Abstract

The invention relates to a shoe (1) with side lacing (2), a lacing or tensioning element (13) being pulled in a zigzag alternatingly through eyelets of two rows (4, 5) of eyelets (4.1, 4.2, 4.3 and 5.1, 5.2, 5.3) opposite one another, of which the first row (4) on the lace side (3) is on or above the sole (6), and the second row (5) likewise on the lace side (3), but opposite the first row (5) at a distance, is on a shield which runs over the instep (9), which shield has a location which can change relative to the instep (9). According to the object both quick closure and also quick loosening of this closure will be attainable. This is achieved in that the shield is a freely movable tension flap (8) which has an essentially stable shape, but which is flexurally elastic, and which on the side opposite the lace side (3), has a single pulling site (8.1 or 8.1.1) via which it is coupled to the shoe (1) with a tension connection (10) which can be locked and which is adjustable in its length (10.1).

Description

The present invention relates to a shoe, in particular Sports shoe with side lacing according to the Preamble of claim 1.

Such a shoe is from DD patent 89 796 known. There is a sign above the instep that says under this sign to attach the shoe to the foot covers existing fasteners. The sign is on the front Shoe fastens and forms a kind of cover tongue, which has a number of laced holes on both side edges. There are a number of others in each of these lace holes Laced holes spaced opposite in on the shaft attached rag are provided. Depending on the lacing Both sides can change the location of the shield and the strength of the Lacing can be changed. The shield and the associated Lacing can also act as the sole fastener be provided.

Closing the shoe and loosening the clasp by means of the two laces is relatively complicated and requires a considerable amount of time.

The object of the present invention is therefore to be achieved are to form a lacing of the known type in such a way that both a quick release and a quick release of the Closure can be achieved.

This object is achieved by the features of claim 1.

By using an essentially dimensionally stable Pull tab with a single pull point and train connection can the pull tab with a short pull and one if necessary subsequent loop formation quickly in the closed position brought and just as quickly by opening the loop again be solved. This is particularly beneficial for shoes that used in triathlon competitions, for example here the set-up times, i.e. the times needed for the on and off Taking off such shoes, the competition result strong influence.

In the exemplary embodiment, this is on the lacing side 3, here the inside 1.1 of the shoe 1, is provided. For the Lacing 2 are two rows 4 and 5 of lacing holes 4.1, 4.2, 4.3 or 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 provided. The first row 4 of Lace-up holes are on the sole 6 in the same area or on at least one, for example on the shoe upper attached, protruding tab or the illustrated Tabs 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 provided. The second row 5 of Lace holes is on a trained as a pull tab 8, over the instep 9 freely movable shield at a distance of the first row 4 of the lace holes attached. The pull tab 8 owns on the row 5 of laced holes in Direction opposite point a single train point 8.1, on which they are 10.1 changeable and lockable train connection 10 fixed connected is. The in the embodiment as a drawstring or Train cord trained train 10 in turn is through a laced hole 11.1 of a pull tab 11 is looped through. The the rear pull tab 11 is on the lacing side 3 opposite side, here the outside 1.2 of the shoe 1, attached. This outside 1.2 is the real one Closure side 12 of the shoe 1, as explained later will be. The lacing side 3 can also have the same result on the outside 1.2 and the closure side 12 on the Inside 1.1 of the shoe 1 may be provided.

The rear pull tab 11 preferably extends from the Heel 1.3 of the shoe 1 in the pulling direction to the upper Instep area 9.1 or the middle instep area 9.2.

It can range from ankle to below the ankle Ankle lie and it is fixed with the shoe 1 or movably connected in such a way or stands in such a way Active connection that they pull in the direction of closure is claimable. At their free end 11.2 there is the laced hole 11.1.

The pull tab 8 consists of a tensile, flexurally elastic Material with a low coefficient of friction. As suitable have plastics made of or based on polyamide, Proven polyethylene or polyurethane. However, there are also other plastics or materials suitable, for example Metals such as stainless steel, spring bronze or the like. The pull tab 8 preferably has a thickness of approximately 0.2 up to 3 mm, in particular from about 0.3 to 2 mm. You can out consist of a single plate. However, it has an advantage three or more fan-like from the train point 8.1 to Lace side 3 extending fingers 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, on their free ends each have a tie hole 5.1, 5.2 or 5.3 second row 5 of laced holes is located.

Through the two rows 4 and 5 of lace holes is one Shoelaces 13 zigzag from row to row pulled. Its front end 13.1 is initially through a foremost one present on the closure side 12 Lace hole 19.1 pulled through a tab 19 and then on the lace side 3 in the area of the front shoe 1.4, preferably in the area of the sole 6, in particular above the same, attached.

The attachment can also be done after grinding through the laced hole 5.1 when the tab 19 and the laced hole 19.1 are not considered necessary. Also the attachment of the front end 13.1 of the shoelace 13 after looping through the laced hole 4.1 done on the closure side 12.

The rear free part 13.2 of the shoelace 13 is through a Lace hole 14.1 one from the heel 1.3 to the upper instep area 9.1 Pull-through pull tab 14 looped through. He is preferably lockable in the closed position, can but can also be locked in other positions.

