Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Hydraulikhammer mit einer Bedüsungsanordnung, bestehend aus mehreren, um die Achse des Hammers angeordneten Sprühdüsen, und ggf. einem den Hammer umgebenden Gehäuse.
Beim Einsatz von Hydraulikhämmern unter Tage und beim Tunnelbau wird der beim Schlagen von Gestein anfallende Staub durch eine Wasserbedüsung gebunden.
Bei einer zum Einsatz gelangten fahrbaren Schlagkopfmaschine ist der Hydraulikhammer in Längsrichtung mit einem mantelförmigen Schlagschutzgehäuse umgeben, an dessen vorderem Stirnende eine ringförmig ausgebildete Bedüsungsanordnung mit mehreren Spritzdüsen befestigt ist.
Bei einer anderen bekannten Ausführung ist die kreisringförmig ausgebildete Bedüsungsanordnung an der Stirnseite des Hydraulikhammers konzentrisch zur Meißelaufnahme angeordnet.
In beiden Fällen sind die Düsenanordnungen stirnseitig am Hydraulikhammer bzw. an dem diesen umgebenden Gehäuse angebracht. Der relativ geringe Abstand zum Einwirkungsort des Schlagmeißels hat eine Reihe von Nachteilen zur Folge. So erfaßt der von der Düsenanordnung insgesamt erzeugte Sprühkegel nur eine bestimmte Fläche an der Oberfläche des zu zerstörenden Gesteins. Durch die Schlagenergie des Hammers gelöste Teilchen mit hoher Bewegungsenergie durchdringen den Sprühkegel nach außen und entziehen sich somit der Staubbindung. Unabhängig davon treffen derartige Teilchen auch auf die relativ nahe Düsenanlage und führen dort zu Verstopfungen und Beschädigungen. Der Austausch eines Hydraulikhammers mit nicht mehr einwandfrei arbeitender Bedüsungsanordnung führt aber zur Unterbrechung des Betriebes.
Aus der BE-A-484 958 ist ein Pneumatikhammer gemäß dem Oberbegriff des unabhängigen Anspruchs 1 bekannt, der mit einer mit dem Handgriff verbundenen Bedüsungseinrichtung versehen ist, die drei Wasserauslaßöffnungen aufweist, deren Achse wiederum parallel zu der Hammerachse ausgerichtet ist. Ein den Wasserauslaßöffnungen vorgeschalteter, um die Hammerachse drehbarer Ring weist abwechselnd auf seinem Umgang angeordnete Durchlaßöffnungen, die das aus den Austrittsöffnungen austretende Sprühwasser bei entsprechender Winkelstellung des Ringes axial passieren lassen, und hohle Vorbauten auf, die das Sprühwasser bei entsprechend anderer Winkelstellung des Ringes seitlich, d. h. von der Hammerachse weg, ablenken. Bei diesem Hammer sind die Wasseraustrittsöffnungen durch ihre Entfernung von der Meißelspitze zwar vor Steinschlag verhältnismäßig sicher, der insgesamt erzeugte Sprühkegel ist aber - bei konstanter Meißellänge - unveränderlich.
Aus der DE-A-40 20 773 ist ein Bohr- und Meißelhammer bekannt, bei dem die Mündung einer einzelnen, axial verschiebbaren Düse auf die Meißelspitze gerichtet ist, um entstehenden Steinstaub zu binden und die Lebensdauer der Meißelspitze durch Kühlen zu verlängern. Eine Veränderung des Kegelvolumens oder "Grundfläche" des Sprühkegels ist bei dieser Zielsetzung nicht vorgesehen.
Die WO 93/22106 offenbart schließlich einen Hydaulikhammer, dessen Zylinderwandung durch weitere Wandungen umgeben ist, wobei der Hohlraum zwischen der Zylinderwandung und den weiteren Wandungen durch ein schalldämpfendes Material ausgefüllt ist. Die weitere Wandung ist aber einstückig mit der zylindrischen Wandung verbunden. Ein separates Gehäuse ist bei diesem bekannten Hydraulikhammer also nicht vorhanden, so daß durch den Körperschall nur eine unzureichende Schallminderung erreicht wird.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, die genannten Nachteile zu vermeiden, zumindest aber deutlich zu verringern und - positiv ausgedrückt - die Betriebssicherheit eines Hydraulikhammers mit Wasserbedüsung zu erhöhen und die Arbeitsverhältnisse, z. B. durch geringere Staubbildung, zu verbessern.
Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß die Bedüsungsanordnung von einer von der Stirnseite des Hammers bzw. des ihn umgebenden Gehäuses weg in die rückwärtige Richtung versetzte Position bis zum rückwärtigen Ende des Hydraulikhammers bzw. des diesen ggf. umgebenden Gehäuses entlang der Seitenwände des Hydraulikhammers bzw. des ihn ggf. umgebenden Gehäuses verschiebbar angeordnet ist. Durch die Möglichkeit des "Zurück-Versetzens" ist zwischen dem Einwirkungsort der Meißelspitze und der Bedüsungsanordnung ein Abstand vorhanden, der größer ist als der Abstand von der Stirnseite bis zur Meißelspitze. Da die Bewegungsenergie eines Teilchens mit der Entfernung abnimmt, ist die Gefahr einer Beschädigung der Düsen der Bedüsungsanordnung gegenüber Hämmern, bei denen die Bedüsungsanordnung nahe an der Meißelspitze angeordnet ist, deutlich gesenkt.
Bei gleichem Kegelwinkel vergrößert sich durch das Zurückversetzen außerdem die "Grundfläche" des Sprühkegels und das Kegelvolumen. Es werden somit einerseits durch die größere Grundfläche mehr zu einer Staubbildung neigende Teilchen erfaßt und zum anderen verbleiben mehr Teilchen innerhalb des (größeren) Sprühkegels. Es wird somit der Anteil der durch Wasserbedüsung gebundenen Teilchen vergrößert und die Staubbildung entsprechend gesenkt. Durch die Verschiebbarkeit der Bedüsungsanordnung entlang der Seitenwände des Hydraulikhammers bzw. des ihn ggf. umgebenden Gehäuses in Richtung der Hauptachse des Hydraulikhammers läßt sich das Volumen des von den einzelnen Sprühdüsen erzeugten gesamten Sprühkegels und dessen Grundfläche variieren und den jeweiligen Betriebsverhältnissen entsprechend anpassen, wobei das größtmögliche Sprühkegelvolumen erreicht wird, wenn die Bedüsungsanordnung am rückwärtigen Ende des Hydraulikhammers bzw. des diesen ggf. umgebenden Gehäuses plaziert ist.
Um die Belästigung des Bedienungspersonals auch akustisch möglichst klein zu halten, wird nach einer weiteren Weiterbildung der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, das den Hydraulikhammer ggf. umgebende Gehäuse als geschlossene Schalldämmbox auszubilden.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Gegenstandes der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher erläutert. Es zeigen

