Claims (8)
- Antriebsscheibe (1) für eine Maschine zur Instandsetzung und/oder Pflege von Fußböden, die einen Motor umfaßt, der geeignet ist, mindestens ein drehbares Werkzeug (2) über eine Antriebswelle (3) in Rotation zu bringen, wobei diese Antriebsscheibe (1) eine starre, kreisförmige Platte (4) aufweist und eine kreisförmige Membran (5), wobei diese kreisförmige Membran (5) im Bereich ihres äußeren Umfangs mit der starren kreisförmigen Platte (4) verbunden ist und im Bereich ihres Mittelpunkts mit der Antriebswelle (3) verbindbar ist und aus einem Material besteht, das senkrecht zu der Membranebene nachgiebig ist, jedoch starr in der Membranebene, wobei das Werkzeug (2) an der starren, kreisförmigen Platte (4) auf der der Membran (5) abgewandten Seite befestigt werden kann,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (10) zwischen der starren, kreisförmigen Platte (4) und der Membrane (5) dicht ist und ein Fluid enthält, das die Membran (5) spannt. - Antriebsscheibe nach Patentanspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das im Hohlraum enthaltene Fluid eine Flüssigkeit ist. - Antriebsscheibe nach Patentanspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichte der Flüssigkeit um so höher ist, je geringer die Nennrotationsgeschwindigkeit der Scheibe ist. - Antriebsscheibe nach einem der Patentansprüche 2 oder 3, deren Nennrotationsgeschwindigkeit in der Größenordnung von 400 U/min liegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flüssigkeit Wasser ist. - Antriebsscheibe nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, die Mittel (7) zur Verbindung mit der Antriebswelle umfaßt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsmittel (7) im mittleren Bereich der Membrane (5) auf dichte Weise angebracht sind. - Antriebsscheibe nach Patentanspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsmittel (7) eine einfache Montage und/oder Demontage dieser Scheibe (1) an der Antriebswelle (3) ermöglichen. - Antriebsscheibe nach Patentanspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsmittel (7) mit zusätzlichen Verbindungsmitteln (8), die die Antriebswelle (3) trägt , zusammenwirken, um eine abnehmbare Klemmverbindung zu bilden. - Antriebsscheibe nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 7, die dazu bestimmt ist, ein drehbares Werkzeug (2), das eine Scheibe aus Fasermaterial aufweist, in Rotation zu bringen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die starre, kreisförmige Platte (4) auf ihrer der Membrane (5) abgewandten Seite Haken (11) zur Befestigung der Scheibe aus faserhaltigem Material aufweist.
