Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions de polyéthylène présentant différents degrés de régions amorphes cristallines. On obtient lesdits matériaux en combinant des chaînes de polyéthylène homopolymères de masse molaire élevée (Mw supérieure ou égale à environ 1,5 x 106) avec des polymères polyéthyléniques classiques de basse densité, de haute densité et de basse densité linéaire. Les mélanges selon l'invention présentent des caractéristiques d'allongement non linéaire de par leur élasticité accrue et sont particulièrement appropriées au soufflage de films et à des applications associées telles que la fabrication de feuilles d'emballage orientées et non orientées ainsi que le moulage.
