Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf Vorrichtungen zum Heben voll Fässern und im speziellen auf Vorrichtungen zum Heben von Fässern oder Behältern mit dem Zweck, viskose Produkte direkt innerhalb ihres Aufbereitungsbehälters aufzuheizen und aus diesem abzupumpen.The present invention relates to devices for lifting full drums and, in particular, to devices for lifting drums or containers with the purpose of heating and pumping viscous products directly inside their preparation container.
Es sind Vorrichtungen bekannt (siehe z.B. US-A-5 257 723 oder US-A-4 632 277), bei denen ein Faß oder ein Behälter, in dem sich ein viskoses zur Aufbereitung vorgesehenes Produkt befindet, zwischen zwei pneumatischen Zylindern angeordnet wird, die wiederum eine Pumpenanordnung tragen. Diese Pumpenanordnung besteht aus einer Heizplatte, welche abgesenkt und in das Faß oder den Behälter eingeführt wird und die in Kontakt mit dein Produkt tritt, wobei gleichzeitig die Dichtigkeit zwischen dein Behälter und der Platte gesichert ist. Die Pumpe für das Produkt, welche fest auf der oberen Oberfläche der Platte angeordnet ist, kann entweder eine Kolben- oder eine Zahnradpumpe sein. Im ersten Falle wird die Pumpe durch einen Pneumatik- oder Hydraulikzylinder betätigt. Im zweiten Fall werden die Zahnräder durch einen Elektromotor oder durch einen Hydraulikmotor angetrieben. Die gesamte Baueinheit, bestehend aus Platte, Pumpe und Motor, wird durch die zwei Hydraulikzylinder vertikal bewegt, wobei zur Aufrechterhaltung der Pumpfunktion die Position der Anordnung immer den, Füllstand des Produktes innerhalb des Fasses oder des Behälters entspricht. Das verflüssigte Produkt wird aus dem Behälter abgepumpt und ausgehend von der Pumpe durch eine flexible, beheizte Leiteinrichtung zu einer anderen Maschine oder zu einem Extruder geleitet. Diese bekannte Faßhebevorrichtung zur Bearbeitung aufzubereitender Produkte hat verschiedene Nachteile. So besitzt die beschriebene, bekannte Vorrichtung ungeschützte bewegte Teile, die eine Verletzungsgefahr mitsichbringen. Weiterhin ist nachteilig, daß zur Ableitung des behandelten Produktes aus der Pumpe eine flexible Leitung notwendig ist, da hierdurch ein möglicherweise vorhandener Restdruck durch Dilatation der flexiblen Leitung verloren gehen kann. Das Einleiten von komprimierter Luft zur Extraktion der Heizplatte aus dem Behälter mit dem zu behandelnden Produkt birgt ein Sicherheitsproblem, da niemals vollständig sichergestellt sein kann, ob sich beim Verlassen des Behälters durch die Heizplatte nicht noch ein Druckluftpolster zwischen der Platte und dem Produkt befindet, das schlagartig entweicht, wenn die Heizplatte entfernt wird. Weiterhin ist es als nachteilig anzusehen, daß durch den Einsatz von zwei Pneumatikzylindern, die eine Plattform tragen, ein Verkanten der Heizplatte innerhalb des Behälters oder des Fasses eintreten kann, so daß die gesamte Vorrichtung blockiert. Kommt es aus irgendeinem Grunde zu einer Unterbrechung der Druckluftversorgung beim Extrahieren der Heizplatte aus dem Behälter mit dein zu behandelnden Produkt, kann es außerdem zu einem unkontrollierten und daher gefährlichen Absenken der Heizplatte in den Behälter kommen.This known drum lifting device for processing products to be processed has various disadvantages. In der Figur 1 ist ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemäßen Faßhebevorrichtung dargestellt, die ein Chassis 1 mit einem Standelement 1a, einem horizontalen oberen Halteelement 1b sowie einem vertikalen Stützelement 1c zeigt, das auf dem Standelement 1a angeordnet ist und das das obere horizontale Halteelement 1b trägt. An dem vertikalen Stützelement 1c ist eine Leitschiene 2 angeordnet, in die horizontale Halteelemente 4a vertikal linear verschiebbar eingreifen. Diese horizontalen Halteelemente tragen einen Hebetisch 4. Zwischen der Leitschiene 2 und