Claims (6)
- Clef munie d'un dispositif de télécommande adapté pour commander à distance l'ouverture et / ou la fermeture des portes d'un véhicule automobile, la dite clef (10) étant constituée d'un paneton (13) et de deux demi-coques (11a, 11b) adaptées pour loger entre elles un dispositif de commande à distance (12) et un joint d'étanchéité (19), le dit dispositif de commande étant du type comportant une pluralité de composants électroniques (14), une diode émettrice (15) et un interrupteur (16) actionné par un organe déformable (18) solidaire d'au moins une des demi-coques, la dite clef étant caractérisée en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (19) des demi coques et de la diode émettrice (15) et l'organe déformable (18) ne forment qu'une seule pièce et sont réalisés de manière monobloc.
- Clef selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'étanchéité (19a) de la diode (15) est réalisée sur toute sa périphérie.
- Clef selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le matériau utilisé pour la réalisation de l'organe déformable (18) et du joint d'étanchéité (19) est un élastomère.
- Clef selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élastomère est déposé par surmoulage.
- Clef selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'organe déformable (18) et le joint d'étanchéité (19) sont déposés dans une seule des demi-coques (11 a, 11b).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une clef selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte les étapes suivantes:moulage de chaque demi-coques (11a, 11b),surmoulage dans une seule des demi-coques d'un organe déformable (18) et d'un joint d'étanchéité (19) de manière solidaire et en un même matériau,mise en place du dispositif de commande (12) à l'intérieur de chaque demi-coque (11 a, 11 b),solidarisation des deux demi-coques (11a, 11b) entre elles et mise en place du paneton (13).
