Definitions
- the invention relates to a construction hoist of the type specified in claim 1, which is specified in DE-AS 1 082 021.
- the generic document discloses a construction elevator with a load carrier designed as a conveyor shell, which is arranged to be horizontally displaceable on a boom that can be moved vertically along the elevator mast.
- This known construction hoist is in principle suitable for bringing loads to different building or scaffolding days, and also directly because of the horizontal movement of the conveying tray onto the respective floor itself.
- a disadvantage of this construction hoist is, on the one hand, that it is due to its design alone due to safety regulations is not suitable as a passenger elevator and that it also requires a relatively large amount of space, since a horizontally wide cantilever is required, along which the conveyor bowl can be moved horizontally.
- the landing gear there can also be designed differently, namely in such a way that the boom does not lie above the conveyor bowl there, but is located below it.
- this does not change the considerable space requirement of the boom, which is particularly annoying when moving up and down vertically, because, in order to ensure trouble-free up and down movement, the mast of the construction hoist there is arranged at a considerable horizontal distance from the scaffolding or the building must, which complicates the safe anchoring of the construction elevator on the scaffolding or building.
- Such construction lifts are used primarily as rack or rope lifts on construction sites in order to transport people and material on different levels.
- These lifts essentially have an elevator mast, which is composed of individual mast elements for the purpose of simple assembly and height adjustment to the respective application, and an elevator car that can be moved up and down on the mast.
- This elevator car can be a passenger car or a load platform or the like.
- the elevator mast is anchored at statically required distances to the scaffolding or the building.
- Construction lifts are also known, the elevator cars of which move up and down at a distance of a few centimeters in front of the scaffolding or the building.
- Considerations are a prerequisite for such a construction elevator that all levels of a scaffold in the travel area of the construction elevator must be secured in full by gates in order to rule out accidents caused by the passing elevator car.
- Such security gates are very complex and expensive, since they have to extend over the entire height of a scaffolding day or a window or door opening in the building and are to be designed by an electrical or mechanical locking device such that a gate can only be opened when it is open the elevator car is located exactly in front of the respective floor.
- the entire travel path of the elevator car must be secured against the scaffolding or the building, which requires, for example, a securing of 20 scaffolding days in a 40 m high building.
- construction lifts have already become known, which are set up with a safety distance of, for example, 0.5 m in front of the scaffolding or the building.
- a safety distance of, for example, 0.5 m in front of the scaffolding or the building.
- an approx. 1 m high railing, as is usual with every scaffolding, or a simple gate at the same height is then sufficient in the individual scaffolding days.
- the problem with these construction elevators is that this safety distance must be bridged between the elevator car and the scaffolding or the building in order to be able to enter or load and unload the car.
- the elevator cars of such construction lifts are provided with an attached ramp which can be folded out or locked with the aid of ropes or chains.
- the object of the invention is to further develop a generic construction elevator in such a way that it enables trouble-free getting in and out even at great heights without expensive securing devices above the scaffolding or building height, and is also designed to be as space-saving and compact as possible and thus easy and safe to install .
- the load carrier is not designed as a conveyor bowl, but as an elevator car, in which can only be entered or exited when the cabin is in its horizontal end position, so that hazards for the operating personnel when entering and Get out or be reliably avoided during loading and unloading, without the need for expensive securing devices on the scaffolding itself.
- the entire construction of the construction hoist itself is stable and safe, since the elevator mast can be set up close to the building or scaffolding and correspondingly easily anchored to it, because the vertically movable elevator car does not require a boom that can be moved vertically on the mast, but only a small carriage against which the elevator car itself can be moved horizontally with its rail-like guidance.
- the elevator car comes in and out, there are no parts that protrude horizontally in the direction of the scaffolding over the car, the car itself is located closest to the scaffolding or the front of the building.
- Limit switches are preferably provided on both sides to limit the horizontal movement, the positioning of which can advantageously be adapted to the respective application.
- a particularly simple and advantageous design is characterized in that the elevator car is connected to the carriage by means of a running rail and rollers.
- other connections can also be provided here, so sliding guides can be provided, an electromechanical, hydraulic or any other known solution for horizontal travel can be selected. It does not matter whether the rolling or sliding elements are attached to the side or below the cabin.
- an adjustment device is provided for the horizontal movement of the elevator car, which can be designed, for example, as an electrical adjustment device with a spindle.
- a toothed rack, a hydraulic or pneumatic connection or another suitable connection can also be provided.
- a construction elevator according to the invention initially has an elevator mast 1 which, in order to adapt to different building or scaffold heights and to make it easier to transport, consists of a plurality of sections which can be connected to one another.
