Abstract

Hierbei sind Arbeitsleistungen von mehreren hundert Quadratmetern auf kraftschonende Weise möglich, da die Kehrmaschine mit einer etwa 80 cm breiten Kehrwalze auf einfache Weise über die zu kehrende Fläche geschoben wird. Am vorderen Eckbereich des Kehrmaschinengehäuses, das die Kehrwalze an der Oberseite umgibt und den Fangkorb für das Kehrgut lagert, sind eine oder zwei rotierende Zuführbürsten (sog. Seitenbesen) vorgesehen, so daß der Schmutz in dem Fußleistenbereich oder im Eckbereich entlang Wänden oder Randsteinen ebenfalls mit aufgenommen wird, da diese rotierenden Seitenbürsten den Schmutz zur Mitte und damit zur Kehrwalze hinfördern. Diese Seitenbesen werden dabei über einen Riementrieb von der Kehrwalze aus angetrieben, so daß die Seitenbesen einen gewissen Antriebsbedarf benötigen, der bei derartigen Kehrmaschinen alleine durch die Schiebearbeit der Bedienperson aufgebracht werden muß. Zudem wird sichergestellt, daß die jeweils zutreffende Drehrichtung der Zuführbürste eingehalten wird, da aufgrund des Zahnradgetriebes keine Verwechslungsmöglichkeit beim Verschränken des Antriebsriemens besteht. Das Achsenlagergehäuse 13 kann hierbei bevorzugt als Spritzgußteil ausgebildet sein und an der Unterseite des Auslegerarmes 9 mittels mehrerer Buchsen 13a (vgl. auch Fig. 3) lösbar befestigt sein. Über dem Antriebsritzel 11a ist bevorzugt einstückig mit diesem wiederum als Spritzgußteil eine achsgleiche Riemenscheibe 11b vorgesehen, um die im Herstellungsbetrieb der von dem Antrieb der Kehrwalze 2 angeleitete Riemen 12 herumgelegt und somit vormontiert wird. Dieser Riemen 12 wird von einer Antriebsscheibe 12a angetrieben, die ihrerseits von einem mit einem der seitlichen Räder 8 zusammenwirkenden Antriebsrad 8a (vgl. auch Fig. 3) angetrieben wird. Es sei jedoch darauf hingewiesen, daß anstatt des Riemens 12 eine andere Antriebsart (wie z. Um die Zuführbürste 7 in einer der beiden Stellungen, nämlich der höheren Entlastungsstellung oder in der tieferen Arbeitsstellung zu fixieren, ist eine in Fig. 2 nur schematisch durch Schraffur angedeutete Arretiervorrichtung 15 vorgesehen, die die Bürstenachse 10 in der jeweiligen Stellung fixiert und klemmt. In der hier gezeigten Ausführung ist die Arretiervorrichtung 15 durch einen die Bürstenachse 10 U-förmig umgreifenden Hebel oder Bügel gebildet, der von einer Feder vorgespannt ist. Hierdurch wird die Bürstenachse 10 in ihrer Höhenposition fixiert. Wenn nun die Arretiervorrichtung 15 beispielsweise mit dem Fuß heruntergedrückt wird, wird die Klemmung aufgehoben, so daß sich die Bürstenachse 10 innerhalb des umgreifenden Hebels im Achsenlagergehäuse 13 in Höhenrichtung frei bewegen kann. Aufgrund der Beaufschlagung mittels der Druckfeder 14 wird somit die Zuführbürste 7 nach oben gedrückt, um somit die höhere Entlastungsstellung gemäß Fig. 2 zu erreichen, wobei sich der Zahnkranz des Zahnrades 11 in Axialrichtung in der Verzahnung des Antriebsritzels 11a ebenfalls nach oben bewegt, jedoch weiterhin im Verzahnungseingriff bleibt.With further reference to FIG. 2, a further element of the sweeper 1 or its feed brush adjustment will now be described. Auch hierbei gleitet die Verzahnung des Zahnrades 11 unter Beibehaltung des Verzahnungseingriffes entlang dem Antriebsritzel 11a. Wenn jedoch die Zuführbürste 7 zunehmend verschleißt, kann durch Drehung des Drehknopfes 22 die hier rechte Stufe 21 oder eine Zwischenstufe in Übereinstimmung mit der hier rechten unteren Kante des Druckknopfes 19 gebracht werden, so daß sich die Bürstenachse 10 weiter nach unten verstellen läßt. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, daß hierbei das Zahnrad 11 mit dem Antriebsritzel 11a in Eingriff bleibt, da letzteres eine dem Verstellhub wenigstens entsprechende Bauhöhe (Axiallänge) besitzt. Von besonderer Bedeutung ist die Ausführung des Endbereiches des Auslegerarmes 9, nämlich in Form einer gesonderten, aufschiebbaren Endkappe 30 (vgl. auch Fig. 1 und 2), die das Achsenlagergehäuse 13, die Bürstenachse 10, die Arretiervorrichtung 15 und die ihr zugeordneten Bauteile umgibt. Nach Abnehmen (in Richtung in die Zeichenebene hinein) der Endkappe 30 entlang von seitlichen, rechtwinklig verlaufenden Schiebeführungen 31 läßt sich somit die gesamte Baueinheit der Zuführwalze 7 mit ihrer Achse 10 zusammen mit dem Zahnrad 11 durch einen seitlichen Schlitz 23 in dem plattenförmigen Achsenlagergehäuse 13 von dem Auslegerarm 9 abnehmen, wobei der Riemen 12 auf dem Antriebsritzel 11a mit integrierter Riemenscheibe 11b verbleibt. Durch diese Abnahmemöglichkeit der Endkappe 30 zusammen mit den Bauteilen der Zuführbürste 7 ergibt sich für den Transport, insbesondere bei der Erstauslieferung, ein erheblich reduzierter Platzbedarf, so daß auch für Kehrmaschinen mit relativ breiten Kehrwalzen 2 und dementsprechend seitlich auskragenden Zuführbürsten 7, insbesondere in der Ausführung mit zwei Zuführbürsten 7 an dem rechten und dem linken vorderen Eckbereich der Kehrmaschine 1 noch relativ kleine, kompakte Verpackungskartons verwendet werden können. Die Montage erfolgt dabei durch das Zahnradgetriebe 11/11a und den verbleibenden (d. h. nicht mehr bei jeder Abnahme der Zuführbürste 7 aufzulegenden) Riemen 12 in einfacher, schneller und sicherer Weise. Es sei darauf hingewiesen, daß die Bürstenachse 10 anstatt durch den seitlichen Schlitz 23 auch von unten her in den Auslegerarm 9 eingesteckt bzw. durch Nachuntenziehen abgenommen werden kann.FIG. 3 shows a bottom view of the cantilever arm 9 along the section plane X in FIG. 2.
