Claims (23)
- Vorrichtung zur Steuerung der Schwingungen einer Kokille in einer Metall-Stranggiessanlage, bestehend aus einer auf einer Abstützung (2) montierten Kokille (1), Haltemittel (3) der Kokille (1) in einer im wesentlichen senkrechten Bahn und einem System zur Erzeugung einer abwechselnden Schwingungsbewegung der Kokille (1) gemäss dieser Bahn, das eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (5), ein Glied (4) zur Steuerung einer periodischen Bewegung der Betätigungsvorrichtung gemäss einem Bewegungsgesetz und Mittel (10, 20) zur Umwandlung der periodischen Bewegung der Betätigungsvorrichtung (5) in eine Hin- und Herbewegung der Kokille (1) aufweist, wobei das Bewegungsgesetz der Betätigungsvorrichtung (5) so festgelegt ist, dass die Werte mindestens einiger Bewegungsparameter der Kokille (1), wie die Schwingungsamplitude, die Frequenz und die Schwankung der Bewegungsgeschwindigkeiten der Kokille (1) nach oben bzw. nach unten in jedem Zyklus bestimmt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei einer Einstellung der Betätigungsvorrichtung (5) und dessen Steuerglied (4) für ein vorab festgesetztes Primärgeschwindigkeitsgesetz, die Vorrichtung ein Instantkorrekturmittel (CC) (75) der durch dieses primäre Bewegungsgesetz bestimmte Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit der Kokille (1) umfasst, sodass die Schwingung der Kokille (1) in jedem Zyklus gemäss einem optimalen den Giessbedingungen zu jedem Zeitpunkt angepassten Bewegungsgesetz erfolgt.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Geschwindigkeitsänderung ein System (60) (75) zur Erzeugung einer Bewegung gemäss einem Zusatzgesetz ist, dessen Wirkung der durch das Steuerglied (4) bestimmte Bewegung hinzugefügt wird, sodass das aus der Konjunktion des Zusatzgesetzes mit dem Primärgesetz resultierende Bewegungsgesetz den Giessbedingungen zu jedem Zeitpunkt optimal angepasst wird.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung (10, 20) der Kokillenbewegungen über einen Motor (4) mittels einer Übertragungseinrichtung (5) drehbeweglich angetrieben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel zur Geschwindigkeitsänderung den Motor (4) oder ein Element der Übertragungseinrichtung (5) anhand eines mathematischen ein zusätzliches Bewegungsgesetz definierenden Modells oder Tabellen steuert.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übertragungseinrichtung (5) der Bewegungen ein Umlaufgetriebe (61) umfasst, dessen Zahnkranz (62) über den Hauptmotor (4) angetrieben und dessen Bewegung durch den Planetenradträger (65) zum Antrieb des Exzentersystems aufgenommen wird, wobei der Antrieb des Planetenrades (63) über den durch das Modell oder die Tabellen (MM) gesteuerten Hilfsmotor (60) erfolgt.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hauptmotor (4) bzw. der Hilfsmotor (60) ein Hydraulikmotor ist.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Planetenrad (63) über ein durch das Modell oder die Tabellen (MM) gesteuerten Hydraulikzylinder (68) angetrieben wird.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Exzentersystem aus mindestens einer Gruppe mit zwei Exzentern (10) besteht, die zwischen der Abstützung (2) der Kokille (1) und dem Gestell (3) der Anordnung montiert sind, wobei der Antrieb der beiden Exzenter (10) über dieselbe Antriebswelle (11) erfolgt, welche über die Übertragungseinrichtung der Bewegungen mit dem Motor (4) verbunden ist.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Exzentersystem aus mindestens einer Gruppe mit zwei Exzentern (20) besteht, die zwischen der Abstützung der Kokille (1) und dem Gestell (3) der Anordnung montiert ist, wobei einer der beiden Exzenter (20) über den Motor (4) mit der Übertragungseinrichtung (5) der Bewegungen und der andere Exzenter (20) durch den ersten Exzenter (20) über ein Kupplungsschwingarm (21) angetrieben wird.