Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat aus einem Reißverschluß und einer Verpackung aus Verpackungskarton.
Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregate aus einem Reißverschluß und einer Verpackung sind in den verschiedensten Ausführungsformen bekannt. Bewährt ist ein solches Aggregat (DE 24 38 555 C3), welches aus einem gestreckten Reißverschluß und einer flachen Verpackung besteht, die um die Reißverschlußbänder herumgefaltet ist und die Verschlußgliederreihe des Reißverschlusses freiläßt, wobei auch der Reißverschlußschieber freiliegt und folglich im verpackten Zustand betätigt werden kann. Diese Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregate haben sich sehr bewährt. Die moderne Verpackungslogistik verlangt jedoch Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregate, die parallelepipedisch gestaltet sind (vgl. DE 41 31 452 A1). Auch diese haben sich als Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat bewährt, verlangen jedoch einen verhältnismäßig großen fertigungstechnischen Aufwand bei der Fertigung des Aggregates.
Der Erfindung liegt das technische Problem zugrunde, ein Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat zu schaffen, welches als solches allen Anforderungen genügt, darüber hinaus aber auf einfache Weise und erforderlichenfalls vollautomatisch gefertigt werden kann.
Zur Lösung dieses technischen Problems ist Gegenstand der Erfindung ein Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat aus einem Reißverschluß und einer Verpackung aus Verpackungskarton mit den folgenden Merkmalen:
  • 1.1) Die Verpackung ist zweiteilig und besteht aus einer hülsenförmigen Umhüllung und einem in die Umhüllung eingepaßten Einsatz,
  • 1.2) die Umhüllung besitzt einen parallelepipedischen Umriß, eine offene Rückseite und eine Frontseite mit Sichtfenster und Fensterrand,
  • 1.3) der Einsatz ist als im Grundriß rechteckiger Umschlag ausgeführt, dessen Grundriß und dessen Oberseite offen sind und der den zusammengerollten Reißverschluß aufnimmt, welcher mit seinem mit einem Reißverschlußschieber besetzten Anfangsteilstück auf der Frontseite des Umschlages aufliegt,
    • wobei der Umschlag mit dem darin gemäß Merkmal 1.3) untergebrachten Reißverschluß in die offene Rückseite der Umhüllung eingeschoben ist und mit dem auf der Frontseite des Umschlages aufgelegten Reißverschluß vor dem Sichtfenster liegt.
    Die Erfindung geht von der Erkenntnis aus, daß die fertigungstechnischen Probleme, die vorstehend angesprochen worden sind, auf einfache Weise gelöst werden können, wenn die Verpackung zweiteilig ausgebildet ist und, wie beschrieben, aus einer Umhüllung mit parallelepipedischem Umriß und einem eingepaßten Umschlag besteht. Die Umhüllung läßt sich ohne weiteres aus einem einzigen Zuschnitt aufrichten. Das gilt auch für den Umschlag, der dabei aber mit einem zusammengerollten Reißverschluß bestückt werden kann.
    Im einzelnen bestehen im Rahmen der Erfindung mehrere Möglichkeiten der weiteren Ausbildung und Gestaltung. So ist, wie bereits erwähnt, die Umhüllung nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung aus einem einzigen Zuschnitt zusammengefaltet und durch abgefaltete Flansche und/oder Laschen sowie ggf. Einsteckschlitze zusammengehalten. Auch der Einsatz in Form des Umschlages besteht nach bevorzugter Ausführungsform der Erfindung aus einem einzigen Zuschnitt und ist aus diesem zusammengefaltet sowie durch zumindest eine Zunge und einen zugeordneten Schlitz zusammengehalten. Der Umschlag besitzt zweckmäßigerweise in der Frontseite einen durch Schlitze in der Fronseite freigestanzten Steg, der von dem Anfangsteilstück des Reißverschlusses unterfaßt ist, wobei der Handgriff des Reißverschlußschiebers über dem Steg liegt. Der Steg kann im Bereich des Schiebers auch eine Ausnehmung aufweisen.
    Im folgenden wird die Erfindung anhand einer lediglich ein Ausführungsbeispiel darstellenden Zeichnung ausführlicher erläutert. Es zeigen

    ein erfindungsgemäßes Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat, Frontansicht, Seitenansicht und Rückansicht,

    den Zuschnitt, aus dem bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat die Umhüllung aufgerichtet ist,