- This elevator mast 1 is connected at statically required intervals by anchoring pipes 2 to a scaffold 3 or a building 4.
- the elevator mast 1 is equipped with a rack 5 over its entire length.
- the construction elevator also has a carriage 6 which can be moved vertically upwards and downwards along the rack 5 of the elevator mast 1 and is preferably provided with rollers.
- This carriage 6 is equipped with a geared motor 7 which can drive gears, not shown, which engage in the rack 5 of the elevator mast 1. As a result, the carriage 6 can be moved in the vertical direction along the elevator mast 1.
- An elevator car 10 of the construction elevator is connected to the carriage 6 horizontally displaceably via a running rail 8 and running rollers 9.
- the horizontal displacement takes place, for example, by means of an electrical adjusting device 11 with a spindle 12, as can best be seen in FIG. 4.
- the horizontal displacement between the elevator car 10 and the carriage 6 can of course also take place in another way, for example via a rack, hydraulically, pneumatically or in any other suitable manner.
- the horizontal travel of the elevator car 10 is released.
- a suitable push button (not shown)
- the elevator car 10 is moved towards the scaffolding 3 or building 4 or moved away from the scaffolding 3 or building 4.
- the horizontal travel path of the elevator car 10 in the direction of the scaffolding 3 or the building 4 is preferably limited by a limit switch 13, which ensures the exact distance to the scaffolding 3 or building 4, for example by means of a plunger.
- a second limit switch, not shown, at the other end of the travel path fixes the other end position of the elevator car 10 and only gives after actuation, ie positioning the elevator car 10 in the position in which it is at a sufficient distance from the scaffold 3 or building 4, the up and down travel of the carriage 6 and thus the elevator car 10 freely.
- the elevator car 10 is provided with a car gate 14 at its front end facing the scaffolding 3 or the building 4 and likewise each scaffolding level or each building level has a preferably electrically and mechanically lockable gate 15.
- the control is such that the car door 14 can only be opened when the elevator car 10 is directly in front of the scaffolding 3 or building 4, which can be implemented in a simple manner by the limit switch 13. Only then can the electrically and mechanically locked gate on scaffold 3 or building 4 be opened.
- the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment. Further configurations are possible without leaving the basic idea.
- the electrical adjusting device 11 for the horizontal displacement of the elevator car 10 relative to the carriage 6 can also be replaced by another displacement device, the rolling or displacement elements between the elevator car 10 and the carriage 6 can be attached to the side or below the elevator car 10 and the like.
- the elevator car 10 is automatically designed to be horizontally movable towards the scaffolding 3 after reaching a vertical rest position of the carriage 6, that is, when the carriage 6 has reached a scaffolding day and on this floor a certain time Remaining rest position, the elevator car 10 is automatically moved horizontally towards the scaffold 3 without an additional switch having to be actuated by the operating personnel.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a construction hoist of the type specified in claim 1, which is specified in DE-AS 1 082 021.
The generic document discloses a construction elevator with a load carrier designed as a conveyor shell, which is arranged to be horizontally displaceable on a boom that can be moved vertically along the elevator mast. This known construction hoist is in principle suitable for bringing loads to different building or scaffolding days, and also directly because of the horizontal movement of the conveying tray onto the respective floor itself. A disadvantage of this construction hoist is, on the one hand, that it is due to its design alone due to safety regulations is not suitable as a passenger elevator and that it also requires a relatively large amount of space, since a horizontally wide cantilever is required, along which the conveyor bowl can be moved horizontally.
It is stated in this document that the landing gear there can also be designed differently, namely in such a way that the boom does not lie above the conveyor bowl there, but is located below it. However, this does not change the considerable space requirement of the boom, which is particularly annoying when moving up and down vertically, because, in order to ensure trouble-free up and down movement, the mast of the construction hoist there is arranged at a considerable horizontal distance from the scaffolding or the building must, which complicates the safe anchoring of the construction elevator on the scaffolding or building.
In general, it should also be noted that such construction lifts are used primarily as rack or rope lifts on construction sites in order to transport people and material on different levels. These lifts essentially have an elevator mast, which is composed of individual mast elements for the purpose of simple assembly and height adjustment to the respective application, and an elevator car that can be moved up and down on the mast. This elevator car can be a passenger car or a load platform or the like. The elevator mast is anchored at statically required distances to the scaffolding or the building.
