Abstract
Description
in einen saugfähigen Festkörper gemäß Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.The invention relates to a device for introducing a curable liquid
in an absorbent solid according to the preamble of
From the registered documents of the German utility model G 84 35 438.0 a generic device is known, where there are boreholes in a masonry be created. As a storage container for building the capillary water barrier serving liquid are bottles with a ventilation Closure used. An outlet tube is passed through this closure, which extends from the inside of the bottle to the outside, whereby the area of the discharge tube outside the bottle into the hole can be introduced. A transverse bore is formed in the area of the closure, which connects the inside of the outlet tube with the inside of the bottle.
The present invention is based on the object of a device for To introduce a curable liquid of the type mentioned at the outset, with the curable liquid even in cavities, cracks, crevices and large Solid bodies with pores to form a horizontal capillary water barrier can be brought in effectively with simple means.
The device of the generic type according to the invention solves the foregoing
Task by the features of the reformulated
According to the invention it has accordingly been recognized that the inside of a masonry occurring cavities, cracks or the like. An interruption of the Capillary forces caused by the liquid line. In another Step according to the invention has been recognized that it is not necessary here Fill cavities to the capillary line with an absorbent material. Much more are the voids or cracks in the interior according to the invention of the masonry through an absorbent swelling body in the form of a round Bridged rod made of solid material, which when fully soaked with the curable Liquid presses against the inner wall of the bore, a soclhes pressing in is only possible due to the design of the source body made of solid material. Ultimately, the swelling body swells at least slightly into the cavities, cracks or the like. Such swelling of the swelling body results from an inside pressure of the swelling body, which in turn results from the design made of solid material - in contrast to a swelling body with an inner bore - after which the swelling body is designed like a tampon.
With regard to a specific configuration of the swelling body, it is advantageous to use it to surround with a preferably elastic network, which the swelling body overall encloses and protrudes from the hole. By means of this network the source body after the liquid has been introduced from the borehole again - by force - be pulled out. The net itself could be silicone coated so that insofar as sliding between the swelling body and the inner wall of the bore is ensured is, whereby the extraction of the swelling body is favored.
The swelling body is dimensioned such that it drills the bore when dry form-fitting or at most with little play, i.e. almost form-fitting, filled and at least for the most part extends into the bore. This is necessary to the extent as mostly outside of the hole can not be recognized where cracks or cavities are exactly present. In other words, the source body should be extend almost through the entire hole or just as far in the hole disappear, that later explained storage container or outlet devices are attachable to the bore or the swelling body.
The swelling body is made of absorbent material, which when sucking up a Liquid swells. Pressed cellulose material is particularly suitable for this, which is, in a very particularly advantageous manner, recycling cellulose material can act.
To effectively spend the swelling body in the bore even with little play can, a stiffening to avoid kinking the source body Inner soul can be provided. This inner soul is advantageously plastic bendable, stiff in the axial direction. The inner soul can be one Trade metal or plastic wire.
The previously mentioned storage container is used to provide the curable Liquid. This liquid, for example CRISIN 76 (registered trademark of Köster Bauchemie GmbH), works due to its composition or components resinifying and not silicifying and thus creates a permanent and capillary water barrier that remains elastic and is not rotten. That this liquid Receiving storage containers could be very simple Design of the device according to the invention designed as a bottle his. One bottle could be used for each hole. The free or open end of the bottle neck could be used to throttle or dose the liquid flow an outlet nozzle, a flow limiter or a metering device exhibit.
With regard to a particularly simple attachment of the bottle in the area of the bore the bottle neck could be dimensioned such that it with its open End at least partially fits into the hole or is insertable to the Contact source body for capillary fluid line. As part of a whole The bottle neck could be particularly securely attached to the bore in the bore be screwable and have a kind of self-tapping external thread, so that - apart from the drilling - no special precautions in the masonry are to be met.
In a further embodiment, the source rod could with its Project the bottle-facing end at least partially into the bottle and there held by the bottle neck or a closure having a passage his. As a result, the bottle would be outside of the source body itself Bore held in place. A stiffening inner soul according to the source rod previous statements would be of particular advantage here.
In the context of a further advantageous embodiment or embodiment the outlet device is plugged onto the open end of the bottle neck or have a screwed-on outlet tube. The outlet tube could be like this be dimensioned so that it with the source body on the reservoir facing end to the capillary liquid line is contactable.
The source body could be on his for safe contacting of the outlet tube the reservoir facing end of a hole, recess or the like Insert the outlet tube so that the outlet tube is in the working position protrudes at least slightly into the swelling body. Such an arrangement the swelling body has the great advantage that even with axial displacement of the swelling body or of the storage container make a safe contact and thus a safe fluid line is always guaranteed.
As part of an alternative embodiment of the device according to the invention the storage container could be designed as a preferably central tank. The The outlet device would then lead out of the tank to the source body, include capillary fluid line. This would have the very special advantage that from a single reservoir, namely from the tank, numerous Bores or swelling bodies with a corresponding outlet device Liquid can be supplied. In this respect there would be no separate holes Containers such as bottles or the like are required. A central refill of the tank would also be guaranteed.
As part of a central supply of liquid from a tank, the Source body be an integral part of the liquid line. It would be from Advantage if the swelling body and / or the liquid line are at least largely would be plastically bendable. The capillary fluid line could be in the frame a particularly advantageous embodiment in the sense of an absorbent wick or the like. Be carried out so that the line of the liquid from the tank in the drilling takes place due to capillary forces.
After all, it would be part of a particularly simple design of the Device according to the invention possible, the storage container as a bulk container, preferably as a watering can, measuring cup or the like. The source body would be then the only element of the outlet device, with the swelling body in the bore would have to be sunk so that liquid flows out of the bulk container into the Hole can be cast. It would also be conceivable, as a rule obliquely downward bore - after inserting the swelling body - one Put the funnel into which the liquid is poured out of the bulk container becomes. In this respect, the expenditure on equipment would also be relatively low.
