Claims (10)

1. Zuführungseinrichtung für eine Maschine (2) zur Bearbeitung einer Materialbahn (1) im Stillstand, insbesondere für eine Blattschneidepresse, bei welcher die Bahn vor der Maschine kontinuierlich angeliefert wird und durch ein sich berührendes Zugwalzen- (3) und Gegenwalzen- (4) Paar mit horizontalen und transversalen Achsen hindurchläuft, welche mit konstanter Umfangsgeschwindigkeit rotierend angetrieben werden, mit einer schwingenden walze (7), die in Laufrichtung der Bahn (1) hinter der Zugwalze (3) angeordnet und drehbar in einer Halterung (8, 9) gelagert ist, die um eine Achse schwingen kann, ferner mit einer Vorrichtung zum Erzeugen einer Schwingbewegung der Halterung (8, 9) und der walze (7), die sie trägt, mit einer Vorrichtung (37, 38), um die Bahn (1) gespannt zu halten am Einlaß der Maschine (2), und mit einer Vorrichtung zum zyklischen Steuern der Schwingbewegung der Halterung (8, 9) und der schwingenden walze (7) derart, daß die Länge des Abschnittes der Bahn (1) zwischen der Zugwalze (3) und der Maschine (2) verlängert oder verkürzt wird, um die gewünschten Bedingungen für die Zuführung der Bahn in die Maschine einschließlich insbesondere einer Phase des Stillstandes in der Maschine zu schaffen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die schwingende walze (7) in der Nähe der Zugwalze (3) angeordnet ist, daß die Halterung (8, 9) der schwingenden walze (7) um die Achse der Zugwalze (3) schwingen kann, und daß die schwingende walze (7) für eine Rotation um sich selbst von der Zugwalze (3) über einen Getriebemechanismus (5, 6) derart angetrieben wird, daß die Geschwindigkeit des Umfanges der schwingenden walze (7) gleich der der Materialbahn (1) ist, die einen Teil des Umfanges der schwingenden walze (7) umschlingt und ständig ohne zu gleiten in Berührung mit der Oberfläche der schwingenden walze (7) steht.
2. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugwalze (3), die unter der Bahn (1) angeordnet ist, mit einem koaxialen Zahnrad (5) verbunden ist, das im Eingriff mit einem koaxialen, mit der sich oberhalb der Bahn befindenden schwingenden walze (7) verbundenden Zahnrad (6) steht, und daß das Verhältnis der Teilkreisdurchmesser der Zahnräder (5, 6) gleich dem Verhältnis der Durchmesser der walzen (3, 7) ist, mit denen sie verbunden sind, so daß die beiden walzen (3, 7) mit entgegengesetztem Drehsinn und gleicher Umfangsgeschwindigkeit rotierend angetrieben werden.
3. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugwalze (3), die über der Bahn (1) angeordnet ist, mit der gleichfalls über der Bahn (1) angeordneten schwingenden walze (7) über einen Getriebemechanismus (41) gekoppelt ist, der einen Antrieb der schwingenden walze (7) in gleichem Sinne und mit der gleichen Umfangsgeschwindigkeit wie die Zugwalze (3) gewährleistet.

Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Halterung der schwingenden walze (7) mindestens einen Arm (8) enthält, der mit einer horizontalen und transversalen Hohlwelle (9) verbunden ist, welche ihrerseits koaxial durch die Zugwalze (3) geht, daß die Zugwalze (3) durch wälzlager (11) drehbar auf der Hohlwelle (9) gelagert ist und daß die Hohlwelle (9) ihrerseits über wälzlager (13) schwenkbar in Ständern eines Gestelles (12) gelagert ist.

Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hohlwelle (9) an ihrem einen Ende mit einem radialen Hebel (14) verstellbarer Länge verbunden ist, der an seinem Ende ein Gleitstück (17) trägt, das am Ende einer Pleuelstange (27) angelenkt ist, welche zu einer alternierenden Bewegung veranlaßt wird.
6. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Hebel (14) in einer in Längsrichtung verstellbaren Position eine radiale Kulisse (15) durch Schrauben (16) befestigt ist; daß am Ende dieser Kulisse (15) das Gleitstück (17) angeordnet ist, welches radial verlagert werden kann und mit dem unteren Ende einer Gewindestange (19) verbunden ist, die längs der Kulisse (15) sowie des Hebels (14) verläuft und in der Nähe der Schwingungsachse dieses Hebels (14) von einer Mutter (21) aufgenommen wird, welche mit einem koaxialen Zahnrad (22) verbunden ist, das über einen Zahnriemen (23), der sich durch die Hohlwelle (9) hindurch erstreckt, mit einem anderen, angetriebenen Zahnrad (24) gekoppelt ist, das sich auf der anderen Seite des Rahmens der Einrichtung befindet und das rotierend antreibbar ist.
7. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das angetriebene Zahnrad (24) mit der welle eines Servomotors (37) eines Servomechanismus (38, 39) einer Größe, die etwa der Spannung der Bahn entspricht, angekoppelt ist.
8. Einrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitstück (17) mit einer horizontalen und transversalen Achse (25) verbunden ist, an der das Ende der Pleuelstange (27) über wälzlager (26) angelenkt ist.
9. Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das andere Ende der Pleuelstange (27) an einer Kurbel (28) angelenkt ist, die seinerseits um eine Achse (29) schwenkbar an einer Trommel (31) gelagert ist, welche sich um eine horizontale und transversale Achse (32) dreht; daß die Kurbel (29) an ihrem freien Ende zwei Steuerrollen (33, 34) trägt, die jeweils auf zwei verschiedenen transversalen Flächen an der Innenseite eines festen Steuernockens (35) bzw. an der Außenseite eines festen Gegennockens (36) laufen.

Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorrichtung (37, 38), die die Spannung der Bahn (1) am Einlaß der Maschine (2) aufrecht hält, eine Saugwalze (37), welche dauernd mit einer Umfangsgeschwindigkeit (vt), die größer als die Geschwindigkeit (v) der Bahn ist, läuft und einen Saugkasten (38) in der Saugwalze (37) enthält, der mit einer Vakuumquelle verbunden ist und in Berührung mit einem Teil der Innenfläche der walze (37), deren Mantel von Löchern (39) durchsetzt ist, steht und daß die Position des Saugkastens (38) und seine Ausdehnung in Drehrichtung der Saugwalze (37) dem Berührungsbereich zwischen der Bahn und der Umfangsfläche des Saugwalze (37) entsprechen.
