive pattern, this sealing can or gluing only partially. Then the endless band of covered Bottom parts to be cut to the clothing sizes. For example done by a punch. On this occasion, the blister packs external contours are also given or it is possible to weaken the lid material or in the bottom part to fold a blister pack, for example or to create lid segments which are easy removal of the lid segment and allow removal of the content.
A blister pack according to the invention can have the desired number of depressions for the Include the content, such as the tablets, dragées etc. and in the bottom part is e.g. a further recess, which is much larger than the recesses for the content. The major is called a subject, and the subject can, for example extend over the entire length or width of a blister pack. In in this case the compartment has no end faces and forms a tubular compartment in which the package insert e.g. can be inserted. The subject can also be omnidirectional or if necessary, only surrounded on three sides by the shoulder and covered by the cover film be. In one step during the filling process, the package insert can be placed in the compartment given and the cover film placed over the compartment and shoulder and connected to the shoulders will. The package insert can be made by pushing through or peeling off the cover film and Expose the subject. The package insert can e.g. in folded or rolled Form can be accommodated in the compartment. It can be provided that the subject a Has at least partially peelable (peelable) cover film and the cover film several times can be peeled off and put back over the compartment. This is how it works Open the compartment, remove the package insert, read it and put it back in the compartment and close the compartment again with the cover film. For this purpose the Cover film and / or the shoulders of the bottom part with an adhesive detachable Be coated with adhesive. The package insert can optionally with an adhesive hem in the The compartment is glued in and is therefore captively attached to the blister pack.
If a handle body is provided in the blister pack according to the invention, then the Handle body, for example, be a sleeve in the form of a tube, which at one point on its circumference has longitudinal slot. The covered bottom part can be on one of its side edges have a bead, a fold or the like and the bottom part can be along the Bead or fold can be inserted into the slot of the sleeve, the bead or fold comes to lie in the handle body. The sleeve then forms a handle body which e.g. about ends flush with the side edges of the base part. Can in the cavity of the handle body the package insert in e.g. rolled form.
The blister pack is in another expedient embodiment of the present invention from a half-folded blister pack strip, with the two halves of the cover film lie against each other and the two halves of the bottom part are apart and the two open Ends of the folded blister pack strip from a handle body in the form of a Clamp element are held together and the package insert is arranged in the handle body is.
This embodiment is a further development of those described above Embodiment. A bottom part provided with the cover film points in the middle of it Length or possibly the width advantageously a line of weakness. The bottom part is folded in the middle along the line of weakness such that the cover film of the two Halves come to rest on each other. At the free ends of the folded and covered Bottom part can e.g. a T-shaped strip element is arranged between the two cover foils and be fixed on both cover foils. So that the free ends against a spread apart and secured while an arm of the T-shaped last element the other two arms stand vertically between the cover foils to the cover film resp. Bottom part. Now a longitudinally slotted sleeve over the T-shaped Pushed last element, there is a grip tab, respectively. Handle body, which at the same time is able to hold the package insert in its remaining cavity.
Instead of the T-shaped strip element, the bottom part can be free on its two Side edges opposite the central fold, ridges attached to the edges or have folds or folds in the bottom part, the bottom part Long slot penetrates the sleeve and the beads, folds or folds in the Cavity of the sleeve come to rest and thus the bottom part halves from falling out the handle body are hindered.
The handle body can for example be made of opaque or transparent plastic, such as thermoplastic Plastics of the series of polyvinyl chlorides, polyolefins, polycarbonates, polyamides, the polystyrene, the polyacrylic, etc. Cardboard designs or papers are also possible.
The handle body can also represent a clamp element, by its own elasticity or by spring action, for example a spring, a spring wire, a helical spring, a spring plate etc. presses the two bottom part halves against each other and simultaneously grips the package insert and picks it up within the limits of the blister pack.

Figures 2 show a) a plan view, b) a longitudinal section and c) a cross section through a
dem Bodenteil 34.3 shows a differently designed embodiment of the present invention. In the

For the sake of clarity, the content was not indicated in FIGS. 1 to 3. It is however, it is obvious that the content is arranged in the wells. As content For example, tablets, dragées, pills, capsules, ampoules, and also sweets, Lozenges and chewable tablets etc. are provided and it is not excluded that the Blister packs according to the invention also as packaging for technical articles, such as small and very small objects or spare parts for machines and devices could be and instead of a leaflet a corresponding product information would kick.