Ein Hydraulikhammer 1 gemäß Fig.1 ist von einer Schalldämmbox 2 allseitig umgeben. Am vorderen Ende des Hydaulikhammers 1 ist ein Spitzmeißel 3 eingesteckt. Am rückwärtigen, dem Meißel 3 entgegengesetzten Ende ist der Hammer 1 mit der Schalldämmbox 2 über eine Platte 4 an einer Halteanordnung befestigt. Die Halterung 5 dient wiederum zur Befestigung des Hydraulikhammers an einem (nicht dargestellten) Trägerfahrzeug.
Die Platte 4 bildet zusammen mit den Sprühdüsen 9 eine Bedüsungsanordnung 10.
In Fig. 2 stellen die gestrichelten Linien 11 die Mantellinien des von einer einzelnen Sprühdüse 9 erzeugten Sprühkegels 12 dar. In Fig. 1 stellen die gestrichelten Linien 13 die äußeren Mantellinien des von allen Sprühdüsen 9 insgesamt erzeugten Sprühkegels 14 dar.
Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung gemäß den Fig. 2 und 3 sind an den Außenflächen der den Hydraulikhammer 1' einschließenden Schalldämmbox 2' parallel zur Hauptlängsrichtung Leisten 15 mit Löchern 16 angebracht. Die Bedüsungsanordnung 10' ist, der Außenkontur der Schalldämmbox 2' angepaßt, U-förmig ausgebildet. Sie weist für jede Leiste 15 eine Ausnehmung 17 auf. Zur Befestigung der Bedüsungsanordnung 10' ist diese mit Winkellaschen 18 mit Löchern 19 versehen. Wenn die Löcher 19 mit den Löchern 16 der Leisten 15 deckungsgleich sind, kann die Bedüsungsanordnung 10' z. B. mit Bolzen 20 befestigt werden.
Die Bedüsungsanordnung 10' weist an einer Ecke einen zentralen Wasseranschluß 6' auf, von dem Kanäle oder Bohrungen 21, 22, 23 zu den verschiedenen Sprühdüsen 9 führen. Wie aus Fig. 2 ohne weiteres ersichtlich ist, kann die von dem gesamten Sprühkegel 14 erfaßte Grundfläche 24 durch Verschieben der Bedüsungsanordnung 10' entlang der Schalldämmbox 2' in ihrer Größe verändert werden.

Claims (2)

  1. Hydraulikhammer (1') mit einer Bedüsungsanordnung (10'), bestehend aus mehreren, um die Achse des Hammers (1') angeordneten Sprühdüsen (9), und ggf. einem den Hammer umgebenden Gehäuse (2'),
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Bedüsungsanordnung (10') von einer von der Stirnseite des Hammers (1') bzw. des ihn umgebenden Gehäuses (2') weg in die rückwärtige Richtung versetzte Position bis zum rückwärtigen Ende des Hydraulikhammers (1') bzw. des diesen ggf. umgebenden Gehäuses (2') entlang der Seitenwände des Hydraulikhammers (1') bzw. des ihn ggf. umgebenden Gehäuses (2') verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
  2. Hydraulikhammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den Hydraulikhammer (1') ggf. umgebende Gehäuse (2') als geschlossene Schalldämmbox ausgebildet ist.
