Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Einwirkung auf Bogen in einem Bogenausleger einer Druckmaschine, in der Bogen wahlweise einseitig oder beidseitig bedruckt werden können, wobei ein Bogenglätter zur Entrollung der Bogen bei einseitigem Druck und eine Leitvorrichtung zur berührungsfreien Führung der Bogen bei beidseitigem Druck vorgesehen sind.The invention relates to a device for acting on sheets in a sheet delivery of a printing press, in which sheets can be printed either on one side or on both sides, a sheet straightener for unrolling the sheets when printing on one side and a guide device for contact-free guidance of the sheets when printing on both sides are provided.
Bei einer aus der DD-225 409 A1 bekannten Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art ist der Bogenglätter an einem Hebel befestigt, der schwenkbar am Maschinengestell gelagert ist und über ein eine Kurve, eine Antriebsschwinge und eine Koppel umfassendes Getriebe mit einem Leitelement verbunden ist. Das Leitelement ist verschiebbar an einer Gradführung gelagert und läßt sich mit Hilfe des Getriebes im Schön- und Widerdruck in den im Schöndruck vom Bogenglätter eingenommenen Raum bewegen, wobei gleichzeitig der Bogenglätter unter die Bogenlaufbahn geschwenkt wird. Auf diese Weise wird im beidseitigen Druck ein Abschmieren der Farbe beim Transport der Bogen zum Auslegerstapel vermieden. Aus der DD 22 5411 A1 ist eine weitere Vorrichtung der eingangs genannten Art bekannt, bei der der Bogenglätter und das Leitelement zu einem Bauteil miteinander verbunden sind, das um eine zur Bogenlaufbahn parallele Achse drehbar im Maschinengestell gelagert ist. Der Bogenglätter und das Leitelement befinden sich auf entgegengesetzten Längsseiten des Bauteils und können durch eine Drehung des Bauteils um 180° jeweils in den Wirkungsbereich der Bogenlaufbahn geschwenkt werden. Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung ist ein aufwendiges Getriebe zur Koordinierung der Bewegung von Bogenglätter und Leitelement nicht erforderlich. Der Bogenglätter ist ortsfest eingebaut und benötigt daher keine bewegliche Lagerung und keine beweglichen Anschlüsse für die Zuführung von Saug- und gegebenenfalls Blasluft. Die Bewegbarkeit des plattenförmigen Leitelements läßt sich mit einfachen baulichen Maßnahmen erreichen. So kann nach einem Vorschlag der Erfindung vorgesehen sein, daß die Platte an einem dem Bogenglätter benachbarten Abschnitt der Leitvorrichtung befestigt ist, wobei dieser Abschnitt in einer Gradführung längs der Führungsbahn der Leitvorrichtung bewegbar ist. Gemäß einer anderen Ausgestaltung der Erfindung kann die Platte um eine zum Bogenglätter parallele Achse schwenkbar am Maschinengestell gelagert sein, wobei die beiderseits des Bogenglätters liegenden Abschnitte der Leitvorrichtung ebenfalls ortsfest am Maschinengestell befestigt sein können. In beiden Fällen läßt sich das plattenförmige Leitelement mit einfachen Antriebsmitteln in die jeweils gewünschte Betriebsstellung bewegen.In the device according to the invention, a complex gear mechanism for coordinating the movement of the sheet straightener and guide element is not required. Eine weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Abdeckplatte an den Luftspalt des Bogenglätters anschließbare Öffnungen hat und der Bogenglätter im Schön- und Widerdruck an eine Blasluftzufuhr anschließbar ist.
