Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé ainsi qu'un appareillage servant à préparer à façon un fond de teint pour le visage, pour un client, sur le lieu de vente. Cet appareillage comporte trois éléments essentiels: un analyseur de peau servant à lire les caractéristiques de celle-ci, un dispositif programmable servant à recevoir les éléments de la lecture et à les corréler à une formule optimale à partir d'un ensemble préprogrammé de formules, ainsi qu'une machine de formulation servant à préparer le fond de teint pour le visage à partir de plusieurs compositions chimiques cosmétiques. La machine de formulation reçoit les instructions du dispositif programmable concernant la formule optimale. Cette formule est ensuite dosée et mélangée dans une bouteille réceptrice, les dosages provenant d'une série de distributeurs contenant des compositions chimiques cosmétiques séparées. Le client peut, selon ses préférences, modifier manuellement la formule optimale choisie.

Claims (10)

  1. Procédé pour préparer à façon un fond de teint pour le visage sur le point de vente à un client, comprenant :
    (i) l'obtention d'un relevé de la coloration naturelle de la peau du client en appliquant un dispositif pour mesurer la coloration à proximité de la peau ;
    (ii) la transmission du relevé à un dispositif programmable pour choisir une formule optimale de fond de teint pour le visage en corrélant le relevé avec une formule d'un ensemble de formules programmé à l'avance ;
    (iii) le transfert de la formule programmée à l'avance choisie par des instructions opératoires à une machine de formulation pour préparer automatiquement la formule ;
    (iv) le dosage à l'intérieur de la machine de formulation d'une pluralité de compositions chimiques cosmétiques comportant au moins un pigment, la pluralité de compositions étant choisie conformément à des informations fournies par la formule programmée à l'avance choisie ; et
    (v) la fourniture dans un conteneur de la formule dosée au client, en tant que fond de teint pour le visage,
       et comprenant l'étape consistant à attribuer un marquage d'identification, de préférence sous la forme d'un code à barres, à chaque fond de teint pour le visage personnalisé, étiqueter le marquage sur le conteneur, et stocker l'identification à l'intérieur des moyens programmables, pour associer de façon permanente le fond de teint pour le visage personnalisé au client.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite pluralité de compositions chimiques cosmétiques comporte au moins quatre compositions, contenues chacune dans un distributeur séparé, ayant respectivement les couleurs rouge, jaune, noire et blanche.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, comprenant l'étape supplémentaire consistant à obtenir, outre ladite coloration de la peau, un relevé d'au moins une caractéristique de la peau choisie dans le groupe constitué d'une hydratation de peau naturelle du client, état graisseux, texture et sensibilité à l'irritation.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les moyens pour mesurer la coloration sont constitués par un spectrophotomètre mesurant la lumière de longueur d'onde visible et/ou infrarouge, interagissant avec la peau.
  5. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite pluralité de compositions chimiques cosmétiques comporte en outre des ingrédients choisis dans le groupe constitué des émollients, écrans solaires, hydratants, parfums, solvants et inhibiteurs de rides et de vieillissement de la peau.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, comprenant en outre l'étape consistant pour un client à entrer une modification pour modifier la formule optimale choisie.
  7. Appareil pour préparer à façon un fond de teint pour le visage sur le point de vente à un client, comprenant :
    (i) des moyens (2) pour mesurer la coloration naturelle de la peau du client et pour générer un signal acheminant des informations relatives à la coloration naturelle de la peau mesurée ;
    (ii) des moyens programmables (6) destinés à recevoir le signal, pour corréler le signal avec une formule d'un ensemble de formules programmé à l'avance, et pour choisir une formule optimale d'après l'ensemble programmé à l'avance ; et
    (iii) une machine de formulation (10) pour préparer le fond de teint pour le visage, comportant :
    (a) des moyens (12) pour recevoir la formule optimale sous forme d'un ensemble d'instructions opératoires ;
    (b) une pluralité de distributeurs (16-22) contenant chacun une composition chimique cosmétique différente comportant au moins un pigment ;
    (c) des moyens (14) pour activer le dosage dans une chambre de dosage commune (26) de certaines des compositions chimiques cosmétiques et à certaines concentrations comme déterminé par les instructions opératoires ; et
    (d) un mécanisme pour distribuer la formule dosée (32) au client dans un conteneur, comme fond de teint pour le visage,
       et comprenant des moyens (34) pour marquer avec un marquage d'identification, de préférence un code à barres, chaque fond de teint pour le visage personnalisé, et des moyens pour stocker un enregistrement du marquage à l'intérieur des moyens programmables, pour associer de façon permanente au client le marquage d'identification.
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 7, dans lequel les moyens de mesure sont constitués par un spectrophotomètre mesurant la lumière de longueur d'onde visible et/ou infrarouge, interagissant avec la peau.
  9. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 ou 8, comprenant en outre des moyens (36) pour que le client entre une modification au signal généré par les moyens de mesure.
  10. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, dans lequel les moyens pour mesurer la coloration sont également capables de mesurer au moins une caractéristique de la peau choisie dans le groupe constitué d'une hydratation de peau naturelle du client, état graisseux, texture et sensibilité à l'irritation.
