Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif de levage de fûts en vue de la préparation de produits, pour soulever des réservoirs qui contiennent un produit à traiter, avec un dispositif de préparation se composant d'une disposition de pompe (7), d'une plaque de chauffage (6) qui est reliée à la disposition de pompe ainsi que d'une conduite destinée à évacuer le produit traité de la pompe, la disposition se composant de la pompe (7) ainsi que de la plaque de chauffage (6) étant assemblée de façon fixe et immobile à un châssis et un dispositif de levage (3, 4) étant prévu, dispositif de levage dont l'alignement correspond à la disposition de la plaque de chauffage et qui peut être déplacé de façon linéaire, dans le sens vertical en montant et en descendant de sorte que la plaque de chauffage se trouve dans un réservoir qui est positionné sur le dispositif de levage lorsque celui-ci se trouve dans une position modifiée vers le haut et que la plaque chauffante se trouve en dehors de ce même réservoir lorsque le dispositif de levage se trouve dans une position basse.
  2. Dispositif de levage de fûts selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le châssis (1) se compose d'un élément droit (la), d'un élément supérieur horizontal de retenue (1b) ainsi que d'un élément-support vertical (1c), l'élément-support (lc) étant disposé sur l'élément droit (1a) et portant l'élément supérieur horizontal de retenue (1b).
  3. Dispositif de levage de fûts selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de levage se compose d'un releveur (4) ainsi que d'au moins un élément horizontal de retenue (4a) qui est assemblé de façon fixe au releveur (4).
  4. Dispositif de levage de fûts selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur l'élément-support vertical (1c) du châssis est prévu au moins un rail conducteur (2) dans lequel s'engrènent de façon linéaire, verticale et mobile les extrémités libres des éléments de retenue (4a) du releveur (4).
  5. Dispositif de levage de fûts selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un cylindre de mouvement (3) et, de façon privilégiée, un vérin hydraulique est prévu, vérin hydraulique qui est relié, d'une part, de façon mobile au châssis (3a) et, de l'autre, également au dispositif de levage (3b), le cylindre de mouvement étant disposé de façon privilégiée entre l'élément-support vertical (1c) du châssis et le releveur (4) du dispositif de levage.
  6. Dispositif de levage de fûts selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que sur le dispositif de pompe (7) est prévu un tuyau inflexible destiné à dériver le produit traité vers une machine supplémentaire ou vers une extrudeuse.
  7. Dispositif de levage de fûts selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un châssis avec une disposition symétrique de pompe, plaque de chauffage, rail conducteur et dispositif de levage est prévue, les dispositifs de levage ne pouvant être déplacés en montant et en descendant que par l'intermédiaire d'un cylindre de mouvement.