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Exzentersystem aus mindestens einem zwischen der Abstützung der Kokille (1) und dem Gestell (3) der Anordnung montierten Exzenter (30) besteht, wobei die Abstützung der Kokille (1) über an einer an dem Gestell (3) der Anordnung befestigte Abstützung (32) angelenkte Traghebel (31) abgestützt ist, und der Antrieb des Exzenters (30) über den Motor (4) mit der Übertragungseinrichtung (5) der Bewegungen erfolgt.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Exzentersystem aus mindestens einem zwischen der Abstützung der Kokille (1) und dem Gestell (3) der Anordnung montierten Exzenter (40) besteht, wobei die Abstützung der Kokille (1) über an einer an dem Gestell (3) befestigte Abstützung (42) angelenkte Traghebel (41) montiert ist, und der Exzenter (40) an dem Steuerarm (43) eines der Traghebel (41) angeschlossen ist und über den Motor (4) mit der Übertragungseinrichtung (5) der Bewegungen angetrieben wird, und wobei sich der Steuerarm (43) in bezug auf seine Anlenkung (44) an der am Gestell (3) befestigten Abstützung (42) auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite dieses Traghebels (41) befindet.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Exzentersystem aus mindestens einem zwischen der Abstützung (2) der Kokille (1) und dem Gestell (3) der Anordnung montierten Exzenter (50) besteht, wobei die Abstützung (2) der Kokille (1) über an einer an dem Gestell (3) der Anordnung befestigten Abstützung (52) angelenkte Traghebel (51) montiert ist, und wobei diese Abstützung (52) zweiteiig ist, mit einem an dem Gestell (3) befestigten Teil (53) und einem beweglichen Teil (54), das zum feststehenden Teil (53) über ein Betätigungszylinder angelenkt ist, wobei die Traghebel (51) an dem beweglichen Teil (54) angelenkt sind, wobei der Exzenter (50) zwischen dem Steuerarm (56) von einem der Traghebel (51) und einer an dem Gestell (3) befestigten Fussplatte montiert ist, wobei der Steuerarm (52) zu seinem Gelenk (57) an dem beweglichen Teil (54) der Abstützung (52) auf der anderen Seite dieses Traghebels (51) angeordnet ist, wobei der Exzenter (50) über den Motor (4) mit der Übertragungseinrichtung (5) der Bewegungen angetrieben wird.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das System zur Erzeugung der Wechselbewegungen mindestens eine hydraulische Betätigungsvorrichtung (4) aufweist, dem Versorgungsmittel (76) zur Bestimmung einer Wechselbewegung der Betätigungsvorrichtung (4) gemäss einem periodischen Gesetz zugeordnet sind, und dass das Mittel (75) der Geschwindigkeitsänderung die Versorgung (76) der hydraulischen Betätigungsvorrichtung anhand von einem durch ein Modell (MM) (7) oder Tabellen (71) bestimmten Zusatzgesetz steuert, sodass das periodische Gesetz der Betätigungsvorrichtung (4) den momentanen Giessbedingungen angepasst wird.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie automatisch betrieben wird und Mittel (CM) zur vorübergehenden Übernahme der Handsteuerung und Mittel (V) zur endgültigen Bestätigung der von Hand durchgeführten Korrekturen umfasst.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie in einer geschlossenen Schleife betrieben wird und Mittel (SAD) zur Selbstüberwachung anhand von in situ durchgeführten Messungen aufweist.
- Steuerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Modell oder Tabellen (MM) zur Ausarbeitung von Sollwerten entsprechend den Giessbedingungen zwecks Erzielung einer optimale Qualität, ein Stellungsgeber (CP), der ein Messignal (MP) der momentanen Kokillenlage erarbeitet, ein Sollwert-Korrekturglied (CC), dem an seinen verschiedenen Eingängen die von dem Modell (MM) erarbeiteten Sollwerte, die Lagemessung (MP) und das Erzeugnis und die die gesamte Maschine betreffenden Sollwerte oder Informationen (ID) zugeführt werden, und ein geregeltes Steuerungsglied (SP) des Mittels zur Geschwindigkeitsänderung anhand eines durch das Sollwert-Korrekturglied (CC) zu jedem Zeitpunkt ausgearbeiteten Stellungssollwertes (P) aufweist.