The lock can on the shoe 1 on the laces 3 or on the closure side 12 fixed or preferably changeable be made. The lock can be freely selected Length of the exciting part of the shoelace 13 accordingly the necessary lacing tension, for example by Attachment by means of a row of buttons, one Velcro fastener, a lever fastener or by binding with the free end 10.2 of the train connection 10. At the Embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 4 takes place Fastening and length determination by lacing with the Train connection 10.

The free end 10.2 of the drawstring or drawstring trained train connection 10 can free with the rear Part 13.2 of the shoelace 13, for example by tying a loop to be connected together.

Die Wirkungsweise der erfindungsgemäßen Schnürung ist folgende: The operation of the lacing according to the invention is the following:

When pulling on the rear free part 13.2 of the shoelace 13 the two rows 4 and 5 of laced holes in known way pulled against each other. With this measure essentially the shoe 1 adapts to the shape of the foot customized. If the free rear part 13.2 of the Laces 13 with the free end 10.2 of the train connection 10 lashed down and tied into a bow, then on the one hand the lacing 2 slightly retensioned, in essential, however, the pull tab 8 in the direction of the heel 1.3 pulled and thereby fast closing of the shoe 1 reached. The opposite is the case when the loop is opened Pull tab 8 relieved immediately, making a very quick Opening of the shoe 1 occurs without the lacing 2 must solve strongly. From the way the lacing arrangement works, and from the formation of the pull tab 8 with the train connection 10 also shows that in the exemplary embodiment Outside 1.2 of the shoe referred to as the closure side 12 is because of the actual closing and opening process takes place here.

The lacing 2 does not necessarily have to be on the side or Lacing side of the shoe 1 take place. It can also go up to instep 9 and possibly even beyond this to Closure side 12 may be arranged. This depends on the Length 10.1 of the train connection 10 required for closing.

The shoelace 13 is preferably made of a material with a low coefficient of friction. Are suitable for example plastics made of or based on Polyamide, polyimide, polyacrylic or polyester. Also the Train connection 10 can consist of one of these materials.

However, the train connection 10 with the free one is advantageous Part 10.2 and the rear part 13.2 of the shoelace 13 a material with a higher coefficient of friction or they are made to be higher Have coefficients of friction. This can make a better one Closing force of the loop to be tied are generated. This Parts can also be made of cotton. The back part 13.2 of the shoelace 13 with a higher coefficient of friction is attached to the rest of the part, for example by sewing on and / or gluing the two shoelace parts 13, 13.2 to each other or to each other. The shoelace 13 and the Train connection 10 preferably consist of a fabric or Knitted fabric. The shoelace 13 is preferably a band educated. A fabric tape has proven to be advantageous which has stronger cross ribs, so in the manner of a grosgrain fabric is made.

According to an advantageous development of the invention a further improvement of the lacing over the instep 9, for example in the middle instep area 9.2 or in the area of the Metatarsus, achieved by a special clamping element 15 as shown in FIGS. 3 to 5. The Clamping element 15 is on the closure side 12, for example in the sole area or shaft area. The Tensioning element 15 runs over instep 9, preferably over a central instep area 9.2 and / or possibly over a front instep area 9.3 or in the area of the forefoot between the metatarsus and the toe joints. That for Lacing side 3 extending part of the tensioning element 15 is with the end part 15.1 by one or by the particular Rectangular eyelet, fixed to shoe 1 4.2 looped and fixed to a movable cord eyelet 4.4 attached. Through the lacing 4.4.1 of the movable The eyelet 13 is looped through the eyelet 4.4.

When pulling on the shoelace 13, the movable eyelet 4.4 pulled towards instep 9. This will make the Cord eyelet 4.4 fastened end part 15.1 of the tensioning element 15 also pulled towards instep 9 and thereby the Distance 16 between the eyelets 4.2 and 4.4 increased. The tension length 17 of the tensioning element 15 is thus between its attachment point to the shoe 1 and its loop 18 the lacing eyelet 4.2 is reduced and therefore a separate one Tension reached over instep 9.

The clamping element 15 consists of a tensile strength as possible Material such as leather, textile material or Plastic. It can be attached to the shaft material for example sewn on and / or glued on.

Instead of using a shoelace, you can close it the shoe also uses a rope-like tensioning element be operated by means of a central rotary lock can be, as for example from EP 0 559 648 B1 is known.

In the embodiment shown in Fig. 6 is a Shutter shown, in which the closing voltage is not so acts strongly towards the heel, as in the embodiment according to 1 to 4. Here is the train connection 10 in the middle Shoe area 20 for the midfoot directly or indirectly, for example via a tab or loop, on the shoe 1 attached. It is attached to or above the sole 6. The pull tab 8 has instead of the pull point 8.1 Laced hole 8.1.1. The free end 10.2 of the train connection 10 is first through the tie hole 8.1.1 of the pull tab 8 and then through the laced hole 11.1 of the rear pull tab 11 (see Figure 2) looped through. Depending on whether the Attachment of the train connection 10 further forward or further is provided at the rear in the middle shoe area 20, the Tension more or less in the direction transverse to the instep or be aligned more towards the heel 1.3. The effect the quick opening and quick release remains completely preserved.