    den Zuschnitt, aus dem bei dem erfindungsgemäßen Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat der Umschlag aufgerichtet ist, und
    Fig. 9
    in gegenüber den Fig. 1 bis 6 vergrößertem Maßstab perspektivisch und teilweise aufgebrochen das erfindungsgemäße Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat im montierten Zustand.
    Das in den Figuren dargestellte Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat besteht in seinem grundsätzlichen Aufbau aus einem Reißverschluß 1 und einer Verpackung 2, 3. Die Verpackung 2, 3 besteht aus Verpackungskarton.
    Aus einer vergleichenden Betrachtung der Fig. 1 bis 3 einerseits, Fig. 4 bis 6 andererseits in Verbindung mit Fig. 9 erkennt man, daß die Verpackung 2, 3 zweiteilig aufgebaut ist. Sie besteht aus einer hülsenförmigen Umhüllung 2 und einem in die Umhüllung 2 eingepaßten Einsatz 3.
    Insbesondere aus den Fig. 1 bis 3 und dem Zuschnitt 4 der Fig. 7 entnimmt man, daß die Umhüllung 2 einen parallelepipedischen Umriß, eine offene Rückseite 5 und eine Frontseite 6 mit Sichtfenster 7 und Fensterrand 8 aufweist. Insbesondere aus den Fig. 4 bis 6 und dem Zuschnitt 9 der Fig. 8 entnimmt man, daß der Einsatz 3 als im Grundriß rechteckiger Umschlag ausgeführt ist, dessen Grundriß und dessen Oberseite offen sind und der den zusammengerollten Reißverschluß 1 aufgenommen hat. Der Reißverschluß 1 liegt mit seinem mit einem Reißverschlußschieber 10 besetzten Anfangsteilstück 11 auf der Frontseite 12 des Umschlages oder Einsatzes 3 auf. Der Umschlag oder Einsatz 3 mit dem darin untergebrachten Reißverschluß 1 ist in die offene Rückseite 5 der Umhüllung 2 eingeschoben und liegt mit dem auf die Frontseite 12 des Umschlages oder Einsatzes 3 aufgelegten Anfangsteilstück 11 des Reißverschlusses 1 vor dem Sichtfenster 7.
    Auch die Zuschnitte 4 bzw. 9, die in den Fig. 7 und 8 dargestellt worden sind, sind Gegenstand der Erfindung. Der Fachmann entnimmt aus den Zuschnitten 4, 9, wie die Umhüllung 2 bzw. der Einsatz 3 aus ihrem Zuschnitt 4 bzw. 9 aufgerichtet werden. Man erkennt, daß die Umhüllung 2 aus dem Zuschnitt 4 zusammengefaltet und durch abgefaltete Flansche 13 und/oder Laschen 14 zusammengehalten ist, wobei auch mit Zungen 15 und Einsteckschlitzen 16 gearbeitet werden könnte. Man erkennt fernerhin, daß der Einsatz 3 aus einem Zuschnitt 9 zusammengefaltet ist und durch im Ausführungsbeispiel eine Zunge 15 und einen zugeordneten Schlitz 16 zusammengehalten ist. In dem Zuschnitt der Fig. 8 erkennt man, daß der Umschlag oder Einsatz 3 in der Frontseite 12 einen durch Schlitze 17 in der Frontseite 12 freigestanzten Steg 18 aufweist, der von dem Anfangsteilstück 11 des Reißverschlusses 1 unterfaßt ist, wobei der Handgriff 19 des Reißverschlußschiebers 10 den Steg 18 überfaßt, der im übrigen eine Ausnehmung 20 für den Reißverschlußschieber 10 aufweist. Insoweit wird auch auf die Fig. 9 verwiesen.

    Claims (5)

    1. Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat aus einem Reißverschluß (1) und einer Verpackung (2, 3) aus Verpackungskarton mit den folgenden Merkmalen:
      1.1) Die Verpackung (2, 3) ist zweiteilig und besteht aus einer hülsenförmigen Umhüllung (2) und einem in die Umhüllung (2) eingepaßten Einsatz (3),
      1.2) die Umhüllung (2) besitzt einen parallelepipedischen Umriß, eine offene Rückseite (5) und eine Frontseite (6) mit Sichtfenster (7) und Fensterrand (8),
      1.3) der Einsatz (3) ist als im Grundriß rechteckiger Umschlag ausgeführt, dessen Grundriß und dessen Oberseite offen sind, der den zusammengerollten Reißverschluß (1) aufnimmt, welcher mit seinem, mit einem Reißverschlußschieber (10) besetzten Anfangsteilstück (11) auf der Frontseite (12) des Umschlages oder Einsatzes (3) aufliegt,
      wobei der Umschlag oder Einsatz (3) mit dem darin gemäß Merkmal 1.3) untergebrachten Reißverschluß (1) in die offene Rückseite (5) der Umhüllung (2) eingeschoben ist und mit dem auf der Frontseite des Umschlages (3) aufgelegten Reißverschluß (1) vor dem Sichtfenster (7) liegt.
    2. Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umhüllung (2) aus einem Zuschnitt (4) zusammengefaltet und durch abgefaltete Flansche (13) und/oder Laschen (14), ggf. Zungen (15), und Einsteckschlitze (16) zusammengehalten ist.
    3. Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Einsatz (3) aus einem Zuschnitt (9) zusammengefaltet, sowie durch zumindest eine Zunge (15) und einen zugeordneten (16) zusammengehalten ist.
    4. Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umschlag (3) in der Frontseite (12) einen durch Schlitze (17) in der Frontseite (12) freigestanzten Steg (18) aufweist, der von dem Anfangsteilstück (11) des verschlusses (1) unterfaßt ist, wobei der Handgriff des Reißverschlußschiebers (10) den Steg (18) überfaßt.
    5. Handhabungs- und Verkaufsaggregat nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steg (18) im Bereich des Schiebers (10) eine Ausnehmung (20) aufweist.