dem Hebetisch 4 ist ein Bewegungszylinder, vorzugsweise ein Hydraulikzylinder 3 angeordnet, der am Punkt 3a mit dem Chassis und am Punkt 3b mit dem Hebetisch verbunden ist. Durch diesen Zylinder 3 ist die Anordnung bestehend aus den Halteelementen 4a sowie dem Hebetisch 4 in vertikaler Richtung verfahrbar. An dein oberen horizontalen Halteelement 1b des Chassis ist eine Pumpenanordnung 7 fest angebracht, die über eine geeignete Befestigungseinrichtung eine Heizplatte 6 trägt. Im Betrieb ist auf dem Hebetisch 4 ein Behälter oder ein Faß 5 angeordnet, das das aufzubereitende Produkt enthält. Dieses Faß oder dieser Behälter ist, vorzugsweise durch auf dem Hebetisch angeordnete Positionierhilfsmittel so ausgerichtet, daß er mit der Anordnung der Heizplatte korrespondiert. Befindet sich die Anordnung aus Halteelementen 4a und Hebetisch 4 in einer hochgefahrenen Stellung, so ist die Heizplatte 6 in den Behälter 5 eingetaucht und steht in Kontakt mit dem zu verflüssigenden und abzupumpenden viskosen Produkt. Ist die Anordnung aus den Halteelementen 4a und dem Hebetisch 4 in heruntergefahrener Stellung (nicht gezeigt), so befindet sich die Heizplatte außerhalb des Behälters 5.FIG. 1 shows a preferred exemplary embodiment of the drum lifting device according to the invention, which shows a

- Drum lifting device for products to be treated, for lifting containers containing a product to be treated, having a treating device, comprising a pumping means (7), a heating plate (6) which is connected to the pumping means, as well as a line for drawing off the treated product from the pump, wherein the means comprising the pump (7) and the heating plate (6) is connected in a fixed and immovable manner to a chassis and a lifting mechanism (3, 4) is provided, whose orientation corresponds with the location of the heating plate and which can be moved linearly up and down in the vertical direction, so that the heating plate is located in a container positioned on the lifting mechanism, if the latter is located in an upwardly moved position and the heating plate is located outside said container if the lifting mechanism is located in a downwardly moved position.
- Drum lifting device according to claim 1, characterized in that the chassis (1) comprises a base element (1a), an upper, horizontal holding element (1b) and a vertical support element (1c), said support element (1c) being located on the base element (1a) and carries the upper, horizontal holding element (1b).
- Drum lifting device according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting table (4) and at least one horizontal holding element (4a), which is firmly connected to the lifting table (4).
- Drum lifting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that on the vertical support element (1c) of the chassis is provided at least one guide bar (2), in which engage in vertically linearly movable manner the free ends of the holding elements (4a) of the lifting table (4).
- Drum lifting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that there is a motion cylinder (3), preferably a hydraulic cylinder, which is on the one hand movably connected to the chassis (3a) and on the other is also connected to the lifting mechanism (3b), the motion cylinder preferably being located between the vertical support element (1c) of the chassis and the lifting table (4) of the lifting mechanism.
- Drum lifting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that on the pumping means (7) is provided a rigid pipe for drawing off the prepared product to a further machine or to an extruder.
- Drum lifting device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that there is a chassis with a symmetrical arrangement of the pump, heating plate, guide bar and lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanisms being upwardly and downwardly movable solely through a motion cylinder.
