- la figure 9 est une vue de détail en coupe partielle illustrant la structure d'une poignée de manoeuvre et des cames associées, du mode de réalisation de la figure 8;
- la figure 10 est une vue de détail en perspective d'une partie de l'agencement de la figure 9; et
- les figures 11 à 22 sont des vues très schématiques illustrant un certain nombre d'applications mettant en oeuvre le dispositif de jonction étanche conforme à l'invention.
Claims (26)
- Dispositif de jonction étanche entre deux enceintes (14, 16) isolées d'un milieu extérieur et munies, chacune, d'une porte (22, 23) apte à obturer hermétiquement une ouverture de l'enceinte correspondante délimitée par une bride annulaire (18a, 20a), chaque porte étant définie avec une face interne (22a,23a) au contact de l'intérieur de l'enceinte et avec une face externe (22b, 23b) au contact dudit milieu extérieur et lesdites portes étant pourvues de moyens d'assemblage coopérants permettant de les appliquer l'une contre l'autre de façon hermétique afin d'isoler mutuellement leurs faces externes, caractérisé en ce que l'une (16) des deux enceintes étant du type à usage unique, elle comporte des moyens de verrouillage final et définitif (30) de sa propre porte, commandés par des premiers moyens d'actionnement (37, 39) installés sur l'autre enceinte.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de ladite enceinte à usage unique (16) est en matériau souple et rattachée à ladite bride annulaire rigide (20a) sur laquelle est montée la porte (23) correspondante.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de verrouillage final comportent au moins un agencement (30) comprenant un trou (32) traversant la bride de ladite enceinte à usage unique, un trou borgne (34) s'étendant dans l'épaisseur de la porte de cette enceinte dans le prolongement du trou de la bride et une goupille (36) ou analogue engagée dans ledit trou de la bride, en ce que cette goupille a une longueur supérieure à l'épaisseur de la bride et fait saillie à l'extérieur de celle-ci avant mise en oeuvre et en ce que lesdits premiers moyens d'actionnement comportent un élément à came pivotante (38) installé près du bord de l'ouverture de l'autre enceinte (14) et conformé et localisé pour coopérer avec ladite goupille.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite enceinte à usage unique comporte en outre des moyens de verrouillage initial (40) de sa propre porte, agencés pour être inhibés par des seconds moyens d'actionnement (48, 39) installés sur ladite autre enceinte.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de verrouillage initial comportent au moins un agencement (40) comprenant un trou (42) traversant la bride (20a) de ladite enceinte (16) à usage unique, un trou borgne (44) s'étendant dans l'épaisseur de la porte (23) de cette enceinte dans le prolongement du trou (42) de la bride et deux goupilles (46, 47) ou analogues, respectivement interne et externe, engagées l'une derrière l'autre dans ces deux trous (42,44), la goupille interne (46) étant engagée à la fois dans ladite bride (20a) et dans ladite porte (23) et la gougille externe (47) faisant saillie hors de ladite bride (20a) avant utilisation et en ce que lesdits seconds moyens d'actionnement comportent au moins un élément à came pivotante (38) installé sur le bord de l'ouverture (18) de l'autre enceinte (14) et conformé pour coopérer avec ladite goupille externe (47), les longueurs desdites goupilles étant telles que leurs extrémités en contact viennent se placer à l'interface de ladite bride (20a) et de ladite porte (23) lorsque lesdits seconds moyens d'actionnement (48) s'exercent sur ladite goupille externe (47).
