Claims (8)

  1. Procédé pour la formation d'un morceau de pâte plat à partir d'un corps de pâte, dans lequel le corps de pâte est transporté à une vitesse de transport vers un rouleau et est aplati par le rouleau, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de transport est accélérée lorsque le corps de pâte est situé à une distance prédéterminée du rouleau.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de transport est accélérée d'une première vitesse inférieure ou égale à la vitesse périphérique du rouleau à une deuxième vitesse supérieure à la vitesse périphérique.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de transport est décélérée à la première vitesse, immédiatement après que le corps de pâte soit entré en contact avec le rouleau.
  4. Appareil de formation d'un morceau de pâte plat à partir d'un corps de pâte, l'appareil étant équipé d'un rouleau pour aplatir un corps de pâte et de moyens de transport pour transporter le corps de pâte au rouleau à une vitesse de transport, dans lequel les moyens de transport peuvent être commandés à l'aide de moyens d'entraínement, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'entraínement sont des moyens d'entraínement réglables permettant d'accélérer la vitesse de transport des moyens de transport durant le transport du corps de pâte au rouleau.
  5. Appareil selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transport peuvent être commandés par les moyens d'entraínement réglables, à une première vitesse inférieure ou égale à la vitesse périphérique du rouleau, ou à une deuxième vitesse supérieure à la vitesse périphérique.
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'appareil est équipé de moyens de détection pour détecter le contact entre le corps de pâte et le rouleau.
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de détection sont également équipés de capteurs pour détecter si le corps de pâte est situé à une distance prédéterminée à l'avant du rouleau.
  8. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de transport sont constitués d'un moyen de transport par friction.