Construction lifts are also known, the elevator cars of which move up and down at a distance of a few centimeters in front of the scaffolding or the building. For security reasons Considerations are a prerequisite for such a construction elevator that all levels of a scaffold in the travel area of the construction elevator must be secured in full by gates in order to rule out accidents caused by the passing elevator car. The same applies to all door and window openings if the construction elevator moves up and down directly in front of a house front. Such security gates, however, are very complex and expensive, since they have to extend over the entire height of a scaffolding day or a window or door opening in the building and are to be designed by an electrical or mechanical locking device such that a gate can only be opened when it is open the elevator car is located exactly in front of the respective floor. In addition, the entire travel path of the elevator car must be secured against the scaffolding or the building, which requires, for example, a securing of 20 scaffolding days in a 40 m high building.
In order to reduce this considerable effort in terms of material and labor costs, construction lifts have already become known, which are set up with a safety distance of, for example, 0.5 m in front of the scaffolding or the building. In this case, an approx. 1 m high railing, as is usual with every scaffolding, or a simple gate at the same height is then sufficient in the individual scaffolding days. The problem with these construction elevators, however, is that this safety distance must be bridged between the elevator car and the scaffolding or the building in order to be able to enter or load and unload the car. For this purpose, the elevator cars of such construction lifts are provided with an attached ramp which can be folded out or locked with the aid of ropes or chains. However, this is particularly cumbersome and dangerous if the ramp has to be opened or closed from the scaffolding or building, as is always the case with pure goods lifts. In addition, the sides of such a ramp must be secured at a corresponding height by railings. All of this is very complicated, time-consuming and, given the high altitudes, also dangerous.
With regard to the prior art, reference is also made to CH-C 67 303 and DE-A 289 747 A5.
The object of the invention is to further develop a generic construction elevator in such a way that it enables trouble-free getting in and out even at great heights without expensive securing devices above the scaffolding or building height, and is also designed to be as space-saving and compact as possible and thus easy and safe to install .
This object is achieved with a construction hoist with the features of the current claim 1. Unlike the generic state of the art, the load carrier is not designed as a conveyor bowl, but as an elevator car, in which can only be entered or exited when the cabin is in its horizontal end position, so that hazards for the operating personnel when entering and Get out or be reliably avoided during loading and unloading, without the need for expensive securing devices on the scaffolding itself. In addition, the entire construction of the construction hoist itself is stable and safe, since the elevator mast can be set up close to the building or scaffolding and correspondingly easily anchored to it, because the vertically movable elevator car does not require a boom that can be moved vertically on the mast, but only a small carriage against which the elevator car itself can be moved horizontally with its rail-like guidance. When the elevator car comes in and out, there are no parts that protrude horizontally in the direction of the scaffolding over the car, the car itself is located closest to the scaffolding or the front of the building.
Obviously, all of the disadvantages described above are eliminated in such a construction elevator according to the invention. It is not a complex protection of the entire scaffold or building height necessary, since the elevator car can be moved up and down at a sufficient safety distance. If the elevator car is at the desired floor height, the car can be moved horizontally to the scaffolding or building floor, so that no expensive ramps or the like are required, which would also have to be secured. Rather, after opening the car door and a security gate on the scaffolding or building, a completely safe inspection or unloading of the elevator car is guaranteed.
Further refinements of the invention result from the subclaims, it being particularly expedient to limit the horizontal movement of the elevator car relative to the travel carriage by means of limit switches in both directions. This ensures that even with improper handling, the elevator car cannot hit the scaffold or the front of the building during horizontal displacement or too far from the scaffold or the building in the direction of the lift mast.
Limit switches are preferably provided on both sides to limit the horizontal movement, the positioning of which can advantageously be adapted to the respective application.
A particularly simple and advantageous design is characterized in that the elevator car is connected to the carriage by means of a running rail and rollers. In principle, however, other connections can also be provided here, so sliding guides can be provided, an electromechanical, hydraulic or any other known solution for horizontal travel can be selected. It does not matter whether the rolling or sliding elements are attached to the side or below the cabin.
In a further advantageous embodiment, it is provided that an adjustment device is provided for the horizontal movement of the elevator car, which can be designed, for example, as an electrical adjustment device with a spindle. Alternatively, a toothed rack, a hydraulic or pneumatic connection or another suitable connection can also be provided.

A construction elevator according to the invention initially has an elevator mast 1 which, in order to adapt to different building or scaffold heights and to make it easier to transport, consists of a plurality of sections which can be connected to one another. This elevator mast 1 is connected at statically required intervals by anchoring
The construction elevator also has a
An
After a desired level of the
The
Of course, the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment. Further configurations are possible without leaving the basic idea. In particular, the
