Abstract

A shoe having a central rotary closure arranged on the heel of the upper in the area above the location at which the heel bone is received and having at least one tightening element which has a tightening section running from the central rotary closure towards each side of the shoe. The tightening sections are coupled by a coupling element with at least one strap which runs from each tightening section or coupling element over the instep or/and by the arch to the other tightening section or coupling element. Furthermore, strap sections span the instep area between locations at which the wearer's ankle and metatarsophalangeal joints are received, these sections crossing each other as they span the instep area, and are fastened at a frontal portion of a respective side of the shoe opposite that at which it is coupled to a respective tightening section.

Description

The present invention relates to a shoe with a central rotary fastener according to the preamble of claim 1.

Ein derartiger Schuh ist aus der EP-A- 0 247 487, Fig. 8 bekannt.Such a shoe is known from EP-A-0 247 487, Fig. 8.

With this alpine ski boot with a rear and a front quarter part, a central turn lock is attached to the rear quarter part in the area of the heel. The central rotary lock is connected to a tensioning element which is guided back to the central rotary lock via deflection elements. The front and rear quarters are connected to each other by a band at about the height of the central twist lock.

Shoes with a central rotary lock are also known from DE-U-89 12 788 or from DE-U-90 05 469. In the shoes described there, the central rotary lock is attached to a riser plate on which side locking tabs are formed so as to be pivotable. The one with the central rotary lock Tensioning tensioning elements run alternately from this riser plate via deflection elements of the locking flaps and the riser plate.

Furthermore, it is known from DE-U-90 16 325 to arrange the locking tabs separately from the riser plate. The deflection elements are attached to lateral tensioning straps running over the shoe upper and these can be inserted into corresponding recesses in the closing flaps.

Such known shoes with a central rotary lock can be quickly put on and taken off. Nevertheless, the closing effect is simple, quick and individually adjustable.

With the present invention, the object is to be designed to design the locking mechanism of shoes of the type mentioned so that it is inexpensive to manufacture and assemble and a good foot support is guaranteed in the shoe. At the same time, the arrangement should be such that an unwanted opening of the central twist lock and thus of the shoe when the instep is loaded, for example by hitting a ball or the like, is avoided.

This object is achieved by the features specified in the characterizing part of claim 1.

Further advantageous details of the invention are specified in the subclaims and are described in more detail below with reference to an exemplary embodiment illustrated in the drawing.

With 1 a shoe, in particular a sports or leisure shoe is designated. At the rear of the shaft 2, a central rotary lock 3 is arranged in the area above the rear edge 4 of the heel bone 5 shown as a broken line. The central rotary lock 3 can be fastened to the rear of the shaft 2 directly or via an intermediate carrier, for example an outer heel cap.

With the central rotary lock 3, a tensioning element 6, for example a plastic or wire rope, is non-positively coupled in a manner known per se and can be shortened by turning to close the shoe and extendable to open it. The quick release can be done by pulling or pushing.

The tensioning element 6 is guided such that a tensioning section 7 or 8, in particular in the form of a loop 7 'or 8', is formed on each side.

The tensioning sections 7, 8 are coupled or connected with a tensioning strap 9 which runs in the vicinity of the ankle 10 from the outside of the shoe 11 across the instep 12 to the inside of the shoe 13. The outside of the shoe 11 is the side of the outside of the foot and the inside of the shoe 13 is the side of the inside of the foot.

Furthermore, the tensioning sections 7, 8 on each shoe side 11, 13 are connected or coupled to a tensioning band section 14 and 15, respectively, which run forward from the relevant shoe side 11 or 13 over the instep 12 to the opposite shoe side 13 or 11. There, the strap sections 14, 15 are fastened at the ends to the shoe 1, to the shaft 2, to a special fitting part or to the sole 16, where they cross over the instep 12. The attachment points 17 are located in the front in the area 18 of the basic toe joints of the foot between these and the ankle 10 in the front section of the front shoe.

The connection between the tensioning sections 7 and 8, the tensioning strap 9 and the tensioning strap sections 14 and 15 takes place either directly or via a coupling member 19 or 20. For this purpose, the coupling members 19, 20 each have, for example, a deflection guide in the form of a deflection element 21, in particular in the form of a circular or elliptical path or in the form of an otherwise suitably running guide path, for example a guide groove 22. The clamping sections 7 and 8 are guided in this guide groove 22. When the tensioning sections 7, 8 are designed as loops 7 'or 8', they are hooked into the deflection guide.

By rotating the central rotary lock 3 in the sense of shortening the tensioning element 6, the coupling members 19, 20 can be pulled in the direction of the arrow 23 and the tensioning strap 9 and the tensioning strap sections 14, 15 can be pulled in the closing direction.

20 (Fig. 2) gekuppelt. In order to achieve a pulling direction downwards and preferably backwards at the same time (arrow 23 in FIG. 1), the tensioning sections 7, 8 are initially guided downwards and forwards from the central rotary lock 3, in the area below the ankle via deflection means 24 to the front and led upwards and each coupled with a coupling member 19 or 20 (Fig. 2).

A guide plate 25 with suitable guide or deflection means 24 is attached to each shoe side 11 or 13 to guide the tensioning sections 7 or 8. The guide plates 25 are preferably made of a hard elastic, good sliding properties for the clamping element 6 material, such as polyethylene, polyamide, polyimide or the like ..

Each coupling member 19, 20 preferably has a deflection member 26, for example in the form of a pin or web, around which the tensioning strap 9 is guided and fastened to the fastening points 17 on the shoe 1 with the tensioning strap sections 14, 15 thus formed. Tension strap 9 and tension strap sections 14, 15 consist in this case a single band, so that special attachments to the coupling members 19 and 20 are omitted. In addition, the band can slide around the deflecting members 26, so that the length of the tension band 9 and the tension band sections 14, 15 which are integral with it can adjust accordingly to the shape of the foot.

A pressure distribution member 27 can be connected at least to the tensioning strap 9 spanning the instep 12 near the ankle 10. This serves to transmit the clamping pressure exerted on instep 12 to a larger area and thus to reduce the area load. It consists, for example, of a pressure distribution plate through which the tensioning strap 9 can be looped.

Advantageously, the longitudinal axis 26 'of the rod-shaped deflection member 26 of the coupling members 19 and 20 runs perpendicular to the direction of the tension indicated in arrow 9 by the tension 23.

The rod-shaped deflecting member 26 can also be arranged such that the perpendicular 26 '' on the longitudinal axis 26 'lies in an angle range α which deviates from a right angle, which is indicated by the tension direction shown - arrow 23 - of the tension band 9 and the direction - arrow 28 - the tensile stress occurring in the respective tension band section 14 or 15 is included (FIG. 2). In particular, the deflection member 26 can be arranged such that the perpendicular 26 ″ to the longitudinal axis 26 ′ runs in or approximately in the direction of the bisector of the angle α of the pulling directions indicated by the arrows 23 and 28.

The tensioning strap 9 and the tensioning strap sections 14, 15 preferably consist of a fabric strap, the ratio of thickness to width of which is approximately 1: 5 to 1:50, in particular approximately 1:15 to 1:30.

The central rotary lock 3 can be provided with a quick release device, the quick release being possible by train or pressure.
