Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines Produkts (12), das pulverig oder von flüssiger bis zähflüssiger Konsistenz ist, die eine Symmetrieachse (X-X) aufweist, einen Behälter (11; 3), der dieses Produkt enthält, eine Verschlußkappe (2), die vorgesehen ist, den Behälter (11; 3) zu verschließen, einen Auftragvorrichtungsträger (4), der fest mit der Verschlußkappe (2) verbunden ist und ein Auftragelement (5) trägt, das zur Entnahme des Produkts geeignet ist, einen Kolben (13), der geeignet ist, sich nur in der Richtung der Achse (X-X) zu bewegen und in dem Behälter (11; 3) zwischen dem Produkt und dem Auftragelement (5) angeordnet ist, wobei der Kolben mindestens eine Öffnung (14) für den Austritt des Produkts sowie elastische Vorrichtungen (17) aufweist, um bei geschlossener Position der Verschlußkappe den Auftragvorrichtungsträger (4) oder das Auftragelement (5) elastisch gegen den Kolben (13) zu drücken, damit das Auftragelement (5) durch eine bestimmte Entnahmefläche des Auftragelements (5) hindurch mit Produkt beladen werden kann, welche Fläche gegenüber der (oder den) Öffnung(en) (14) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Austritt des Produkts auf ein elastisches Drücken des Auftragvorrichtungsträgers (4) oder des Auftragelements (5) auf den Kolben (13) hin erfolgt, wobei das Auftragelement (5) und/oder der Auftragvorrichtungsträger (4) um die Entnahmefläche herum für Dichtigkeit sorgen, so daß kein Produkt unbeabsichtigt austreten kann.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie ferner einen Körper (3) umfaßt, der geeignet ist, an der Verschlußkappe (2) befestigt zu werden, wobei der Körper den Behälter (11) aufnimmt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (14) des Kolbens eine mikroporöse Zone oder ein Gitter aufweist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Vorrichtung (5) so vorgesehen ist, daß sie anliegt an:
    a) eine Innenwand der Verschlußkappe (2) und den Auftragvorrichtungsträger (4), oder
    b) einen Boden des Körpers (3) und einen Boden (18) des Behälters (11), oder
    c) eine Innenwand der Verschlußkappe (2) und an das Auftragelement (5).
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (14) in der Mitte oder an einer Seite des Kolbens vorgesehen ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung (14) des Kolbens (13) eine Breite von 0,2 bis 20 mm hat.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (13) einen Hohlraum (21) aufweist, der zu dem Auftragelement (5) hin weist, um einen Teil zu entnehmenden Produkts (12) zu lagern.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kolben (13) mindestens eine Leiste (15) aufweist, die an eine Innenwand des Behälters (11) anliegt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement (5) eine der Form des Hohlraums (21) angepaßte Form hat.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement (5) ein rundes, ovales, flaches und spitzes, quadratisches oder dreieckiges Ende hat.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragelement (5) aus einem Material gebildet wird, das ausgewählt ist aus: einem Block verformbaren Schaumstoffs, einem Block beflockten Schaumstoffs, einem feinen, elastischen Rohgummi, das einen Schaumstoff oder eine Feder enthält, einem Weichgummi mit Unebenheiten, einem Filz, einem Pinsel mit kurzen, harten Borsten, einer Mascarabürste.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auftragvorrichtungsträger (4) eine starre Haltehülse aufweist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt ein Pulver, eine Paste, eine Creme oder ein Gel ist.
  14. Vorrichtung zum Auftragen eines flüssigen, pastösen, cremigen, gelartigen oder pulverigen Schminkprodukts, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie aus einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13 besteht.
  15. Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14 zum Auftragen des in dem Behälter enthaltenen Produkts mit dem Auftragelement auf die Haut, die Wimpern oder die Schleimhäute.