- Verfahren zur Leitung einer Steuerungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem Sollwert-Korrekturglied (CC) Informationen bzw. manuelle Sollwerte (CM) zugeführt werden, die über die Sollwerte oder Informationen (ID) Priorität haben und letztere neutralisieren.
- Leitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Einheit für manuelle Korrekturen (CM) an die Regelsteuerung (SP) derart angeschlossen ist, dass sie auf diese Regelsteuerung (SP) einwirkt mit einer Priorität über die durch das Sollwert-Korrekturglied (CC) erzeugten Stellungssollwerte (P), welche durch diese Einheit neutralisiert werden.
- Leitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tabellen oder das Modell (MM) durch ein Selbstadaptersystem (SAD) verwaltet werden, dem zur Berücksichtigung des effektiv Realisierten und zur Anpassung der Werte der Tabellen oder des Modells (MM) unter Zuführung neuer Sollwerte an letztere die gemessene Lage (MP) der Kokille dauernd zugeführt wird.
- Leitungsverfahren nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Selbstadaptersystem (SAD) ein automatisches Sofortvalidierungssystem (V) umfasst, das vom Bediener beliebig unterbrochen bzw. aufgeschoben werden kann.
- Verfahren nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 18 und 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Dialogverbindung (D) zwischen Mensch und Maschine organisiert, d.h. dass eine Verbindung zwischen dem Selbstadaptersystem (SAD) und den Tabellen oder dem Modell (MM) aufgebaut wird, sodass die notwendigen Informationen erfasst und die ausgewählten Anpassungen den Tabellen oder dem Modell (MM) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren zur Steuerung der Schwingungen einer Kokille in einer Metall-Stranggiessanlage, bestehend aus einer auf einer Abstützung (2) montierten Kokille (1), Haltemittel der Kokille (1) in einer im wesentlichen senkrechten Bahn und einem System zur Erzeugung einer abwechselnden Schwingungsbewegung der Kokille gemäss dieser Bahn, das eine Betätigungsvorrichtung (5), ein Glied (4) zur Steuerung einer periodischen Bewegung der Steuerungsvorrichtung gemäss einem Bewegungsgesetz und Mittel (10, 20) zur Umwandlung der periodischen Bewegung der Steuerungsvorrichtüng (5) in eine Hin- und Herbewegung der Kokille (1) aufweist, wobei das Bewegungsgesetz des Gerätes so festgelegt ist, dass die Werte mindestens einiger Bewegungsparameter der Kokille (1) wie die Schwingungsamplitude, die Frequenz und die Änderung der Bewegungsgeschwindigkeiten der Kokille nach oben bzw. nach unten in dem jeweiligen Zyklus bestimmt wird, wobei die Steuerungsvorrichtung (5) und deren Steuerglied (4) für ein vorab festgelegtes primäres Geschwindigkeitsgesetz eingestellt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die momentane Bewegungsgeschwindigkeit (V) der Kokille (1) entsprechend den Giessbedingungen zu dem betreffenden Zeitpunkt des jeweiligen Zyklus dauernd so korrigiert werden, dass ein optimales Bewegungsgesetz der Kokille zu dem Zeitpunkt festgelegt wird, in dem die relativen Aufstieg- (TP) und Absenkzeiten (TSN) der Kokille (1) in bezug auf das Erzeugnis entsprechend der zu erzielenden Produktqualität angepasst werden.
- Steuerungsverfahren nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dem durch das Steuerglied (4) bestimmte primäre Bewegunggesetz ein anhand eines Modells oder Tabellen (MM) durch ein System zur Bewegungserzeugung definiertes zusätzliches Bewegungsgesetz unter Berücksichtigung der zu dem betreffenden Zeitpunkt geltenden Giessbedingungen hinzugefügt wird.
- Steuerungsverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 21 und 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Zusatzgesetz im Giessvorgang zur Korrektur der Wirkung mindestens einer der Parameter weiterentwickelt wird, welche die Oberflächenqualität des Giessproduktes zur Erzielung einer optimalen Qualität ändern können.
