Description
Damit der Stangen-Hülsen-Konstruktion eine gute Zentrierwirkung zukommt, muß der Abstand zwischen dem Innenmantel der Hülse und dem Außenmantel der Stange gering ausgebildet sein. Diese räumliche Nähe beider Teile kann aber dazu führen, daß bei Hubbewegungen des Schwingspulenträgers die jeweiligen Mantelflächen von Hülse und Stange in Berührung kommen. Derartige Berührungen beeinträchtigen den freien Hub des Schwingspulenträgers und führen zu Verzerrungen der Klangwiedergabe des Lautsprechers. In diesem Zusammenhang ist es besonders nachteilig, wenn sich im Spalt zwischen Stange und Hülse Schmutzpartikel absetzen, da diese Partikel ebenfalls die Reibung zwischen Hülse und Stange erhöhen.

Claims (4)
- Lautsprechermit einer Lautsprechermembran (10),mit einem Schwingspulenträger (11), der mit der Lautsprechermembran (10) verbunden ist, undmit einer Zentrieranordnung, welche eine Stange (17) umfaßt, auf welcher eine mit der Lautsprechermembran (10) oder dem Schwingspulenträger (11) verbundene Hülse (19) gegen die Wirkung einer Federanordnung (23) längs zur Lautsprecherachse (16) verschiebbar angeordnet ist,daß die Stange (17) und die Hülse (19) vollständig aus Magnetmaterial gebildet sind oder jeweils zumindest zwei Segmente (25) aus Magnetmaterial aufweisen, wobei letztere jeweils bezogen auf die Lautsprecherachse (16) sich einander radial gegenüberstehen und jedem Segment (25) der Stange (17) ein Segment der Hülse (19) gegenübersteht,daß das Magnetmaterial radial zur Lautsprecherachse (16) magnetisiert ist unddaß jeweils einander zugewandte Bereiche aus Magnetmaterial von Hülse (19) und Stange ((17) die gleiche Polung aufweisen.
- Lautsprecher nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Hülse (19) im Verbindungsbereich zwischen Schwingspulenträger (11) und Lautsprechermembran (10, 29) am Innenmantel (24') des Schwingspulenträgers (11) angesetzt ist, unddaß der Außenmantel (28) der Lautsprechermembran (10, 29) im Verbindungsbereich von Schwingspulenträger (11) und Lautsprechermembran (10, 29) von einem Klemmring (27) umgeben ist. - Lautsprecher nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Klemmring (27) zumindest gegenüber der Hülse (19) einen geringeren Wärmeausdehnungskoeffizienten hat. - Lautsprecher nach Anspruch 2 oder Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Hülse (19), der Schwingspulenträger (11), die Lautsprechermembran (10, 29) und der Klemmring (27) miteinander verklebt sind unddaß der Klebstoff so beschaffen ist, daß er die Verbindung zwischen diesen Teilen (19, 10, 11, 27) unterhalb der Betriebstemperatur des Systems sicherstellt.
