Claims (9)
- Schließklaue für Ladenbeschläge von Fenstern, Türen oder dergleichen, welche zwischen einer Verriegelungsstellung und einer Entriegelungsstellung um eine vertikale Achse (3) verschwenkbar an dem Laden verankerbar ist und in der Verriegelungsstellung einen mauer- oder rahmenseitigen Schließzapfen (17) hintergreift, mit einem klauenförmigen, den Schließzapfen (17) hintergreifenden Riegelteil (1) an einem am Laden schwenkbar gehalterten Lagerteil (2),
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem klauenförmigen Riegelteil (1) ein entgegen der Schließwirkung der Schließklaue elastisch nachgebendes, eine Abstütz- und Gleitfläche für den Schließzapfen (17) bildendes Organ (12) zugeordnet ist. - Schließklaue nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das elastisch nachgebende Organ (12) im Lagerteil (2) der Schließklaue gehaltert ist. - Schließklaue nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das elastisch nachgebende Organ als Blattfeder (12) ausgebildet ist, die sich ausgehend vom Lagerteil (2) längs der zum Schließzapfen (17) weisenden Seite des klauenförmigen Riegelteils (1) der Schließklaue erstreckt und dabei von diesem beabstandet ist, um eine Federauslenkung der Blattfeder (12) senkrecht zur Schwenkachse (3) der Schließklaue zuzulassen. - Schließklaue nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das gehalterte Ende (18) der Blattfeder (12) quer zum Lagerteil (2) in der Nähe der Schwenkachse (3) angeordnet ist. - Schließklaue nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Blattfeder (12) in dem dem klauenförmigen Riegelteil (1) abgewandten Bereich des Lagerteils (2) abgestützt ist. - Schließklaue nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Lagerteil (2) eine Ausnehmung (13) aufweist, in welche die Blattfeder (12) mit einem Ende (18) eingesetzt ist und daß der freie Querschnitt der Ausnehmung (13) zumindest auf der Austrittsseite der Blattfeder (12) in der Höhe größer ist als die Dicke der Blattfeder (12). - Schließklaue nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmung (13) als Durchtrittsöffnung ausgebildet ist, in welche die Blattfeder (12) von der dem klauenförmigen Riegelteil (1) abgewandten Seite einführbar ist. - Schließklaue nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das im Lagerteil (2) gehalterte Ende (18) der Blattfeder (12) abgewinkelt ist und eine Anschlagkante (14) des Lagerteils (2) hintergreift. - Schließklaue nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der klauenförmige Riegelteil (1) auf seiner der Blattfeder (12) zugewandten Seite eine Ausnehmung (16) aufweist, in welche das freie Ende der Blattfeder (12) bei deren Auslenkung eintauchen kann.