- Dispositif selon l'ensemble des revendications 3 et 5, caractérisé en ce que lesdits premier et second moyens d'actionnement (37,48,39) sont combinés.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'assemblage comportent des mécanismes à cames (25) solidaires de ladite autre enceinte (14), réparties le long du bord de l'ouverture de celle-ci et comportant deux cames à angles d'action décalés angulairement, une came extérieure (24A) pour assujettir la bride de l'enceinte à usage unique à celle de ladite autre enceinte et une came (24B) intérieure pour assujettir la porte de ladite autre enceinte à la bride de celle-ci.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens d'assemblage (125) sont combinés auxdits premiers et seconds moyens d'actionnement (137, 148, 121).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'assemblage (125) comportent des mécanismes à cames solidaires de ladite autre enceinte (114), répartis le long du bord de celle-ci, comportant chacun deux cames (124B, 148) à angles d'action décalés angulairement, une came extérieure (148) pour assujettir la bride de l'enceinte à usage unique à celle de ladite autre enceinte et une came intérieure (124B) pour assujettir la porte (122) de ladite autre enceinte (114) à la bride de celle-ci, en ce que lesdits premiers moyens d'actionnement comportent une came (137) solidaire d'un manchon (160) de manoeuvre coiffant un arbre (138) commun auxdites cames à angles d'action décalés angulairement, en ce que ledit manchon comporte une lumière de couplage (161) ou analogue et en ce que ledit arbre 138 comporte un pion (162) en saillie, engagé dans ladite lumière de couplage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ladite came extérieure (148) fait aussi partie des seconds moyens d'actionnement précités.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de paroi de ladite enceinte (16) à usage unique est en matériau poreux propre à permettre un traitement d'autoclavage ou de stérilisation par un gaz tel que par exemple l'oxyde d'éthylène.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite enceinte (16) à usage unique comporte un embout de raccordement (50) pour sa jonction à une source de gaz de stérilisation tel que par exemple l'oxyde d'éthylène et en ce qu'un filtre à membrane (51) est intercalé entre cet embout et le volume interne de ladite enceinte.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de ladite enceinte (16) à usage unique raccordée à ladite bride (20a) est en matériau hydrosoluble.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite enceinte (16) à usage unique comporte une partie rigide, par exemple en forme de bocal (53), ouvrant à l'intérieur de ladite enceinte et une partie souple (16b) formant par exemple manchon,.raccordé à ladite bride d'une part et à ladite partie rigide d'autre part.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie de ladite enceinte (16) à usage unique forme un manchon (56) en matériau souple raccordé à ladite bride (20a) et en ce que, ladite enceinte à usage unique comporte en outre une manche intérieure (57) en matériau souple.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de ladite enceinte à usage unique est traversée de façon hermétique par une tubulure de raccordement (59) et en ce qu'un filtre (60) raccordé à cette tubulure est logé dans ladite enceinte à usage unique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite enceinte (16) à usage unique comporte au moins deux brides (20a) munies de portes (23) respectives, respectivement raccordables à d'autres enceintes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que ladite enceinte à usage unique est composée de deux parties, respectivement équipées d'une bride et d'une porte et en ce que ces deux parties sont reliées par une tubulure (63) formant élément d'un circuit fluidique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un élément de conduit souple (68) dont les deux extrémités débouchent à l'intérieur de ladite enceinte à usage unique et dont un tronçon s'étend à l'extérieur de celle-ci pour être couplé à un moteur de pompe péristaltique.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'une partie en matériau souple de ladite enceinte à usage unique a la forme d'un gant (73).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite bride (20a) de l'enceinte à usage unique porte un boítier (70) renfermant un filtre (71).
- Enceinte à usage unique (16) comprenant une bride annulaire (20a) délimitant une ouverture et une porte (23) apte à obturer hermétiquement ladite ouverture, ladite porte comprenant une face interne (23a) au contact de l'intérieur de l'enceinte et une face externe (23b) au contact du milieu extérieur et étant conformée pour que ladite face externe vienne s'appliquer hermétiquement contre une face externe d'une porte d'une autre enceinte comprenant aussi une telle face externe au contact du milieu extérieur et une face interne au contact de l'intérieur de ladite autre enceinte l'application hermétique faisant intervenir des moyens d'assemblage qui coopérent, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens de verrouillage final et définitif (30) de sa propre porte, agencés entre ledit couvercle et ladite bride et manoeuvrables par des premiers moyens d'actionnement installés sur l' autre enceinte.
- Enceinte à usage unique selon la revendication 22, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une partie en matériau souple rattachée à ladite bride annulaire (20a) rigide sur laquelle est montée la porte (23) correspondante.
- Enceinte à usage unique selon la revendication 22 ou 23, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de verrouillage final comportent au moins un agencement (30) comprenant un trou (32) traversant la bride de ladite enceinte à usage unique, un trou borgne (34) s'étendant dans l'épaisseur de la porte de cette enceinte dans le prolongement du trou de la bride et une goupille (36) ou analogue engagée dans ledit trou de la bride, en ce que cette goupille a une longueur supérieure à l'épaisseur de la bride et fait saillie à l'extérieur de celle-ci avant mise en oeuvre.
- Enceinte à usage unique selon l'une des revendications 22 à 24, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre des moyens de verrouillage initial (40) de sa propre porte, manoeuvrable par des seconds moyens d'actionnement installés sur l' autre enceinte précitée.
- Enceinte à usage unique selon la revendication 25, caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de verrouillage initial comportent au moins un agencement (40) comprenant un trou (42) traversant la bride (20a) précitée, un trou borgne (44) s'étendant dans l'épaisseur de ladite porte (23) dans le prolongement du trou (42) de la bride et deux goupilles (46, 47) ou analogues, respectivement interne et externe, engagées l'une derrière l'autre dans ces deux trous (42, 44), la goupille interne (46) étant engagée à la fois dans ladite bride (20a) et dans ladite porte (23) et la goupille externe (47) faisant saillie hors de ladite bride (20a) avant utilisation.
